The carrier-envelope phase of the ultrashort pulsed Laguerre-Gaussian beam is studied. The order of Laguerre function affects seriously the variations of the carrier-envelope phase with the propagation distance increasing. The beam waist also affects the carrier-envelope phase in a few Rayleigh distances. The variation of the carrier-envelope phase is larger on the axis than on the beam periphery in ProPagation.

We propose an effective method to fabricate highly efficient organic photovoltaic cells based on poly[N−9"-hepta-decanyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-5,5-(4'7'-di-2-thienyl-2'1'3'-b-enzothiadiazole):[6,6]-phenyl C71−butyric acid methyl ester(PCDTBT:PC71BM).A power conversion efficiency of as high as 5.6%and a fill factor of 53.7%are achieved from the optimized *** influence of surface morphology of the active layer on the performance of the cells is also investigated.

Random variables and uncertain variables are respectively used to model randomness and uncertainty. While randomness and uncertainty always coexist in a same complex system. As an evolution of random variables and uncertain variables, uncertain random variable is introduced as a tool to deal with complex phenomena including randomness and uncertainty simultaneously. for uncertain random variables, a basic and important topic is to discuss the convergence of its ***, this paper focuses on studying the convergence in distribution for a sequence of uncertain random sequences with different chance distributions where random variables are not *** the result of this paper is a generalization of the existing literature. Relations among convergence theorems are studied. furthermore, the theorems are explained by several examples.

A disturbance observer(DOB)based-backstepping sliding mode control scheme is discussed for a class of semi-strict nonlinear system with unknown parameters and mismatched ***,adaptive technique and DOB are respectively applied to tackle the unknown parameters and mismatched uncertainty,where the DOB can effectively alleviate the chattering problem of sliding mode control(SMC).Then,exponential sliding mode surface is proposed to improve the convergence rate of the sliding mode ***‘explosion of complexity’problem inherent in conventional backstepping control is overcome by designing the novel first-order *** stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed in the framework of Lyapunov stability theory,in which the tracking error converges to an arbitrarily small neighborhood around zero(ASNZ).At last,two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

Al nanoparticles(NPs)are incorporated in the active layers to enhance the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).The improved short circuit current Jsc and power conversion efficiency(PCE)for OSCs with Al NPs are observed.A final PCE of 3.66wt%is achieved,which is an improvement of more than 30wt%compared to a standard cell with a PCE of 2.84wt%.When the mass of Al NPs is 10wt%of OSCs,the device performance is *** optical performance of OSCs reveals that the absorption from sunlight *** external quantum efficiency spectra suggests that the Al NPs in the active layers influence the efficiency of converting photons into electrons,which leads to the improvements in the *** enhanced photovoltaic performance induced by incorporating Al NPs in the active layer is discussed in the terms of increasing charge separation at the donor-acceptor interface and the effectively decreasing transmission distance of charge in polymer.

Electronic medical records (EMR) facilitate the sharing of medical data, but existing sharing schemes suffer fromprivacy leakage and inefficiency. This article proposes a lightweight, searchable, and controllable EMR sharingscheme, which employs a large attribute domain and a linear secret sharing structure (LSSS), the computationaloverhead of encryption and decryption reaches a lightweight constant level, and supports keyword search andpolicy hiding, which improves the high efficiency of medical data sharing. The dynamic accumulator technologyis utilized to enable data owners to flexibly authorize or revoke the access rights of data visitors to the datato achieve controllability of the data. Meanwhile, the data is re-encrypted by Intel Software Guard Extensions(SGX) technology to realize resistance to offline dictionary guessing attacks. In addition, blockchain technology isutilized to achieve credible accountability for abnormal behaviors in the sharing process. The experiments reflectthe obvious advantages of the scheme in terms of encryption and decryption computation overhead and storageoverhead, and theoretically prove the security and controllability in the sharing process, providing a feasible solutionfor the safe and efficient sharing of EMR.

Low-Temperature Deposition of nc-SiO_x:H below 400℃ Using Magnetron Sputtering

Silicon oxide films containing nanocrystalline silicon （nc-SiOx：H） are deposited by co-sputtering technology at low temperatures （〈400℃） that are much lower than the typical growth temperature of nc-Si in SiO2. The microstructures and bonding properties are characterized by Raman and ETIR. It is proven that an optimum range of su bstrate temperatures for the deposition of nc-SiOx ：H films is 200-400℃, in which the ratio of transition crystalline silicon decreases, the crystalline fraction is higher, and the hydrogen content is lower. The underlying mechanism is explained by a competitive process between nc-Si Wolmer-Weber growth and oxidation reaction, both of which achieve a balance in the range of 200-400℃. We further implement this technique in the fabrication of multilayered nc-SiO=：H/a-SiOx：H films, which exhibit controllable nc-Si sizes with high crystallization quality.
