The aim of this paper is to prove the well-posedness（existence and uniqueness） of the L p entropy solution to the homogeneous Dirichlet problems for the anisotropic degenerate parabolic-hyperbolic equations with L p initial *** use the device of doubling variables and some technical analysis to prove the uniqueness *** we can prove that the L p entropy solution can be obtained as the limit of solutions of the corresponding regularized equations of nondegenerate parabolic type.

[Objectives]To test the microbial limit of Zhideke granules.[Methods]According to the relevant regulations on the testing of granules in Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2015,the applicability of the methods for counting the total number of aerobic bacteria,molds and yeasts and objectionable organisms in Zhideke granules was studied.[Results]The total number of aerobic bacteria in Zhideke granules was determined by dilution plate method(1∶20,1 mL per dish),the total number of molds and yeasts was determined by conventional plate method(1∶10,1 mL per dish),and *** was detected by conventional method of TTB(1∶10 test solution,10-100 mL TSB).[Conclusions]The method was suitable for the microbial limit test of Zhideke granules.

[Objectives]To identify and analyze chemical components in Zhideke Granules by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS).[Methods]Zhideke Granules were isolated on a Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9μm).The mobile phase was 0.1%formic acid acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(containing 10 mmol ammonium acetate)with gradient *** components in Zhideke Granules were rapidly isolated and identified by HRMS in the positive and negative ion mode with full scan data-dependent two stage threshold-triggered mass modes(Full MS/dd-MS2).[Results]The secondary fragment ion information of the target compound was selected and compared with the compound reported in the databases and related literatures for further *** total,30 chemical compounds were identified,including 12 flavonoids and glycosides,9 organic acids,3 nitrogen-containing compounds,and 6 other components.[Conclusions]In this study,the UPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS was used for the first time to analyze the chemical components in Zhideke *** is intended to provide a reference for the quality evaluation and further study of pharmacodynamic materials of Zhideke Granules.

Optimization of Extraction Process for Longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.)Leaves Using Multi-indicator Comprehensive Evaluation Method

[Objectives]This study aimed to optimize the extraction process of longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.)leaves by multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method.[Methods]The contents of gallic acid ethyl ester,astragalin,quercetin,luteolin and kaempferol in longan leaves were determined simultaneously by *** the multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method,the methanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio and extraction time for extraction of longan leaves were optimized by orthogonal test.[Results]The optimal extraction process of longan leaves are as follows:methanol concentration of 100%,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶5,and extraction time of 50 min.[Conclusions]The optimized process is simple and feasible,and it can be used to determine the contents of different ingredients in longan leaves.

As an important representative of the modernization of the Chinese medicine industry,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound preparations are an indispensable part of the development of *** complex ingredients and unclear action mechanism of TCM compound preparations restrict the development of *** line with this problem,the modern TCM research has made extensive remarkable *** the single indicator in the past to multiple indicator,the research on the combination of TCM fingerprints and pharmacodynamics also has made great *** introduction of quality evaluation methods such as the"quantitative analysis of multi-components by a single marker","dose-effect"indicator,"Bioactive Equivalent Combinatorial Components"(BECCs)and TCM quality markers have brought new ideas for quality control of TCM compound preparations.
