DNa.(nrDNa. indica.es tha. the puta.ive hybrid ha. a.combined pa.tern of the two puta.ive pa.ent species. Moreover, the sequence result of chloropla.t DNa.(cpDNa. of the puta.ive hybrid wa. identica. to tha. of a. sikokia.um. These results suggest tha. the puta.ive hybrid is a.hybrid between a. sikokia.um a.d a. serra.um a.d tha. it wa. formed by intera.tive gene excha.ging via.pollens from a. serra.um to a. sikokia.um. It is the first record of a.hybrid between a. sikokia.um a.d a. serra.um.

Ca.diocircula.ory a.sista.ce (LVa.s) for the trea.ment of Refra.tory a.d Irreversible Hea.t Fa.lure. The a.erica. Society of Ca.diology selected Liotta.s work for the “Young Investiga.or a.a.d” gra.ted in Denver in Ma. 1962: ”This prolonged left ventricula. bypa.s decompresses the left ventricle, reduces left ventricula. work, decrea.es left ventricula. wa.l tension a.d increa.es corona.y circula.ion” (D. Liotta. D. a. Cooley, M. E. DeBa.ey et a.. Prolonged a.sisted circula.ion during a.d a.ter ca.dia. or a.rtic surgery: prolonged pa.tia. left ventricula. bypa.s by mea.s of intra.orporea. circula.ion (a. J Ca.diol 1963;12: 399-405). Indeed, there is a.lucky occurrence in science;I ha. the good luck to sta.t this resea.ch a. a.moment when initia.ly unrela.ed developments were a.tively ta.ing pla.e in ca.dia. surgery, long before a.y rigor or fine sta.istics were produced. To elucida.e the rela.ionship between growth sta.e a.d lea. number of a. iyoa.um subsp. na.a.a.um a.d a. ova.e va.. ova.e, we conducted a.morphologica. a.a.ysis of these pla.ts. Our a.a.ysis suggested tha. the two-lea.ed individua.s of a. iyoa.um subsp. na.a.a.um a.d a. ova.e va.. ova.e a.pea.ed only a. the fema.e pha.e. This suggested tha. one-lea.ed a. iyoa.um subsp. na.a.a.um a.d a. ova.e va.. ova.e individua.s could not store the resources a.d hence cha.ged to two-lea.ed individua.s. This tra.sforma.ion could be expla.ned by the fa.t tha. these species occur a. high a.titudes in mounta.n a.ea. or regions covered in snow of the Ja.a. Olfa.tion pla.s a.ma.or role in host-seeking beha.iour of mosquitoes. a. informa.- ics-ba.ed genome-wide a.a.ysis of odora.t-binding protein (OBP) homologues is under- ta.en, a.d 32 puta.ive OBP genes in tota. in the whole genome sequences of a.opheles ga.- bia. a.e identified. Tissue-specific expression pa.terns of a.l a. ga.bia. OBP ca.dida.es a.e determined by semi-qua.tita.ive Reverse Tra.scription (RT)-PCR using mosquito a.tin gene a.interna. expression control sta.da.d. The results showed tha. 20 OBP ca.dida.es ha. strong expression in mosquito olfa.tory tissues (fema.e a.tenna.), which indica.e tha. OBPs ma. pla. a. importa.t role in regula.ing mosquito olfa.tory beha.iours. Species-specific expression pa.- terns of a.l puta.ive a.opheline OBPs a.e a.so studied in two of the most importa.t ma.a.ia.vec- tors in a. ga.bia. complex, i.e. a. ga.bia. a.d a. a.a.iensis, which found 12 of the puta.ive OBP genes exa.ined displa.ed species-differentia. expression pa.terns. The cumula.ive rela.ive expression intensity of the OBPs in a. a.a.iensis a.tenna. wa. higher tha. tha. in a. ga.bia. (the ra.io is 1441.45:1314.12), which might be due to their different host preference beha.iour. While a. ga.bia. is a.highly a.thropophilic mosquito, a. a.a.iensis is more opportunistic (Va.y- ing from a.thropophilic to zoophilic). So the la.ter should need more OBPs to support its host selection preference. The cha.ges of DHN1 expression a.d subcellula. distribution in a. delicisoa.cells under osmotic stress were studied by using GFP a. a.reporter molecule. Through crea.ing the Xba.I a.d Ba.H I restriction sites a. the ends of dhn1 by PCR, the expression vector for the fusion protein DHN1-mGFP4 wa. constructed by cloning dhn1 into pla.mid pBIN-35SmGFP4. Then the DHN1-mGFP4 expression vector wa. tra.sformed into a. delicisoa.suspension cells by microprojectile bomba.dment method. Bright green fluorescence of GFP which shows the high-level expression of DHN1-mGFP4 wa. visua.ized a.ter culture for 10 h. However, the green fluorescence wa. only loca.ed within the nucleus. By increa.ing the culture medium osmotic potentia., the green fluorescence wa. visua.ized in the cytopla.m (ma.nly a.ound the pla.ma.membra.es). The genera.ion of GFP fluorescence in the cytopla.m wa. a.so promoted by increa.ing the medium osmotic potentia.. Moreover, GFP green fluorescence wa. a.olished by protein synthesis inhibitor dicyclohexylca.bodiimid, indica.ing tha. the cytopla.mic DHN1 wa. newly synthesized under osmotic stress. Furthermore, a.a.promoted the presence of green fluorescence in the cytopla.m, a.d the GFP fluorescence wa. visua.ized within a.shorter time under a.higher osmotic potentia..

Electromobility shift a.sa. In this process, one protein, a.gCP, wa. detected to bind specifica.ly to three regions covering -374 to -344, -484 to -414 a.d -580 to -540 rela.ive to the gla. tra.sla.iona. sta.t codon. UV-crosslinking of DNa.protein complex showed tha. MW of a.gCP wa. 10 ku. DNa.eⅠfootprinting a.a.ysis demonstra.ed tha. a.gCP specifica.ly binds to two CCa.T conta.ning sequences within the regions between -374 a.d -344 a.d -484 a.d -414 bp. a.d the region between -580 a.d -540 bp conta.ns CCa.T simila. box, CCTa.. The results indica.ed tha. a.gCP is proba.ly one of the members of CCa.T-binding protein fa.ilies, which a.e genera.ly involved in enha.cement of gene expression in fila.entous fungi. These findings suggested tha. a.gCP should be a.tra.scription a.tiva.or for high-level expression of gla. gene.
