Prominent removal of trace lead(Ⅱ)ions from polluted water by terephthalic acid reformed Al/Zn metal organic nanoflakes

Terephthalic acid reformed Al/Zn metal organic nanoflake was prepared and functionalized with trie-thylamine(T-AlZn).Without adding terephthalic acid,there was no product of metal organic nanoflake.T-AlZn has a remarkable performance in removing trace lead(Ⅱ)ions(Pb^(2+)).The adsorption equipoise with the removal rate≥97%was reached within 35 *** removal rates of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)declined by only 16.73%after four *** adsorption of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)follows the Langmuir isotherms model and pseudo-second-order dynamics *** utmost adsorption competence was calculated as 215.27 mg g^(-1).The T-AlZn adsorbent exhibits a bright prospect in the adsorption for Pb^(2+)and is a considerable candidate in the disposal of industrial sewage.

Pyrimidine donor induced built-in electric field between melon chains in crystalline carbon nitride to facilitate excitons dissociation

The strong intrinsic Coulomb interactions of Frenkel excitons in crystalline carbon nitride(CCN) greatly limits their dissociation into electrons and holes, resulting in unsatisfactory charges separation and photocatalytic efficiency. Herein, we propose a strategy to facilitate excitons dissociation by molecular regulation induced built-in electric field(BIEF). The electron-rich pyrimidine-ring into CCN changes the charge density distribution over heptazine-rings to induce BIEF between melon chains. Such BIEF is sufficient to overcome the considerable exciton binding energy(EBE) and reduce it from 38.4 meV to 16.4 meV,increasing the excitons dissociation efficiency(EDE) from 21.5% to 51.9%. Our results establish a strategy to facilitate excitons dissociation through molecular regulation induced BIEF, targeting the intrinsic high EBE and low EDE of polymer photocatalysts.

How Will Different Types of Regional Innovation Policy and Their Mixes Affect the Innovation Performance of Enterprises: An Empirical Study Based on Shenzhen

Evaluating the functional boundary of different types of innovation policy instruments and their mixes on innovation performance of enterprises is an important but unresolved key *** paper,based on the systematically carding the quantization of 155 innovation policies issued by Shenzhen governmental departments from 2011 to 2019,analyzed the characteristics from different types of innovation instruments and their *** results show that Shenzhen governmental has constantly enriched innovation policy instruments for encouraging enterprise innovation,but there are structural unbalances in the issued innovation policy manifested as follows:firstly supply-side policy and environmental-side policy were promulgated more than demand-side policy;secondly the specific instruments employed by Shenzhen governmental were also uneven in different type of innovation policy,like supply-side policy focused on the instruments of government procurement and R&D outsourcing,demand-side policy employed human resource training,innovation infrastructure and fiscal support most,and environmental-side policy main used target planning,intellectual property protection and financial *** study expands and understanding empirical implementation of different reginal innovation policy instruments,and has implication for Shenzhen governmental in improving the applicability ability of policies in the enterprises innovation.
