周家嘴路越江隧道管片接缝防水技术研究

针对上海周家嘴路越江盾构隧道工程防水要求高、隧道纵向变形大等难点,文章采用有限元数值模拟和试验分析等手段,对盾构隧道管片接缝防水技术进行量化分析和研究,确定了接触面应力和闭合压缩力均符合设计防水要求的弹性密封垫方案,并提出了密封垫防水槽位置优化、减少接缝错台量、加强角部防水能力等防水构造措施。结果表明,该弹性密封垫设计方案合理可行,采取的防水技术措施切实有效。

Based on Hertz theory of elastic contact and the design theory of ball bearings, a new type of rolling coupling was designed. The two halves of the rolling coupling can be moved relatively by a small axial force when a great moment is exerted on it. The rolling coupling was used to connect the principal axis and the decelerator of continuous extrusion machine and it can greatly decrease the harmful axial forces on the continuous machine. The engineering formulas for the contact stress and distance of apporach of the rolling elements were deduced and the method for designing the rolling couplings was proposed. The formulas for the forces exerted on the rolling element were verified by the experiment.

Contact pressure and flow features of chemical mechanical polishing/planarization (CMP) process were analyzed,taking advantage of the one-dimensional contact model of two layers and considering slurry flows. In this model,deformations of the bulk pad substrate and the asperities were considered. The deformations of the bulk pad sub- strate and the asperity layer,as well as the contact pressure and fluid pressure,were revealed with nu- merical methods. Numerical simulation results show a counterintuitive phenomenon: a diverging clear- ance is formed in the leading region of the wafer and thereby it gives rise to a suction pressure (subambi- ent pressure). A high stress concentration is pre- sented at the wafer edge and thereby over polishing can be introduced. The research provides some theoretical explanations for these two fundamental features of usual CMP processes.

钢结构连接板顶紧面顶紧与否直接影响节点荷载传递,影响结构安全和使用性能。为了研究节点连接板接触面应力分布规律,利用Abaqus有限元软件,以连接板边缘未接触长度a0、连接板边缘间隙宽度δ0、真实接触面积占比Ar/A0为设计参数,进行了节点连接板接触面应力的模拟分析。分析结果表明,随着荷载的增加,连接板边缘未接触长度和边缘间隙宽度逐渐减小,接触面积占比逐渐增大,且当连接板接触面积占比大于70%后,降低的幅度逐渐减小;随着荷载的增加,接触面最大应力占比逐渐减小,且接触面初始接触面积越大,接触面最大应力占比越小,接触面应力越趋于均匀。

The relation between the maximum contact stress ratio and deflection angle is derived from Hertz contact theory when the deflection of rotary kiln supporting wheel happens. According to the analysis of practical example, the maximum contact stress ratio within the deflection range of rotary kiln supporting wheel is listed. The contact stress will increase largely when rotary kiln supporting wheel deflects with little angle, which probably will result in accidents correlating to safety. This will provide theory conference for the design, the operating condition analysis and adjusting of the rotary kiln.
