For a 5G wireless communication system,a convolutional deep neural network(CNN)is employed to synthesize a robust channel state estimator(CSE).The proposed CSE extracts channel information from transmit-and-receive pairs through offline training to estimate the channel state ***,it utilizes pilots to offer more helpful information about the communication *** proposedCNN-CSE performance is compared with previously published results for Bidirectional/long short-term memory(BiLSTM/LSTM)NNs-based *** CNN-CSE achieves outstanding performance using sufficient pilots only and loses its functionality at limited pilots compared with BiLSTM and LSTM-based *** three different loss function-based classification layers and the Adam optimization algorithm,a comparative study was conducted to assess the performance of the presented DNNs-based *** BiLSTM-CSE outperforms LSTM,CNN,conventional least squares(LS),and minimum mean square error(MMSE)*** addition,the computational and learning time complexities for DNN-CSEs are *** estimators are promising for 5G and future communication systems because they can analyze large amounts of data,discover statistical dependencies,learn correlations between features,and generalize the gotten kno.ledge.

Deep Learning(DL)techniques as a subfield of data science are getting overwhelming attention mainly because of their ability to understand the underlying pattern of data in making *** techniques require a considerable amount of data to efficiently train the DL ***,when the data size is larger,the DL models perform ***,it is no. possible to have a considerable amount of data in different domains such as *** healthcare,it is impossible to have a substantial amount of data to solve medical problems using Artificial Intelligence,mainly due to ethical issues and the privacy of *** solve this problem of small dataset,different techniques of data augmentation are used that can increase the size of the training ***,these techniques only change the shape of the image and hence the classification model does no. increase *** Adversarial Networks(GANs)are very powerful techniques to augment training data as new samples are *** technique helps the classification models to increase their *** this paper,we have investigated augmentation techniques in healthcare image *** objective of this research paper is to develop a no.el augmentation technique that can increase the size of the training set,to enable deep learning techniques to achieve higher *** have compared the performance of the image classifiers using the standard augmentation technique and *** results demonstrate that GANs increase the training data,and eventually,the classifier achieves an accuracy of 90%compared to standard data augmentation techniques,which achieve an accuracy of up to 70%.Other advanced CNN models are also tested and have demonstrated that more deep architectures can achieve more than 98%accuracy for making classification on Oral Squamous Cell Carcino.a.

Current image stegano.raphy methods are working by assigning an image as a cover file then embed the payload within it by modifying its pixels,creating the stego ***,the left traces that are caused by these modifications will make steganalysis algorithms easily detect the hidden payload.A coverless data hiding concept is proposed to solve this *** does no. mean that cover is no. required,or the payload can be transmitted without a ***,the payload is embedded by cover generation or a secret message mapping between the cover file and the *** this paper,a new coverless image stegano.raphy method has been proposed based on the jigsaw puzzle image generation driven by a secret ***,the image is divided into equal rows then further divided into equal columns,creating blocks(i.e.,sub-images).Then,according to secret message bits and a proposed mapping function,each block will have tabs/blanks to get the shape of a puzzle piece creating a fully shaped jigsaw puzzle *** that,the generated jigsaw puzzle image is sent to the *** results and analysis show a good performance in the hiding capacity,security,and robustness compared with existing coverless image stegano.raphy methods.

Soil amendments containing carbonized materials increase the soil carbon reservoir,influence plant productivity,and,ultimately,help to clean the *** is data on the effect of such additions on soil physicochemical properties or plant growth,but few studies have focused on how these carbonized materials are distributed by termite species in the soil *** is the first comprehensive study of the transportation of biochar(BC)by termite species under tropical environmental conditions in *** present study was carried out to test the hypothesis that if termite species I)were involved in the distribution of biochar particles II)if yes,then how far these particles were transported during the study period(10 days)and III)check their preference between the enriched BC(EBC)and no.-enriched *** was enriched with the cattle slurry after its pyrolysis in the *** results showed that EBC particles were significantly more widely distributed than no.-enriched BC particles,but both types of BC were transported more than 4 cm(ring 4)within 10 days(at the end of the experiment).The current study also revealed that EBC was easily attached to the setae,cuticle,and legs of termites,implying that it could potentially be transported over a greater ***,transportation of EBC over larger distances indicated a potential preference of termite species between the EBC and BC *** the study,however,the preference among the termite species was also *** the prevailing study conditions,the Coptotermes heimi and Heteroterme indicola species transported the EBC further than Microtermes obesi and Odontotermes *** findings revealed that transportation preferences were observed among the four termite *** conclusion,the current study found that termites were involved in the distribution of BC particles,with a preference for EBC and that these have the potential to transport BC particles more than 4 cm within 10 da

Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.),when exposed to abiotic stress such as salinity,suffers significant losses in yield and *** present study evaluated the salinity tolerance of 12 alfalfa cultivars in vitro using five concentrations of sodium chloride(NaCl),ranging from 0 to 250 mmol L^(−1).The results obtained in the current study revealed that the Saudi cultivars,Kasimi and Hassawi,and the German cultivar(Berlin)had the highest salinity tolerance in terms of germination percentage(GP),corrected germination rate index(CGRI),days to reach 50%germination(GT_(50)),and ability to form cotyledonary and true *** mmol L^(−1) NaCl,the Saudi cultivar Kasimi cultivar showed GP,CGRI,and GT_(50) of 55.20%,123.15,and 3.77 days,***,the German cultivar(Berlin)showed GP,CGRI,and GT_(50) of 50.06%,86.61,and 5.17 days,*** findings might reveal a pivotal aspect in salt tolerance in *** results will help to select salt-tolerant alfalfa cultivars that could thrive in arid and semi-arid areas with salinity problems.

Moringa oleifera is a miracle plant rich in nutrients,antioxidants,and antibiotic *** study was designed to evaluate various biochemical attributes of leaves and flowers of *** parts(leaves,flowers)of ***,collected from different roadsides of Multan district,Punjab,Pakistan,were used as experimental *** indicates that alkaloids,saponin,carbohydrates,fats,and protein had a high value in the aqueous extract of both leaves and flowers of *** pheno. content was high in methano.ic leaves extract and the pheno. contents were high in aqueous extract of *** extract yield of *** leaves and flowers both showed a higher percentage in aqueous extract(57.5%),followed by methano. extract and lowest in ethyl acetate *** contents were higher in ethyl acetate extract of leaves(33.67%)and aqueous extract of flowers(53.71%).While crude fiber was high in methano.ic extract of leaves(12.40%)and in flowers crude fiber was high in ethyl acetate extract(15.86%).The moisture contents were higher in leaves(8.87%)than flowers(7.3%)and similarly,ash percentage in flowers(52.60%)than leaves(41.84%).Ethyl acetate extracts of *** leaves show antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aerugino.a while methano.ic extract of *** flowers shows antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas *** growth inhibits show in all extracts of leaves against Aspergillus flavus,***,and *** except for the concentrated aqueous extract of *** in flowers maximum growth inhibits all extracts against ***,***,and *** except the diluted ethyl acetate *** present in different parts of moringa have significant edible and commercial *** extracts exhibited significant antimicrobial activity,therefore have applications in pharmaceuticals.

In soil biota,higher and enduring concentration of heavy metals like cadmium(Cd)is hazardous and associated with great loss in growth,yield,and quality parameters of most of the crop ***,in-situ applications of eco-friendly stabilizing agents in the form of organic modifications have been utilized to mitigate the adverse effects of *** controlled experiment was laid down to appraise the imprints of various applied organic amendments namely poultry manure(PM),farmyard manure(FYM),and sugarcane press mud(PS)to immobilize Cd in polluted ***,phytoavailability of Cd in wheat was also accessed under an alkaline *** revealed that the addition of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))in Cd-contaminated soil significantly increased germination rate,leaf chlorophyll content,plant height,spike length,biological and grain yield amongst all applied organic ***,the addition of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))also reduced the phytoavailability of Cd by 73–85%in the roots,57–83%in the shoots,and 81–90%in grains of wheat ***,it is affirmed that incorporation of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))performed better to enhance wheat growth and yield by remediating ***,the application of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))reduced the toxicity induced by Cd to plants by declining its uptake and translocation as compared to all other applied organic amendments to immobilize Cd under sandy alkaline polluted soil.
