Ultra-smooth CsPbI_(2)Br film via programmable crystallization process for high-efficiency inorganic perovskite solar cells

CsPbI_(2)Br is an ideal inorganic perovskite material with a reasonable bandgap for solar cell applications because of its advantage of superior thermal and phase stability. However, the performance of CsPbI2Br based solar cells highly relied on the perovskite crystallization process along with the interfacial contact engineering process between CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite and charge-transporting layers. In this work, a programmable crystallization method is developed to obtain ultra-smooth CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite film with a well-engineered contact interface in perovskite solar cells. This method combines a pre-stand-by process with a programmable gradient thermal engineering process, which mediates the crystal growth dynamics process of CsPbI2Br perovskite by controlling the release of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) from its coordinates with the perovskite film, leading to high-quality CsPbI_(2)Br film with large-scale crystalline grains, reduced surface roughness, and low trap density. Fabricated perovskite devices based on CsPbI_(2)Br film obtained by this method deliver power conversion efficiency of 14.55 %;meanwhile, the encapsulated CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite device achieves a maximum efficiency of 15.07 %. This decent solar conversion efficiency demonstrates the effectiveness of the programmable crystallization method used in this work,which shows great potential as a universal approach in obtaining high-quality CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite films for fabricating high-efficiency inorganic perovskite solar cells.

Superhydrophobic, mechanically flexible and recyclable reduced graphene oxide wrapped sponge for highly efficient oil/water separation

Water pollution has become an urgent issue for our modem society, and it is highly desirable to rapidly deal with the water pollution without secondary pollution. In this paper, we have prepared a reduced graphene oxide （RGO） wrapped sponge with superhydrophobicity and mechanically flexibility via a facile low-temperature thermal treatment method under a reducing atmosphere. The skeleton of this sponge is completely covered with RGO layers which are closely linked to the skeleton. This sponge has an abundant pore structure, high selectivity, good recyclability, low cost, and outstanding adsorption capacity for floating oil or heavy oil underwater. In addition, this sponge can maintain excellent adsorption performance for various oils and organic solvents over 50 cycles by squeezing, and exhibits extremely high separa- tion efficiencies, up to 6 × 10^6 and 3.6 × 10^6 L·m^-3.h^-1 in non-turbulent and turbulent water/oil systems, respec- tively. This superhydrophobic adsorbent with attractive properties may find various applications, especially in large-scale removal of organic contaminants and oil spill cleanup.

Estimating the significance parameters,such as skin factor,permeability,wellbore storage coefficient,are the most component of transient pressure *** optimization algorithms have been applied to parametric estimation and realized the minimum error of well test *** a flexible heuristic particle swarm optimization can hunt optimal solution rapidly,it is difficult to search further in the vicinity of the optimal ***,to alleviate the local optimum and premature convergence,a global hybrid algorithm referred to as particle swarm simulated annealing is proposed,and proves to have better performance of convergence and accuracy than traditional methods,which are more suitable for parameter estimation.

This paper investigates the fixed-time synchronization problem of complex networks.A novel switching controller is proposed to solve the *** designed controller in this paper only needs intermittently to pin a few of nodes,which could reduce the control time and save the system’s ***,compared with the existing control methods for the fixed-time synchronization,the novel controller does not use the sign function,which could avoid the chattering *** constructing a Lyapunov function and designing a comparison system,some sufficient conditions are obtained to achieve the fixed-time ***,the numerical simulations could verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control approaches.

Designated Cloud Server Public Key Encryption with Keyword Search from Lattice in the Standard Model

Recently, how to retrieve the encrypted data efficiently from a cloud storage system becomes a hot topic. Public key encryption with keyword search(PEKS)can allow one to search the encrypted data with a keyword efficiently. Due to the booming of post-quantum cryptography, we propose public key encryption with keyword search from lattice assumption, which can resist quantum computer attacks. We delegate a particular cloud server to search the results, thus only the designated cloud server can finish the test process. Our scheme has been proved ciphertext indistinguishability in the standard model, which can reflect its security in the real world. To the best of our knowledge, our scheme is the first construction based on lattice in the standard model, which is a step stone in the post-quantum cryptographic communication.

Simultaneous hydraulic fracturing of ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs in China: Mechanism and its field test

Based on the impact of the stress perturbation effect created by simultaneous propagation of multiple fractures in the process of simultaneous hydraulic fracturing, a thorough research on the mechanism and adaptation of simultaneous fracturing of double horizontal wells in ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs was conducted by taking two adjacent horizontal wells(well Yangping-1 and well Yangping-2 located in Longdong area of China Changqing Oilfield) as field test wells. And simultaneous fracturing optimal design of two adjacent horizontal wells was finished and employed in field test. Micro-seismic monitoring analysis of fracture propagation during the stimulation treatment shows that hydraulic fractures present a pattern of complicated network expansion, and the well test data after fracturing show that the daily production of well Yangping-1 and well Yangping-2 reach105.8 t/d and 87.6 t/d, which are approximately 9.4 times and 7.8 times the daily production of a fractured vertical well in the same area, respectively. Field test reflects that simultaneous hydraulic fracturing of two adjacent horizontal wells can enlarge the expansion area of hydraulic fractures to obtain a lager drainage area and realize the full stimulation of ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs in China Changqing oilfield. Therefore, simultaneous fracturing of two adjacent horizontal wells provides a good opportunity in stimulation techniques for the efficient development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs in China Changqing oilfield,and it has great popularization value and can provide a new avenue for the application of stimulation techniques in ultra-low permeability reservoirs in China.

Spontaneous relaxation of 2D passivation layer contributes to the aging-induced performance enhancement of perovskite solar cells

The aging-induced performance enhancement of the perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has been considered to be associated with the oxidation progress of the hole-transporting *** the influence of the structural evolution of the passivation layer is *** this work,a spontaneous relaxation of two-dimensional(2D)passivation layer with increased n-value structure is observed,which can be accelerated under ambient *** is demonstrated that device with relaxed 2D passivation layer exhibits reduced non-radiative recombination and optimized charge transfer property,contributing substantially to the aging-induced performance enhancement in 2D-3D heterostructured ***,a high fill factor of 84.15%of the devices is obtained with the relaxed 2D passivation layer,suggesting the spontaneous relaxation of 2D passivation layer is playing a key role in achieving high quality optoelectronic devices.

Actual wellbore tortuosity evaluation using a new quasi-three-dimensional approach

The irregular wellbore trajectory caused by the wellbore deviation and fluctuation makes a significant effect on the torque and drag in extending and direction drilling,especially for wellbore trajectory with obvious deviation in the drilling *** a consequence,a new quasi-three-dimensional wellbore tortuosity evaluation method is *** new method incorporates the effect of fluctuation frequency and amplitude of oscillating wellbore trajectory;a weight coefficient index that quantifies the effect of tortuosity of one segment trajectory to the entire trajectory;a‘Peak-Valley’principle that can decompose the irregular wellbore trajectory in various scale *** studies show that the deflection angle between the segments of tortuous wellbore increases the torque and drag by strengthening the contact behaviors between the drillstring and ***,the deflection angle is introduced to quantify the effect of deviation in the drilling direction on wellbore *** evaluation results of two field cases demonstrate the new method which is adapted to the wellbore trajectory fluctuating with various characteristics and can reflect the actual state of wellbore tortuosity with severe oscillation more effectively and accurately.

Convergence Rate of the Asymmetric Deffuant-Weisbuch Dynamics

This paper considers the convergence rate of an asymmetric Deffuant-Weisbuch *** model is composed by finite n interacting *** this model,agent i’s opinion is updated at each time,by first selecting one randomly from n agents,and then combining the selected agent j’s opinion if the distance between j’s opinion and i’s opinion is not larger than the confidence radiusε*** yields the endogenously changing inter-agent *** on the previous result that all agents opinions will converge almost surely for any initial states,the authors prove that the expected potential function of the convergence rate is upper bounded by a negative exponential function of time t when opinions reach consensus finally and is upper bounded by a negative power function of time t when opinions converge to several different limits.
