本文使用固定效应模型和Hansen发展的门槛回归方法,对2012年至2017年我国规模以上工业企业的38个行业的面板数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明目前我国政府R &D资助对企业科技创新有着显著的正向影响,且该影响会随着政府资助力度的增加而呈“倒U型”分布。

A Preliminary Analysis of Geologic & Seismologic Conditions for an Undersea Tunnel across the Taiwan Strait

The Taiwan Strait tunnel, as a great project, has been studied for a long time and met many challenges from the beginning of the feasibility study that has attracted attention among scientists and engineers on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and around the world as well. The key question is whether this undersea tunnel can be constructed with present technologies under such complex geologic and seismologic conditions. Results of current researches indicate that the sea floor of the Strait is covered with a horizontal layer composed of both the Pleistocene and the Holocene sandstone and shale with a thickness of about 200～300 m, without any large fault belt or *** can serve as a good bearing and impermeable layer for constructing such an undersea tunnel. The Penghu Islands and Penghu terrace, which are composed of hard basaltic rock over a wide area of 70 km (NS)×40 km (EW), might be connected each othar by a bridge instead of an undersea tunnel, and serve as a construction site. Although there are several geologic units separated by faults under the upper horizontal layer, these faults do not cut through the upper layer. Only the NE offshore fault along the Fujian coast and that along the west coast of Taiwan should be noticed, between which a suspension tunnel instead of an undersea tunnel can be constructed. Therefore it is judged that the tunnel beginning from Amoy, through the Jinmen Island and the Penghu Islands to the Peigang harbour is worth recommendation.

It becomes a key technology to measure the concentration of the vehicle exhaust components with the absorption spectra. But because of the overlap of gas absorption bands, how to separate the absorption information of each component gas from the mixed absorption spectra has become the key point to restrict the precision of the optical detection method. In this paper, the ex-perimental platform for the absorption spectrum of vehicle exhaust components has been established. Based on the ultraviolet absorption spectra measured with the platform of exhaust gas NO & NO2, the concentration regression model for the two components has been established with weighted partial least squares regression (WPLS). Finally the each spectral characteristic information of NO & NO2 gas has been separated and the concentration of each corresponding component has been reversed successfully.

AISI 304L is an austenitic Chromium-Nickel stainless steel offering the optimum combination of corrosion resistance, strength and ductility. These attributes make it a favorite for many mechanical components. The paper focuses on developing mathematical models to predict grain size and hardness of pulsed current micro plasma arc welded AISI 304L joints. Four factors, five level, central composite rotatable design matrix is used to optimize the number of experiments. The mathematical models have been developed by Response Surface Method (RSM) and its adequacy is checked by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) technique. By using the developed mathematical models, grain size and hardness of the weld joints can be predicted with 99% confidence level. The developed mathematical models have been optimized using Hooke and Jeeves algorithm to minimize grain size and maximize the hardness.

CALCULATION OF GOLD SOLUBILITIES IN THE WINDOW OF T & P

Calculations based on the newest thermodynamic properties and supposed ore-fluid conditions suggest that gold solubilities in aqueous hydrosulphide and chloride fluids wi1l change with both temperature and *** given 100 MPa, the gold solubility in aqueous hydrosulphide fluids will increase as the temperature increases, and reach the peak at 400℃, then decrease as the temperature increases;at 150 MPa, the peak of gold solubility is located at 500℃. At 100 MPa, however, the gold solubility in aqueous chloride fluids will also increase as the temperature increases, and reach the peak at 500℃, then decrease as the temperature increases ; at 150 MPa, the peak of gold solubility is shifted to 600℃ or higher. On the other hand, at given 300℃ and below 300℃,the gold solubility in aqueous hydrosulphide and chloride fluids changes very little as the pressure increases ; however, above 400℃ the gold solubility will increase sharply with pressure. This certifies that the pressure plays a very important role on the gold solubility at high temperature, At some content,the influence of pressure on the gold solubility is the same as that of temperature. Peaks of gold solubilities in aqueous hydrosulphide and chloride fluids in the window of T & P will form a trajectory respectively in the crust. The two trajectories will form a belt which is a favorite region for gold transportation in ore-forming fluids. Outside of this region, gold will be deposited from the ore-forming fluids. It is possible that the positions of gold deposits wou1d be inferred with this diagram in the future.

The quality of the resulting pulping continuous digesters is monitored by measuring the Kappa number, which is a reference of residual lignin. The control of the kappa number is carried out mainly in the top of the digester, therefore it is important to get some indication of this analysis beforehand. In this context, the aim of this work was to obtain a prediction model of the kappa number in advance to the laboratory results. This paper proposes a new approach using the Box & Jenkins methodology to develop a dynamic model for predicting the kappa number from a Kamyr continuous digester from an eucalyptus Kraft pulp mill in Brazil. With a database of 1500 observations over a period of 30 days of operation, some ARMA models were studied, leading to the choice of ARMA (1, 2) as the best forecasting model. After fitting the model, we performed validation with a new set of data from 30 days of operation, achieving a model of 2.7% mean absolute percent error.

In the 21st century with the exponential growth of the Internet, the vulnerability of the network which connects us is on the rise at a very fast pace. Today organizations are spending millions of dollars to protect their sensitive data from different vulnerabilities that they face every day. In this paper, a new methodology towards implementing an Intrusion Detection & Prevention System (IDPS) based on Artificial Neural Network (ANN) onto Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is proposed. This system not only detects different network attacks but also prevents them from being propagated. The parallel structure of an ANN makes it potentially fast for the computation of certain tasks. FPGA platforms are the optimum and best choice for the modern digital systems nowadays. The same feature makes ANN well suited for implementation in FPGA technology. Hardware realization of ANN to a large extent depends on the efficient implementation of a single neuron. However FPGA realization of ANNs with a large number of neurons is still a challenging task. The proposed multilayer ANN based IDPS uses multiple neurons for higher performance and greater accuracy. Simulation of the design in MATLAB SIMULINK 2010b by using Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (KDD) CUP dataset shows a very good performance. Subsequently MATLAB HDL coder was used to generate VHDL code for the proposed design that produced Intellectual Property (IP) cores for Xilinx Targeted Design Platforms. For evaluation purposes the proposed design was synthesized, implemented and tested onto Xilinx Virtex-7 2000T FPGA device.

A Study of Noise &Development of Traffic Noise Annoyance Models

Although noise annoyance is a major public health problem in urban areas, noise problem is still a great challenge for both public and transportation planners. The quantitative study of traffic noise and its relationship with annoyance & traffic volume was discussed in the paper and at the same time we tried to develop new statistical regression models to relate them. In the present study we also tried to fit different regression models such as Log-Linear, Linear, Log-Log Linear and Quadratic over noise data and decided which model fitted the best by using mathematics of principle of maxima & minima. After the identification of best fit curve we use this to fit our data. The aim of the study was to assess the predictive value of various factors on noise annoyance in noisy and quiet urban streets of New Delhi, capital of India.

目的:构建企业R &D员工的胜任力模型。方法:首先通过综合标准选取了两组企业R &D员工,优秀绩效组11名,一般绩效组11名;对其进行行为事件访谈,访谈内容是要求被访谈者讲述在工作中3件成功的和3件不成功的事。然后,通过对访谈录音转录的文本进行分析和编码。结果:企业R &D员工的核心胜任力包括:成就导向、自信、乐观精神、监控能力、全局观念、抗压能力、服务精神、献身组织精神、关系建立;企业R &D员工的基准胜任力包括:洞察力、企业归属感、责任感、态度谦和、坚持不懈、创新能力、务实严谨、科研能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维、影响能力、信息收集能力、积极主动、诚实正直、人际理解能力、组织意识、领导能力,合作精神、灵活性。结论:本研究构建的企业R &D员工胜任力模型有着较高的信度和效度,可以对此类员工的选拔、安置、晋升提供有针对性的专业参考。
