Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration ***,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled MXene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS microwave absorption *** top wrinkled MXene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass ***,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS layer via strong magneto-electric *** theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both X-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ***,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of ***,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.

Dear Editor,The distributed constraint optimization problems(DCOPs) [1]-[3]provide an efficient model for solving the cooperative problems of multi-agent systems, which has been successfully applied to model the real-world problems like the distributed scheduling [4], sensor network management [5], [6], multi-robot coordination [7], and smart grid [8]. However, DCOPs were not well suited to solve the problems with continuous variables and constraint cost in functional form, such as the target tracking sensor orientation [9], the air and ground cooperative surveillance [10], and the sensor network coverage [11].

Rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries （AZIBs） exhibit appreciable potential in the domain of electrochemical energy ***,there are serious challenges for AZIBs,for instance zinc dendrite growth,hydrogen evolution reaction （HER）,and corrosion side ***,we propose a surface engineering modification strategy for coating the montmorillonite （MMT） layer onto the surface of the Zn anode to tackle these issues,thereby achieving high cycling stability for rechargeable *** results reveal that the MMT layer on the surface of the Zn anode is able to provide ordered zincophilic channels for zinc ions migration,facilitating the reaction kinetics of zinc *** functional theory（DFT） calculations and water contact angle （CA） tests prove that MMT@Zn anode exhibits superior adsorption capacity for Zn2+and better hydrophobicity than the bare Zn anode,thereby achieving excellent cycling ***,the MMT@Zn||MMT@Zn symmetric cell holds the stable cycling over 5600 h at 0.5 mA cm-2and 0.125 m A h cm-2,even exceeding 1800 h long cycling under harsh conditions of 5 m A cm-2and 1.25 m A h *** MMT@Zn||V2O5full cell reaches over 3000 cycles at 2 A g-1with excellent rate ***,this surface engineering modification strategy for enhancing the electrochemical performance of AZIBs represents a promising application.

When we were studying the vacuum switch,we found that the vacuum diode can radiate a broadband *** vacuum diode is comprised of a cathode with a trigger device and planar anode,there is not a metallic bellows waveguide structure in this device,so the radiation mechanism of the vacuum diode is different from the plasma filled microwave *** is hard to completely imitate the theory of the plasma filled microwave *** paper analyzes the breakdown process of the vacuum diode,establishes the mathematical model of the radiating microwave from the vacuum *** on the analysis of the dispersion relation in the form of a refractive index,the electromagnetic waves generated in the vacuum diode will *** included angle between the direction of the electromagnetic radiation and the initial motion direction of electron beam is 45 *** paper isolates the electrostatic effect from the beam-plasma interaction when the electromagnetic radiation *** to above analyses,the dispersion relations of radiation are obtained by solving the wave *** dispersion curves are also obtained based on the theoretical dispersion *** theoretical dispersion curves are consistent with the actual measurement time-frequency maps of the *** deduction and experiments indicate that the reason for microwave radiating from the vacuum diode can be well explained by the interaction of the electron beam and magnetized plasma.

The composite coatings of chitosan(CS)-bioglass^(■)(BG)-hydroxyapatite(HA)-halloysite nanotube(HNT)were investigated and produced via electrophoretic deposition(EPD)*** utilization of CS as a dispersing,blending and charging agent for ceramic particles,including BG,HA and HNT,allowed the formation of CS-BG/HA/HNT composite,functionally graded composite(FGC)and bilayer film containing different *** results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectrometry(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)illustrate the composite in the form of the optimum distribution of ceramic components in the CS matrix with thickness of 28μm on titanium(Ti)*** impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and potentiodynamic polarization tests indicate that the corrosion resistance of the coated sample increases in corrected simulated body fluid(C-SBF)at 37℃.Finally,the apatiteinducing ability of CS-BG-HA-HNT is proved by the formation of carbonated hydroxyapatite particles on composite coating in C-SBF.

Borohydrides have been recently hightlighted as prospective new materials due to their high gravimetric capacities for hydrogen storage. It is, therefore, important to under- stand the underlying dehydrogenation mechanisms for further development of these ma- terials. We present a systematic theoretical investigation on the dehydrogenation mecha- nisms of the Mg2（BH4）2（NH2）2 compounds. We found that dehydrogenation takes place most likely via the intermolecular process, which is favorable both kinetically and thermo- dynamically in comparison with that of the intramolecular process. The dehydrogenation of Mg2（BH4）2（NH2）2 initially takes place via the direct combination of the hydridie H in BH4 and the protie H in NH2-, followed by the formation of Mg-H and subsequent ionic recombination of Mg-Hδ-…Hδ＋-N.

The features of unsteady flow such as pressure variation and fluctuation in a large hydraulic turbine usually lead to the instability of operation. This article reports the recent in site investigation concerning the characteristic frequencies in pressure fluctuation, shaft torsional oscillation and structural vibration of a prototype 700 MW Francis turbine unit. The investigation was carried out for a wide load range of 200 MW-700 MW in the condition of water head 57 m-90 m. An extensive analysis of both time-history and frequency data of these unsteady hydraulic behaviours was conducted. It was observed that the pressure fluctuation in a draft tube is stronger than that in upstream flow passage. The low frequency with about one third of rotation frequency is dominative for the pressure fluctuation in part load range. Also the unsteady features of vibration of head cover and torsional oscillation of shaft exhibited the similar features. Numerical analysis showed that the vibration and oscillation are caused by vortex rope in the draft tube. In addition, a strong vibration with special characteristic frequency was observed for the head cover in middle load range. The pressure fluctuation in the draft tube with the same frequency was also recorded. Because this special vibration has appeared in the designed normal running condition, it should be avoided by carefully allocating power load in the future operation.

This paper presents an FBCRI(feedback based compositional rule of inference)based novel path planning method to satisfy the requirements of real-time navigation,smoothness optimization and probabilistic obstacle *** local path-searching behaviors in regional ranges and global goal-seeking behaviors in holistic ranges,the method infers behavior weights using fuzzy reasoning embedded with feedback,and then coordinates the behaviors to generate new reference *** view of the deterministic decisions and the uncertain states of a UAV(unmanned air vehicle),chance constraints are adopted to probabilistically guarantee the UAV’s safety at a required *** results in representative scenes prove that the method is able to rapidly generate convergent paths in obstacle-rich environments,as well as highly improve the path quality with respect to smoothness and probabilistic safety.
