The onsite next generation sequencing(NGS)of Ebola virus(EBOV)genomes during the 2013–2016 Ebola epidemic in Western Africa provides an opportunity to trace the origin,transmission,and evolution of this ***,we have diagnosed a cohort of EBOV patients in Sierra Leone in 2015,during the late phase of the *** surviving EBOV patients had a recovery process characterized by decreasing viremia,fever,and biochemical *** genomes sequenced through the longitudinal blood samples of these patients showed dynamic intra-host substitutions of the virus during acute infection,including the previously described short stretches of 13 serial TNC ***,within individual patients,samples collected during the early phase of infection possessed Ts at these nucleotide sites,whereas they were replaced by Cs in samples collected in the later phase,suggesting that these short stretches of TNC mutations could emerge *** addition,up to a total of 35 nucleotide sites spanning the EBOV genome were mutated *** study showed the dynamic intra-host adaptation of EBOV during patient recovery and gave more insight into the complex EBOV-host interactions.

Realizing the Long Lifespan of Molybdenum Trioxide in Aqueous Aluminum Ion Batteries Through Potential Regulation

MoO_(3) is one of the most promising anode materials for aqueous aluminum batteries due to its high theoretical capacity and suitable aluminum insertion/de-insertion ***,the inferior cycling stability limits its further application,and the failure mechanism is still *** this article,we provide a straightforward potential regulation technique to manage phase evolution during the charge/discharge process,which ultimately results in a markedly enhanced MoO_(3) electrode cycling *** failure mechanism study reveals that the excessive oxidation of the electrode during charge/discharge generates the H_(0.34)MoO_(3) phase,which has high solubility and is the primary cause of MoO_(3) *** the dissolved Mo species will be deposited onto the electrode sheet again,the deposition is not electrochemically active and cannot contribute to the *** the cutoff potential prevented the production of H_(0.34)MoO_(3),resulting in excellent cycling performance(80.1% capacity retention after 4000 cycles).The as-assembled α-MoO_(3)//MnO_(2) full battery exhibits high discharge plateaus(1.4 and 0.9 V),large specific capacity(200 mAhg^(-1) at 2 Ag^(-1)),and ultra-high coulombic efficiency(99%).The research presented here may contribute to the development of highly stable electrode materials for aqueous batteries.

Diagnosis and Control of Classical PRRSV Strain Infection in a Pig Farm

The suspected cases of PRRSV in a pig farm of Shandong Province were conducted pathologic autopsy, RT-PCR amplification, and sequencing and analysis of PRRSV N protein gene. The results showed that the homology of the nucleotide sequences of protein N was 99.7% between the isolate and the classical strains (VR2332 and SD1), and 93.4% between the isolate and the highly pathogenic strains (JXA1, HuN4, SX-1 and TJM). The results suggested that the virus was classical PRRSV in the pig farm. The research would provide a reference for the diagnosis and targeted therapy of classical PRRSV infection in swine production.

Remote Sensing Inversion of Nitrogen Nutrition Status of Apple Tree Leaves during Stopping Period of Spring Shoots

The nutrient inversion model of apple leaves was established by spectral analysis technology to provide technical support for the fine management of apple *** Shuangquan Town,Changqing District,Jinan City,Shandong Province,the Fuji apple trees with stopping period of spring shoots were taken as research *** spectral reflectance and nitrogen content of apple leaves were measured by ASD Field Spec 4 portable ground object *** the correlation between leaf nitrogen content and spectral *** sensitive wavelengths with high correlation coefficient were select by fractional differential algorithm,and the optimal vegetation index was constructed and screened *** Least Square Regression(PLSR),Support Vector Machine(SVM)and Random Forests(RF)method were used to construct an inversion model of leaf nitrogen *** results show that the RF model based on fractional differential second-order treatment is the best inversion model for the nitrogen content of leaves during stopping period of spring *** modeling accuracy determination coefficient R2 reached 0.891,RMSE was 0.0841,and RPD was *** determination coefficient R2 of the fitting results of the verification set was 0.617,RMSE was 0.1251,and RPD was *** inversion model established by RF method is effective in monitoring the nitrogen content in apple leaves,which provides a theoretical basis for monitoring the growth of apple by hyperspectral technology.

Inversion of Canopy Nitrogen Content in Apple Orchard Based on GF-1 Satellite Image

The apple orchard in Qixia City, Yantai City, Shandong Province was used as the research area. The nitrogen content inversion of apple canopy was studied by using the satellite remote sensing images of GF-1. On the basis of GF-1 satellite multispectral image preprocessing, vegetation index was extracted by band math. The nitrogen sensitive vegetation index of apple canopy was selected by correlation analysis of nitrogen content in apple canopy. The best inversion model for the nitrogen content of apple canopy was selected by establishing the regression model of univariate and multivariate factors. The nitrogen content of the canopy of apple orchard in the study area was inverted in space. The results showed that the 6 vegetation indices of RVI, NDVI, EVI, VARI, NPCI and NRI were better correlated with nitrogen content in the vegetation index based on GF-1 satellite multispectral imaging. The best inversion model of nitrogen content in apple canopy layer is the multivariate stepwise regression (MSR) model: Nc = 35.74– 41.978^*NPCI-10.78^*NDVI. The R^2 and RMSE of the model was 0.69 and 1.07. The spatial inversion of nitrogen content in apple orchard canopy was obtained. This study provided theoretical basis and technical support for large-area rapid monitoring of regional fruit tree nutrients.

Simulated Reflectance of Apple Trees in Canopy Level Based on the PROSAIL Model and HJ-1A-HSI Data

Using the PROSAIL radiation transfer model and HJ-1A-HSI data to simulate the canopy reflectivity of apple trees, this study lays the foundation for the inversion of canopy parameters. Taking Qixia City of Yantai City, Shandong Province as the research area, the apple tree was taken as the research object, and the hyperspectral reflectance, LAI and sample GPS of apple canopy were measured in the field. The parameters required for the PROSAIL model were obtained by experimental methods. The model simulates the reflectivity;the HSI image data is preprocessed, and the canopy reflectivity is extracted by GPS coordinates. The PROSAIL model and the HSI image simulated reflectance were fitted to the measured apple canopy reflectivity. The decisive factor (R2) of the simulated reflectance and the measured reflectance of the PROSAIL model was 0.9944, and the relative error (RE%)was 0.1845. The HSI data simulated reflectance and measured reflectance. The coefficient of determination is 0.9714 and the relative error is 0.6202. Both have achieved good fitting effects and can be used for inversion studies of apple canopy parameters.

Link Mining in Online Social Networks with Directed Negative Relationships

One of the most important work to analyse online social networks is link mining. A new type of social networks with positive and negative relationships are burgeoning. We present a link mining method based on random walk theory to mine the unknown relationships in directed social networks which have negative relationships. Firstly, we define an extended Laplacian matrix based on this type of social ***, we prove the matrix can be used to compute the similarities of the node pairs. Finally, we propose a link mining method based on collaboration recommendation method. We apply our method in two real social networks. Experimental results show that our method do better in terms of sign accuracy and AUC for mining unknown links in the two real datasets.
