Due to the constraints imposed by physical effects and performance degra certain limitations in sustaining the advancement of Moore’s ***-dimensional(2D)materials have emerged as highly promising candidates for the post-Moore era,offering significant potential in domains such as integrated circuits and next-generation ***,in this review,the progress of 2D semiconductors in process engineering and various electronic applications are summarized.A careful introduction of material synthesis,transistor engineering focused on device configuration,dielectric engineering,contact engineering,and material integration are given *** 2D transistors for certain electronic applications including digital and analog circuits,heterogeneous integration chips,and sensing circuits are ***,several promising applications(artificial intelligence chips and quantum chips)based on specific mechanism devices are ***,the challenges for 2D materials encountered in achieving circuit-level or system-level applications are analyzed,and potential development pathways or roadmaps are further speculated and outlooked.

research on the Optimal Aggregation Method of Judgment Matrices Based on Spatial Steiner-Weber Point

This paper is to provide a novel approach for the spatial aggregation of judgment *** optimal aggregation method of judgment matrices based on spatial Steiner-Weber point can effectively aggregate the preference information of group members and achieve the optimization of group *** method comprises three key elements:The spatial mapping of the judgment matrices,the spatial optimal aggregation model of the judgment matrices,and the plant growth simulation algorithm(PGSA)is used to find the optimal aggregation ***,the judgment matrices are mapped into a set of spatial multidimensional coordinates by using spatial mapping ***,the spatial Steiner-Weber point is used as the prototype to construct the spatial aggregation ***,the PGSA algorithm is used to find the spatial aggregation points,whose spatial weighted Euclidean distance to all the decision makers’preference points is *** optimal aggregation matrix is composed of these optimal aggregation points,which can accurately reflect the decision maker's comprehensive ***,the effectiveness and rationality of this method are verified by comparing with the classical group preference aggregation methods.

Measurement, modelling, and closed-loop control of crystal shape distribution： Literature review and future perspectives

Crystal morphology is known to be of great importance to the end-use properties of crystal products, and to affect down-stream processing such as filtration and drying. However, it has been previously regarded as too challenging to achieve automatic closed-loop control. Previous work has focused on controlling the crystal size distribution, where the size of a crystal is often defined as the diameter of a sphere that has the same volume as the crystal. This paper reviews the new advances in morphological population balance models for modelling and simulating the crystal shape distribution （CShD）, measuring and estimating crystal facet growth kinetics, and two- and three-dimensional imaging for on-line characterisation of the crystal morphology and CShD. A framework is presented that integrates the various components to achieve the ultimate objective of model-based closed-loop control of the CShD. The knowledge gaps and challenges that require further research are also identified.

This paper focuses on addressing the problem of web service monitoring by evaluating its suitability and privacy in a distributed web service environment(DWS).The need for web services monitoring and evaluation is necessary because the quantity and quality of retrieved web services generally does not fulfill the demands or requirements of the web service *** the literature,many authors proposed suitable solutions for checking the quality of web service in an ad hoc scenario but there is no available testbed for this *** this work,it is proposed to develop a framework as a testbed for evaluating the web service for its suitability and *** order to verify,the retrieved web services fulfill the demands and requirements of the requester in a DWS *** Framework to Evaluate the Web Service Suitability(FEWSS)supports service providers in modeling the services with testbed and to design service behavior to comply the service *** generates run-time instances of web services,client’s requests,service registries and other entities in order to emulate realistic SOA *** generating a real testbed,our approach assists in runtime test for provider system/*** focus has been put on the privacy policy extensibility to allow the service providers and users in a complex *** also provides an intuitive interface for testing all services under SOA control.

Effect of Misfit Strain on Pyroelectric Properties of (111) Oriented Pb(Zr_(1-x)Ti_x)O_3 Thin Films

Based on the Landau-Dovenshire theory,the thermodynamic potential of(111) oriented films is constructed to investigate the pyroelectric properties of Pb(Zr_(1-x)Ti_x)O_3 thin *** to the presence of nonlinear coupling terms resulted from the(111) epitaxy with substrates,the effects of misfit strain and electric field on the phase transitions at room temperature are more complex than that of(001) and(110) oriented ***(Zr_(1-x)Ti_x)O_3 thin films with the Ti composition around the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB) have the giant dielectric and pyroelectric ***,Pb(Zr_(1-x)Ti_x)O_3 thin films grown on the tensile substrates which induce the triclinic γ phase have the larger dielectric and pyroelectric properties than that on the compressive ***,the physical properties of(111)oriented Pb(Zr_(1-x)Ti_x)O_3 thin films can be adjusted by choosing the suitable substrates.

Polyconchoecia commixtus gen. et sp. nov. (Ostracoda： Myodocopa： Halocyprididae) from the South China Sea

Planktonic ostracods are small crustaceans abundant in marine ecosystem worldwide as appreciable part of marine zooplankton. Family Halocyprididae is a large group of halocyprid ostracods, and the tribe Conchoeciini has contained 21 genera previously. We described a further genus with a species Polyconchoecia commixtus gen. et sp. nov. from the middle of South China Sea in this study. The new species can be distinguished from related genera and species in having a unique combination of these characteristics： a lateral gland placed over right asymmetric gland and open near posterior margin; dense edge glands placed along ventral margin of carapace in line; shape of frontal organ; e-seta of first antenna is bare; endopod of second antenna has one small oval hump with central concave on mid-ventral margin, instead of processus mamillaris, exopod 1 has a small disto-dorsal spine, exopod 1 and 2 are fused, exopod 3 and 4 are bare; endopod 1 of mandible has one long ventral seta, endopod 2 has one ventral seta; maxillary endopod 1 has two basal setae; endopod 1 of fifth limb has only one ventral seta; endopod 1 of sixth limb and endopod 2 have no ventral seta. The definite distinctions in locations of major glands are the key characteristics of the new genus.

CEMA-LSTM:Enhancing Contextual Feature Correlation for Radar Extrapolation Using Fine-Grained Echo Datasets

Accurate precipitation nowcasting can provide great convenience to the public so they can conduct corresponding arrangements in advance to deal with the possible impact of upcoming heavy *** relevant research activities have shown their concerns on various deep learning models for radar echo extrapolation,where radar echo maps were used to predict their consequent moment,so as to recognize potential severe convective weather ***,these approaches suffer from an inaccurate prediction of echo dynamics and unreliable depiction of echo aggregation or dissipation,due to the size limitation of convolution filter,lack of global feature,and less attention to features from previous *** address the problems,this paper proposes a CEMA-LSTM recurrent unit,which is embedded with a Contextual Feature Correlation Enhancement Block(CEB)and a Multi-Attention Mechanism Block(MAB).The CEB enhances contextual feature correlation and supports its model to memorize significant features for near-future prediction;the MAB uses a position and channel attention mechanism to capture global features of radar *** practical radar echo datasets were used involving the FREM and CIKM 2017 *** quantification and visualization of comparative experimental results have demonstrated outperformance of the proposed CEMA-LSTMover recentmodels,e.g.,PhyDNet,MIM and PredRNN++,*** particular,compared with the second-rankedmodel,its average POD,FAR and CSI have been improved by 3.87%,1.65%and 1.79%,respectively on the FREM,and by 1.42%,5.60%and 3.16%,respectively on the CIKM 2017.

Energy forecasting using Renewable energy sources(RESs)is gradually gaining weight in the research field due to the benefits it presents to the modern-day *** only does energy forecasting using renewable energy sources help mitigate the greenhouse effect,it also helps to conserve energy for future *** the years,several methods for energy forecasting have been proposed,all of which were more concerned with the accuracy of the prediction models with little or no considerations to the operating *** research,however,proposes the uses of Deep Neural Network(DNN)for energy forecasting on mobile devices at the edge of the *** ensures low latency and communication overhead for all energy forecasting operations since they are carried out at the network ***,the cloud would be used as a support for the mobile devices by providing permanent storage for the locally generated data and a platform for offloading resource-intensive computations that exceed the capabilities of the local mobile devices as well as security for *** network topology was proposed which allows seamless incorporation of multiple RESs into the distributed renewable energy source(DRES)***,a novel grid control algorithm that uses the forecasting model to administer a wellcoordinated and effective control for renewable energy sources(RESs)in the electrical network is *** electrical network was simulated with two RESs and a DNN model was used to create a forecasting model for the simulated *** model was trained using a dataset from a solar power generation company in Belgium(elis)and was experimented with a different number of layers to determine the optimum architecture for performing the forecasting *** performance of each architecture was evaluated using the mean square error(MSE)and the r-square.
