目的探究中国中老年人群睡眠时间与高血压患病率的关联。方法采用横断面研究分析方法,数据来源北京大学中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)。共纳入7885名研究对象,按照夜间睡眠时长分为5组:≤5 h、>5~<6 h、6~<7 h(参照)、7~<8 h、≥8 h。采用多因素Logistic回归分析模型分析并建立3个模型,在调整不同协变量下逐步探索不同夜间睡眠时长对高血压发生的影响,获得OR值和95%CI值。结果以夜间睡眠时长6~<7 h为对照,夜间睡眠时长≤5 h患高血压风险较高(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.12~1.69,P=0.002)。进一步按照性别分层分析,逐步调整混杂后,男性睡眠时长≤5 h组患高血压的风险是6~<7 h组的1.72倍(95%CI:1.14~2.59,P=0.009)。而在女性中,调整混杂后并未发现关联(OR=1.26,95%CI:0.99~1.59,P=0.055)。结论在中国中老年人群中,夜间睡眠时长≤5 h可能是高血压患病的独立危险因素,男性夜间睡眠时长≤5 h会增加高血压的患病风险。

青海湖流域(97°50′E-101°20′E,36°15′N-38°20′N)是青藏高原东北部重要的自然地理区域,也是青海省“两屏三区”生态安全格局的重要组成部分。流域生物多样性丰富,是青藏高原物种基因库,也是高原生态系统的典型区域。通过对流域2018年全年水鸟监测样点生境类型的确定,统一干扰类型、干扰强度信息的采集记录,得到青海湖流域30个样点水鸟监测数据集(2018)。该数据集包括:(1)水鸟监测时间及频率;(2)监测样地概况和样地位置的地理信息系统数据;(3)水鸟鸟种构成;(4)2018年新增水鸟观测记录;(5)不同时期及全年水鸟分布;(6)水鸟种群数量占世界分布1%种群数量的百分比;(7)2014-2018年水鸟种群动态变化;(8)2014-2018全年水鸟数量;(9)2018年春季迁徙期、夏季繁殖期、秋季迁徙期和越冬期迁徙期水鸟分布情况;(10)2018年春季迁徙期、夏季繁殖期、秋季迁徙期和越冬期个体数达到千量级鸟种;(11)2014-2018年四种主要集群繁殖水鸟数量。数据集存储为.shp和.xls格式,由8个数据文件组成,数据量共为71 KB(压缩为2个文件,55.7 KB)。
