采用适用于上海饱和软土的粘弹塑性模型 ,研制了三维有限元软件 .应用该软件对上海华盛路住宅大楼地基沉降进行了预测 ,并与实测值进行了对比 .结果表明 ,采用该本构模型和分步施加荷载方法进行地基蠕变沉降预测是可靠的 .

Hybrid excitation motor is a combination of permanent magnet motor and electric excitation motor,which can flexibly adjust the air gap magnetic field.At present,the traditional silicon steel sheet core material is widely used,but this material limits the further reduction of stator iron loss.In this paper,a new type of hybrid excitation synchronous motor with modular stator structure based on amorphous alloy material is proposed.The design power is 1kW,and the speed is 3000rpm.By placing the armature winding and electric excitation winding in the stator slot,the slip ring and brush are avoided,and the reliability of the motor is improved.The rotor adopts staggered magnetic pole structure,which has strong flux adjusting ability.The core loss is greatly reduced by using amorphous alloy.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the new motor are given;Secondly,the size parameters of the motor are given,and the principle of flux adjustment is verified and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element(3d-fem);Finally,through theoretical analysis of the influence factors of the magnetic adjustment ability and 3d-fem finite element computation,the flux adjustment ability and the torque lifting at low speed are verified,and the advantages of the motor are verified.

This paper presents a study on effects of carburized parts on residual stresses of thin-rimmed spur gears with symmetric web arrangements due to the case-carburizing. The carbon content of each element of the fem gear model due to carburizing was obtained according to Vickers hardness Hv - carbon content C% and C% - d (distance from surface) charts. A heat conduction analysis and an elastic-plastic stress analysis during the case-carburizing process of thin-rimmed spur gears with symmetric web arrangements were carried out for various case-carburizing conditions by using the three-dimensional finite element method (3d-fem) program developed by authors, and then residual stresses were obtained. The effects of the carburized part, the web structure, and the rim thickness on the residual stress were determined.

Axial flux hysteresis motor (AFHM) is self-starting synchronous motor that uses the hysteresis characteristics of magnetic materials. It is known that the magnetic characteristics of hysteresis motor could be easily affected by air gap and structure dimensions variation. Air gap length plays an important role in flux distribution in hysteresis ring and influences the output torque, terminal current, efficiency and even optimal value of other structural parameters of AFHM. Regarding this issue, in this study effect of air gap variation on performance characteristics of an axial flux hysteresis motor and effect of air gap length on hysteresis ring thickness and stator winding turns is investigated. Effect of air gap length on electrical circuit model is perused. Finally, simulation of AFHM in order to extract the output values of motor and sensitivity analysis on air gap variation is done using 3d-Finite Element Model. Hysteresis loop in the shape of an inclined ellipse is adopted. This study can help designers in design approach of such motors.
