Simulation of China’s potential rice yields by coupling land system evolution and climate change

Land systems and climate,which are the key elements of agricultural production and key drivers of crop yields,affect the quality of arable ***,a quantitative model to reveal the mechanism of how potential grain yields are affected by macro-scale arable land evolution and climate change has not yet been *** this study,we constructed a Grey Prediction Model-Future Land Use Simulation(GM-FLUS),which combined land system evolution with climate change data,to simulate changes in China’s land system over the next 40 *** improved the Global Agro-Ecological Zone(GAEZ)model,estimated China’s potential rice yields and their spatial distribution in the next 40 years under four scenarios(shared socioeconomic pathway SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,SSP3-7.0,and SSP5-8.5)of the Sixth International Coupling Model Intercomparison project,analysed the spatiotemporal variations in the potential rice yields and their drivers,and provided appropriate suggestions for increasing rice *** simulation results indicated an increase in China’s potential rice yields during 2020–2060 under the SSP1-2.6 and SSP3-7.0 scenarios and a decrease under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 ***,China’s development strategy of“achieving carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060”was similar to the SSP1-2.6 scenario,under which rice yields were relatively ***,under China’s arable land protection policy,China’s paddy field area will change slightly during 2020–2060,and potential rice yields will be influenced by *** the four climate change scenarios,air temperature increased and was negatively correlated with potential rice yields in main rice-producing ***,potential rice yields were positively correlated with precipitation,which increased stably under the SSP1-2.6 and SSP3-7.0scenarios and decreased under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 *** results suggest that the development of heat-resistant rice varieties and the implementat

The application of phase-change materials (PCM)for thermal-energy storage is hampered by their low thermal *** particles (CP)and copper foam (CF)were used to enhance the thermal conductivity of a microencapsulated phase-change material (MicroPCM).The effects of the CP size and mass fraction and the pore number per inch (PPI)of the CF on the thermal properties of the MicroPCM were *** chemical and microstructures of the MicroPCM and its CP composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,respectively. Their thermal conductivities,phase-change temperatures,and latent heats were *** CP into the MicroPCM decreased the latent heats with increasing *** thermal conductivities of MicroPCM/CP (Swt%,50nm diameter)and MicroPCM/CF (PPI 30)were 1.12times and 3.46times that of the unmodified MicroPCM at 20℃,***-energy storage performances of the MicroPCM/CF composites were studied at a power of 2.9±*** temperature of the contact surfaces of the pure MicroPCM and its composites (PPI 10,PPI 20,PPI 30)was 75.88,51.27,50.52,and 50.23℃,*** composites displayed more uniform temperature distributions.

In this work,we used tensile tests to analyze the tangential failure forms of raw bamboo and determine a relationship between tangential tensile strength,elastic modulus,position,density,and moisture *** found that the tangential mechanical properties of the culm wall were mainly dependent on the mechanical properties of the basic structure of the thin *** for calculating the tangential tensile strength of moso bamboo and adjusting the moisture content were also *** tangential tensile strength and the tangential tensile modulus of elasticity(TTMOE)followed:outer>middle>inner,and diaphragm>bamboo node>culm *** the fiber saturation point,the tangential tensile strength and TTMOE values of the bamboo gradually decreased with increasing moisture *** the moisture content was 15%,the tangential tensile strengths of the inner,middle,outer,culm wall,bamboo node,and diaphragm samples of the five-year-old moso bamboo were 3.17,3.29,3.31,3.24,3.67,and 8.85 MPa,***,their TTMOE values were 215.09,227.98,238.45,224.04,267.21,and 559.27 MPa,***,this study provides a theoretical basis for future research on bamboo cracking.

Simulation for stochastic wind field is very important in analyzing dynamic responses of large complex structures due to strong *** typical simulation method is the spectrum representation method (SRM),but the SRM has drawbacks of inferior precision in lower frequency and slow calculating *** view of this,the modified Fourier spectrum method (MFSM) is introduced into the simulation of stochastic wind field in this *** this method,phase information of wind velocity time history is determined by cross power spectral density (CPSD) between adjacent points,and the wind velocity time history with time and space correlation is generated by iterative modification for CPSD considering auto power spectral density (APSD).Simulation of the wind field for a long-span bridge is undertaken to verify the effectiveness of the *** results of the SRM and the MFSM are *** can be concluded that the MFSM is more accurate and has higher calculation speed than the SRM.

Phototheranostic with highly integrated functions is an attractive platform for cancer management. It remains challenging to develop a facile phototheranostic platform with complementary bimodal imaging and combinational therapy capacity. Herein, the small-molecule cyanine IR780 loaded liposomes have been harnessed as a nanoplatform to simultaneously realize photoacoustic(PA)/the second near-infrared window(NIR-Ⅱ) fluorescence imaging and image-guided surgery/adjuvant photothermal therapy(PTT).This nanoplatform exhibits attractive properties like uniform controllable size, stable dispersibility, NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence emission, photothermal conversion, and biocompatibility. Benefiting from the complementary PA/NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence bimodal imaging, this nanoplatform was successfully applied in precise vasculature delineation and tumor diagnosis. Interestingly, the tumor was clearly detected by NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging with the highest tumor-to-normal-tissue ratio up to 12.69, while signal interference from the liver was significantly reduced, due to the difference in the elimination rate of the nanoplatform in the liver and tumor. Under the precise guidance of the image, the tumor was accurately resected, and the simulated residual lesion after surgery was completely ablated by adjuvant PTT. This combined therapy showed improved antitumor efcacy over the individual surgery or PTT. This work develops a facile phototheranostic nanoplatform with great significance in accurately diagnosing and effectively treating tumors using simple NIR light irradiation.

Enhancing remyelination after injury is of utmost importance for optimizing the recovery of nerve *** the formation of myelin by Schwann cells(SCs)is critical for the function of the peripheral nervous system,the temporal dynamics and regulatory mechanisms that control the progress of the s lineage through myelination require further ***,using in vitro co-culture models,gene expression profiling of laser capture-microdissected SCs at various stages of myelination,and multilevel bioinformatic analysis,we demonstrated that SCs exhibit three distinct transcriptional characteristics duringmyelination:the immature,promyelinating,and myelinating *** showed that suppressor interacting 3a(Sin3A)and 16 other transcription factors and chromatin regulators play important roles in the progress of ***3A knockdown in the sciatic nerve or specifically in SCs reduced or delayed the myelination of regenerating axons in a rat crushed sciatic nerve model,while overexpression of Sin3A greatly promoted the remyelination of ***,in vitro experiments revealed that Sin3A silencing inhibited SC migration and differentiation at the promyelination stage and promoted SC proliferation at the immature *** addition,SC differentiation and maturation may be regulated by the Sin3A/histone deacetylase2(HDAC2)complex functionally cooperating with Sox10,as demonstrated by rescue ***,these results complement the recent genome and proteome analyses of SCs during peripheral nerve myelin *** results also reveal a key role of Sin3A-dependent chromatin organization in promoting myelinogenic programs and SC differentiation to control peripheral myelination and *** findings may inform new treatments for enhancing remyelination and nerveregeneration.

Background:To describe the current status of aerosol therapy during mechanical ventilation(MV)and the prac-tice,knowledge,and beliefs about aerosol therapy in physicians working in the intensive care unit(ICU)in ***:A physician self-administered questionnaire-based cross-sectional survey was carried out from January 2019 to July *** electronic questionnaire was designed,and physicians who worked regularly in ICUs across several hospitals were contacted through *** to all questions and the general characteristics of physicians who answered the questionnaire were collected and ***:A total of 2203 medical staffwho regularly worked in the ICUs completed this questionnaire(9.0%missing data);87.7%of the participants were *** respondents claimed that they often administered aerosolization *** atomizer(50.7%)and jet nebulizer(48.6%)were the most commonly used atomization ***(65.8%)and steroids(66.3%)were the most frequently aerosolized drugs during *** nebulization,ventilator settings were never changed by 32.7%of *** 49.1%of respondents knew the appropriate place for a ***,62.7%of respondents using heated humidifiers reported turning them offduring *** knowledge about droplet size and nebulization yield was *** from tertiary hospitals and those with higher technical title or work experience tended to have better accuracy than those from primary hospitals or with lower technical titles(P<0.050).Conclusions:Aerosol therapy was commonly used during MV,and the most frequent drugs were bronchodila-tors and *** knowledge about the optimal implementation of aerosol therapy during MV seemed deficient.

At present,the severe network security situation has put forward high requirements for network security defense *** order to automate botnet threat warning,this paper researches the types and characteristics of *** has special characteristics in attributes such as packets,attack time interval,and packet *** this paper,the attack data is annotated by means of string recognition and expert *** attack features are extracted from the labeled attack data,and then use K-means for cluster *** clustering results show that the same attack data has its unique characteristics,and the automatic identification of network attacks is realized based on these *** the same time,based on the collection and attribute extraction of Botnet attack data,this paper uses RF,GBM,XGBOOST and other machine learning models to test the warning results,and automatically analyzes the attack by importing attack *** the early warning analysis results,the accuracy rates of different models are *** the descriptive values of the three accuracy rates of Accuracy,Precision,and F1_Score,the early warning effect of each model can be comprehensively *** the five algorithms used in this paper,three have an accuracy rate of over 90%.The three models with the highest accuracy are used in the early warning *** research shows that cyberattacks can be accurately *** this technology is applied to the protection system,accurate early warning can be given before a network attack is launched.

There are many kinds of linear canonical transform(LCT)-based Wigner distributions(WDs),which are very effective in detecting noisy linear frequency-modulated(LFM) signals. Among WDs in LCT domains, the instantaneous cross-correlation function type of Wigner distribution(ICFWD) attracts much attention from scholars, because it achieves not only low computational complexity but also good detection ***, the existing LCT free parameters selection strategy, namely a solution of the expectation-based output signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) optimization model, is not unique. In this paper, by introducing the variance-based output SNR optimization model, a multiobjective optimization model is established. Then the existence and uniqueness of the optimal parameters of ICFWD are investigated. The solution of the multiobjective optimization model with respect to one-component LFM signal added with zero-mean stationary circular Gaussian noise is derived. A comparison of the unique parameters selection strategy and the previous one is carried out. The theoretical results are also verified by numerical simulations.
