＜正＞Objective Both angiogenesis and vasculogenesis are very important in revascularization of cerebral ischemic *** studies have demonstrated that BM-derived endothelial progenitor cells（EPCs） functionally contribute to vasculogenesis during cerebral *** cell-derived factor-1α（SDF-1α） and its receptor play a crucial role in mobilization,migration,homing of ***,few studies have shown about electroacupuncture（EA） promoting revascularization in the field of vasculogenesis of cerebral *** study focused on the mechanism of EA promoting revascularization in the rat brain of focal cerebral ischemia/*** The SD rat model of focal cerebral ischemia /reperfusion was made by filament *** were randomly divided into control group,model group,and EA *** group and EA group were divided into 5 subgroups according to accept reperfusion 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d after 1h *** was given at bilateral "hegu" point（LI 4） in the EA *** expression of SDF-1αmRNA was detected with RT-PCR in the 3 d,7 d,14 d *** immunohistochemical method was employed to detect the expression of stromal cell-derived factor -la（SDF-1α） protein,microvessel *** Compared with the control group,expression of SDF-1αprotein increased in the model group and EA group（P ＜ 0.05）;Compared with the model group,the expression of SDF-1αmRNA increased in the 3d,7d,14d subgroups（P ＜ 0.05）.The SDF-1αprotein expression and microvessel count increased but without statistical significance in the 1d subgroup（P ＞ 0.05）,however,it had statistical significance in the 3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d subgroups（P ＜ 0.05）,the date show a peak of SDF-1αexpression in 7d. Conclusion EA may promote vasculogenesis by increaseing the expression of SDF-1αmRNA and protein in the rats brain of focal cerebral ischemia /reperfusion.
