Characteristics of “Guangyuan-Wangcang” trough during Late Middle Permian and its petroleum geological significance in northern Sichuan Basin, SW China

Based on outcrop characteristics, combined with regional tectonic background, drilling and geophysical data, the sedimentary characteristics of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in the northern Sichuan Basin was studied by means of macroscopic and microscopic observation, geochemical element test, total organic carbon content and vitrinite reflectance measurement. There is a set of deep-water sediments rich in organic matter in the Guangyuan-Wangcang area of northern Sichuan during the late depositional period of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation. The strata are distributed from northwest to southeast, with thickness of 10–30 m, mainly composed of siliceous rocks and siliceous mudstones, intercalated with gravity flow deposits. Siliceous rocks and siliceous mudstones are characterized by thin single layer, flat bedding and rich siliceous radiolarians, calthrop and brachiopod with small body and thin shell, belonging to the typical sedimentary characteristics of deep-water trough facies. The contents of Cu, Co, Mo, Ni and the ratio of Ni to Co in the geochemical tests all indicate that the siliceous rocks are products of deep-water reducing environment. The TOC value ranges from 3.21% to 8.19%, with an average of 5.53%, indicating that the siliceous rocks have good hydrocarbon generation ability. The south side of the trough is in platform margin facies with high energy, and the sediments are mainly thick massive micritic-calcsparite biogenic(clastic) limestone, which is conducive to the formation and evolution of the reservoir. During the late sedimentary period of the Maokou Formation, the northward subduction and extension of the oceanic crust at the northwestern margin of the Yangtze Plate provided the internal dynamic conditions for the formation of the "Guangyuan-Wangcang" trough. Ammonia is a vital component in the fertilizer and chemical industries, as well as serving as a significant carrier of renewable hydrogen energy. Compared with the industry’s principal technique, the Haber-Bosch method, for ammonia synthesis, electro/photocatalytic ammonia synthesis is increasingly recognized as a viable and eco-friendly alternative. This method enables distributed small-scale deployment and can be powered by sustainable renewable energy sources. However, the efficiency of electro/photocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction is hindered by the challenges in activating the N≡N bond and nitrogen’s low solubility, thereby limiting its large-scale industrial applications. In this review, recent advancements in electro/photocatalytic nitrogen reduction are summarized, encompassing the complex reaction mechanisms, as well as the effective strategies for developing electro/photocatalytic catalysts and advanced reaction systems. Furthermore, the energy efficiency and economic analysis of electro/photocatalytic nitrogen fixation are deeply discussed. Finally, some unsolved challenges and potential opportunities are discussed for the future development of electro/photocatalytic ammonia synthesis.

Sentiment Analysis Using Deep Learning Approach

Deep learning has made a great breakthrough in the field of speech and image *** deep learning neural network has completely changed the field of natural language processing(NLP).Due to the enormous amount of data and opinions being produced,shared and transferred everyday across the Internet and other media,sentiment analysis has become one of the most active research fields in natural language *** paper introduces three deep learning networks applied in IMDB movie reviews sentiment *** was divided to 50%positive reviews and 50%negative *** Neural Network(RNN)and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural networks are two main types,which are widely used in NLP tasks,while Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)is often used in image *** results have shown that,CNN network model can achieve good classification effect when applied to sentiment analysis of movie *** have reported the accuracy of 88.22%,while RNN and LSTM have reported accuracy of 68.64%and 85.32%respectively.

There are two difficult in the existing image restoration *** is that the method is difficult to repair the image with a large damaged,the other is the result of image completion is not good and the speed is *** the development and application of deep learning,the image repair algorithm based on generative adversarial networks can repair images by simulating the distribution of *** the process of image completion,the first step is trained the generator to simulate data distribution and generate *** a large number of falsified images are quickly generated using the generative adversarial network and search for the code of the closest damaged ***,the generator generates missing content by using this *** this basis,this paper combines the semantic loss function and the perceptual loss *** result show that the method successfully predicts the information of large areas missing in the image,and realizes the photorealism,producing clearer and more consistent results than previous methods.

在高空飞行环境下,机翼表面的积冰可能会改变其空气动力学特性并进一步降低升力,因此机翼结冰的检测显得尤为关键。为克服现有积冰检测技术通常依赖于操作人员的经验判断或需要昂贵的工程实施及硬件开发成本的局限,本文提出了一种基于CenterNet模型的旋转目标检测方法 RA-CenterNet。针对风洞实验数据集中呈现的特定积冰区域方向问题,设计了一种新颖的角度预测分支网络,有效实现了对旋转目标的精确校准。此外,为了提升神经网络在识别冰形边界时的特征提取能力,研究中还融合了卷积注意力模块(Convolutional block attention module, CBAM)。通过与其他旋转目标检测方法以及基准网络进行的一系列对比实验验证了RA-CenterNet方法的性能。实验结果表明,RA-CenterNet算法在主流的旋转目标检测算法中显示出明显的竞争优势,证明了其在积冰检测领域的应用潜力。
