Application of dynamic programming algorithm in winter heating control of greenhouse

In order to solve the immaturity of decision-making methods in the regulation of winter heating in greenhouses,this study proposed a solution to the problem of greenhouse winter heating regulation using a dynamic programming algorithm.A mathematical model that included indoor environmental state variables,optimization decision variables,and outdoor random variables was *** temperature is kept close to the expected value and the energy consumption is *** model predicts the control solution by considering the cost function within the next 10 *** two-stage planning method was used to optimize the state of each moment step by *** temperature control strategy model was obtained by training the relationship between indoor temperature,outdoor temperature,and heating time after optimization using a regression *** on a typical Internet of Things(IoT)structure,the greenhouse control system was designed to regulate the optimal control according to the feedback of the current *** testing and verification,the optimized control method could stabilize the temperature near the target *** to the threshold control(threshold interval of 2.0°C)under similar weather conditions,the optimized control method reduced the temperature fluctuation range by 0.9°C and saved 7.83 kW·h of electricity,which is about 14.56%of the total experimental electricity *** shows that the dynamic programming method is feasible for environmental regulation in actual greenhouse production,and further research can be expanded in terms of decision variables and policy models to achieve a more comprehensive,scientific,and precise regulation.

In this era of biodiversity loss and climate change,quantifying the impacts of natural disturbance on forest communities is imperative to improve biodiversity conservation *** and epixylic lichens are effective forest quality bioindicators,as they are generally long-lived organisms supported by continuity of specific forest structures and their associated microclimatic ***,how lichen communities respond to the effects of fluctuating historical disturbances remains *** a dendrochronological approach,this study investigates how natural disturbance dynamics indirectly influence various lichen community metrics in some of Europe's best-preserved primary mixed-beech *** modelling revealed that natural historical disturbance processes have decades-long effects on forest structural attributes,which had both congruent and divergent impacts on lichen community richness and *** species richness indirectly benefited from both historical and recent higher-severity disturbances via increased standing dead tree basal area and canopy openness respectively-likely through the presence of both pioneer and late-successional species associated with these ***-listed species richness showed a dependence on habitat continuity(old trees),and increased with disturbance-related structures(standing dead trees)whilst simultaneously benefiting from periods without severe disturbance events(old trees and reduced deadwood volume).However,if the disturbance occurred over a century in the past,no substantial effect on forest structure was ***,while disturbance-mediated forest structures can promote overall richness,threatened species appear vulnerable to more severe disturbance events-a concern,as disturbances are predicted to intensify with climate ***,the high number of threatened species found reinforce the critical role of primary forest structural attributes for biodiversity ***

Computer vision tasks are crucial for aerospace missions as they help spacecraft to understand and interpret the space environment,such as estimating position and orientation, reconstructing 3D models, and recognizing objects, which have been extensively studied to successfully carry out the missions. However, traditional methods like Kalman filtering, structure from motion, and multi-view stereo are not robust enough to handle harsh conditions, leading to unreliable results. In recent years, deep learning(DL)-based perception technologies have shown great potential and outperformed traditional methods, especially in terms of their robustness to changing environments. To further advance DL-based aerospace perception, various frameworks, datasets,and strategies have been proposed, indicating significant potential for future applications. In this survey, we aim to explore the promising techniques used in perception tasks and emphasize the importance of DL-based aerospace perception. We begin by providing an overview of aerospace perception, including classical space programs developed in recent years, commonly used sensors, and traditional perception methods. Subsequently, we delve into three fundamental perception tasks in aerospace missions: pose estimation, 3D reconstruction, and recognition, as they are basic and crucial for subsequent decision-making and control. Finally, we discuss the limitations and possibilities in current research and provide an outlook on future developments,including the challenges of working with limited datasets, the need for improved algorithms, and the potential benefits of multisource information fusion.

Deep learning is capable of greatly promoting the progress of super-resolution imaging technology in terms of imaging and reconstruction speed,imaging resolution,and *** paper proposes a deep neural network based on a generative adversarial network(GAN).The generator employs a U-Net-based network,which integrates Dense Net for the downsampling *** proposed method has excellent properties,for example,the network model is trained with several different datasets of biological structures;the trained model can improve the imaging resolution of different microscopy imaging modalities such as confocal imaging and wide-field imaging;and the model demonstrates a generalized ability to improve the resolution of different biological structures even out of the *** addition,experimental results showed that the method improved the resolution of caveolin-coated pits(CCPs)structures from 264 nm to 138 nm,a 1.91-fold increase,and nearly doubled the resolution of DNA molecules imaged while being transported through microfluidic channels.

The study aimed to assess the effects of dietary black soldier fly oil (BSFO) on the growth performance, flesh quality, and health status of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). Six iso-nitrogenous and isolipid diets were formulated by substituting fish oil and soybean oil (1/2, wt/wt) with BSFO in percentages of 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, respectively. The diets were fed to 960 fish (initial body weight = 16.5 g) in four replicates for 8 weeks. Indicators related to growth performance, body composition, hematology, flesh quality, expression of genes related to inflammatory cytokines and apoptosis, and the response of fish to Aeromonas veronii challenge were analyzed. The results showed that the weight gain rate was numerically improved in all BSFO substitution groups, ranging from 9.3% to 44.0% compared to the control group. The highest survival rate and the lowest hepatosomatic index and condition factor were observed in the BFSO20 group. In terms of flesh quality, the water-holding capacity of the dorsal muscle was elevated with higher levels of dietary BSFO. However, significant changes in texture properties (cohesiveness, gluing, and chewiness) were observed in the BSFO20 group (P < 0.05). Six hematological parameters related to glycolipid and liver function were optimized in most of the BFSO substitution groups. Furthermore, the expressions of six inflammation- and apoptosis-related genes (IL-1 beta, Bcl-xl, BAX, caspase8, TNF-alpha, and IL-10) were significantly affected by dietary BSFO (P < 0.05). Following bacterial challenge, the seven-day cumulative survival rates of fish were considerably increased from 10.0% in the control group to 60.0% and 66.7% in the BSFO80 and BSFO100 groups, respectively. One-variable linear regression analysis revealed that various parameters related to fish growth, flesh quality, and health status were significantly influenced by dietary BSFO substitution levels in a dose-dependent manner (P < 0.05). Enhancer of zeste homolog 2(EZH2),an epigenetic regulator that inhibits transcription primarily through trimethylation of Lys-27 in histone 3(H3K27me3),has been reported to play an important role in the regulation of cell cycle,autophagy,and apoptosis,and DNA damage repair.1 EZH2 is highly expressed in a variety of cancers including prostate cancer,breast cancer,and renal clear cell carcinoma,and is associated with adverse prognosis.1 Moreover,it has been reported that EZH2 might increase tumor stemness and metastasis capacity and inhibit antitumor immunity by affecting T cells,NK cells,macrophages,and immune checkpoints.2,3 However,the prognostic value and the mechanism of EZH2 have not been investigated in *** this study,RNA sequencing and whole genome sequencing data based on 48 skull base chordomas as well as immunohistochemistry of paraffin sections were analyzed to elucidate the role of EZH2 in skull base *** found copy number gain mediated high EZH2 expression is associated with tumor stemness,M2 macrophage infiltration,and adverse prognosis in ***,we demonstrated that EZH2 promotes the proliferation,migration,and invasion of chordoma cells in in vitro cell experiments.

Understanding the unstable evolution of railway slopes is the premise for preventing slope failure and ensuring the safe operation of ***,as two major factors affecting the stability of railway slopes,few scholars have explored the unstable evolution of railway slopes under the joint action of *** on the model test of sandy soil slope,the unstable evolution process of slope under locomotive vibration,rainfall,and rainfall-vibration joint action conditions was simulated in this *** comparing and analyzing the variation trends of soil pressure and water content of slope under these conditions,the change laws of pore pressure under the influence of vibration and rainfall were *** main control factors affecting the stability of slope structure under the joint action conditions were further *** with the slope failure phenomena under these three conditions,the causes of slope instability resulting from each leading factor were ***,according to the above conclusions,the unstable evolution of the slope under the rainfall-vibration joint action was *** test results show that the unstable evolution process of sandy soil slope,under the rainfall-vibration joint action,can be divided into:rainfall erosion cracking,vibration promotion penetrating,and slope instability sliding three *** the process of slope unstable evolution,rainfall and vibration play the roles of inducing and promoting slide *** addition,the deep cracks,which are the premise for the formation of the sliding surface,and the violent irregular fluctuation of soil pressure,which reflects the near penetration of the sliding surface,constitute the instability characteristics of the railway slope *** paper reveals the unstable evolution of sandy soil slopes under the joint action of rainfall-vibration,hoping to provide the theoretical basis for the early warning and prevention technology of railway slopes.
