Myocarditis is a significant public health concern because of its potential to cause heart failure and sudden *** standard invasive diagnostic method,endomyocardial bi-opsy,is typically reserved for cases with severe complications,limiting its widespread ***,non‐invasive cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)imaging presents a promising alternative for detecting and monitoring myocarditis,because of its high signal contrast that reveals myocardial *** assist medical professionals via artificial intelligence,the authors introduce generative adversarial networks‐multi discriminator(GAN‐Md),a deep learning model that uses binary classification to diagnose myocarditis from CMR *** approach employs a series of convolutional neural networks(CNNs)that extract and combine feature vectors for accurate *** authors suggest a novel technique for improving the classification precision of *** generative adversarial networks(GANs)to create synthetic images for data augmentation,the authors address challenges such as mode collapse and unstable *** a reconstruction loss into the GAN loss function requires the generator to produce images reflecting the discriminator features,thus enhancing the generated images'quality to more accurately replicate authentic data ***,combining this loss function with other reg-ularisation methods,such as gradient penalty,has proven to further improve the perfor-mance of diverse GAN models.A significant challenge in myocarditis diagnosis is the imbalance of classification,where one class dominates over the *** mitigate this,the authors introduce a focal loss‐based training method that effectively trains the model on the minority class *** GAN‐Md approach,evaluated on the Z‐Alizadeh Sani myocarditis dataset,achieves superior results(F‐measure 86.2%;geometric mean 91.0%)compared with other deep learning models and traditional machine learning methods.

Optimal fusion‐based localization method for tracking of smartphone user in tall complex buildings

In the event of a fire breaking out or in other complicated situations,a mobile computing solution combining the Internet of Things and wearable devices can actually assist tracking solutions for rescuing and evacuating people in multistory ***,it is crucial to increase the positioning technology's *** sequential Monte Carlo(SMC)approach is used in various applications such as target tracking and intelligent surveillance,which rely on smartphone‐based inertial data ***,the SMC method has intrinsic flaws,such as sample impoverishment and particle degeneracy.A novel SMC approach is presented,which is built on the weighted differential evolution(WdE)*** Monte Carlo approaches start with random particle placements and arrives at the desired distribution with a slower variance reduction,like in a high‐dimensional space,such as a multistory *** differential evolution is included before the resampling procedure to guarantee the appropriate variety of the particle set,prevent the usage of an inadequate number of valid samples,and preserve smartphone user position *** values of the smartphone‐based sensors and BLE‐beacons are set as input to the SMC,which aids in fast approximating the posterior distributions,to speed up the particle congregation process in the proposed SMC‐based WdE ***,the robustness and efficacy of the suggested technique more accurately reflect the actual situation of smartphone *** to simulation findings,the suggested approach provides improved location estimation with reduced localization error and quick *** results confirm that the proposed optimal fusion‐based SMC‐WdE scheme performs 9.92%better in terms of MAPE,15.24%for the case of MAE,and 0.031%when evaluating based on the R2 Score.

Fast and flexible stack‐based inverse tone mapping

Inverse tone mapping technique is widely used to restore the lost textures from a single low dynamic range ***,many stack‐based deep inverse tone mapping networks have achieved impressive results by estimating a set of multi‐exposure images from a single low dynamic range ***,there are still some *** the one hand,these methods usually set a fixed length for the estimated multi‐exposure stack,which may introduce computational redundancy or cause inaccurate *** the other hand,they neglect that the difficulties of estimating each exposure value are different and use the identical model to increase or decrease exposure *** solve these problems,the authors design an exposure decision network to adaptively determine the number of times the exposure of low dynamic range input should be increased or ***,the authors decouple the increasing/decreasing process into two sub‐modules,exposure adjustment and optional detail recovery,based on the characteristics of different variations of exposure *** these improvements,this method can fast and flexibly estimate the multi‐exposure stack from a single low dynamic range *** on several datasets demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method compared to state‐of‐the‐art inverse tone mapping methods.
