FGFR/RACK1 interacts with MDM2, promotes P53 degradation, and inhibits cell senescence in lung squamous cell carcinoma

Objective:FGFR is considered an important driver gene of lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Thus,identification of the biological events downstream of FGFR is important for the treatment of this *** previous study has shown that the FGFR/RACK1 complex interacts with PKM2 and consequently promotes glycolysis in LSCC ***,the biological functions of the FGFR/RACK1 complex remain poorly ***:Anchorage-independent assays and in vivo tumorigenesis assays were performed to evaluate cancer cell *** seeding assays were performed to evaluate cancer cell metastasis.β-gal staining was used to examine cell senescence,and immunoprecipitation assays were performed to examine the interactions among FGFR,RACK1,and ***:FGFR/RACK1 was found to regulate the senescence of LSCC *** with PD166866,an inhibitor of FGFR,or knockdown of RACK1 induced senescence in LSCC cells(P<0.01).A molecular mechanistic study showed that FGFR/RACK1/MDM2 form a complex that promotes the degradation of p53 and thus inhibits cell ***166866 and RG7112,an MDM2/p53 inhibitor,cooperatively inhibited the colony formation and distal seeding of LSCC cells(P<0.01),and upregulated the expression of p53 and ***:Together,our findings revealed the regulatory roles and mechanisms of FGFR/RACK1 in cell *** understanding should be important in the treatment of LSCC.

In this study,we provide more rapid,unambiguous identification of Salmonella enterica.A total of seventeen isolates of Salmonella（***）enterica were identified from swine（n=7）,cattle（n=5）and sheep（n=5）from *** isolates were confirmed as *** by 16S rRNA sequence analysis and traditional Biochemical profiling identification,which was the combination of two methods in order to promote meaningful and scientifically accurate communications with identified isolates.

Genetic Variation Analysis of Watermelon Genomes with Different Ploidy

120 pairs of SSR primers and 63 pairs of In Del primers were used to determine genetic variation among diploid,triploid and tetraploid watermelon genomes. The results showed that 113 pairs of SSR primers and 63 pairs of In Del primers could be successfully *** was slight difference between diploid and tetraploid watermelon genomes in the aspect of SSR. Among 120 pairs of SSR primers,2 showed obvious polymorphism with polymorphic rate of 1. 67%,corresponding to 34047313-34063581 intervals on chromosome 9. 1 gene encoding zinc finger protein was predicted in polymorphic interval which could regulate the expression of other genes at the level of transcription and translation. There was no significant difference in the aspect of In Del among watermelon genomes with different ploidy which indicated that the genomic insertion and deletion site was not changed before and after chromosome doubling. The results indicated that watermelon genomic structure had no significant change in the process of polyploidization. The difference of traits between tetraploidy and diploid parent might be closely related with epigenetic regulation. This study could provide scientific basis for ploidy breeding,new variety improvement and germplasm innovation.

【目的】采用乳液聚合法,制备一种自乳化苯乙烯丙烯酸酯(SAE)表面处理剂。在苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,引入带有亲水性羧基的丙烯酸作为乳化剂,丙烯酸既与其他单体发生交联反应,赋予最终产品良好的机械强度,其羧基的存在又赋予最终产品一定的亲水性。这样既可保证传统表面处理对装饰原纸纸张性能、尤其是关键参数适印性的提高,又能保持装饰原纸的吸收性。【方法】采用苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要单体,引入丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,制备自乳化型苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液用作装饰原纸表面处理剂,考察丙烯酸用量、引发剂用量以及硬、软单体质量比对乳液性能及表面处理效果的影响,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微红外光谱仪、激光粒度仪、旋转黏度计、电荷密度测试仪等对所制乳液进行表征。【结果】当丙烯酸用量为8wt%、引发剂(过硫酸铵)用量为0.3%、m St/m BA为1.5∶1时,所制乳液性能优良,乳液粒径130 nm左右,黏度20 m Pa·s,电荷密度0.7 mmol·L-1。装饰原纸经所制乳液配制表面处理剂处理后,纸页表面形成一层膜,且有羧基存在;在吸收性保持的前提下,装饰原纸的适印性显著改善。【结论】引入带有亲水性、反应性羧基的丙烯酸作为功能单体制备苯乙烯丙烯酸酯类装饰原纸表面处理剂,有别于传统的表面处理剂,同时解决了提高装饰原纸表面性能、适印性,且保证装饰原纸吸收性两大难题,是改善装饰原纸产品品质的一种有效的方法。

Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the β-amylase genes strongly associated with fruit development,ripening, and abiotic stress response in two banana cultivars

β-amylase(BAM) is an important enzyme involved in conversion of starch to maltose in multiple biological processes in plants. However, there is currently insufficient information on the BAM gene family in the important fruit crop banana. This study identified 16 BAM genes in the banana genome. Phylogenetic analysis showed that Ma BAMs were classified into four subfamilies. Most Ma BAMs in each subfamily shared similar gene structures. Conserved motif analysis showed that all identified Ma BAM proteins had the typical glyco hydro14 domains. Comprehensive transcriptomic analysis of two banana genotypes revealed the expression patterns of Ma BAMs in different tissues, at various stages of fruit development and ripening, and in responses to abiotic stresses. Most Ma BAMs showed strong transcript accumulation changes during fruit development and late-stage ripening. Some Ma BAMs showed significant changes under cold, salt, and osmotic stresses. This finding indicated that Ma BAMs might be involved in regulating fruit development, ripening, and responses to abiotic stress. Analysis of five hormone-related and seven stressrelevant elements in the promoters of Ma BAMs further revealed that BAMs participated in various biological processes. This systemic analysis provides new insights into the transcriptional characteristics of the BAM genes in banana and may serve as a basis for further functional studies of such genes.

Three-dimensional arbitrarily anisotropic modeling for time-domain airborne electromagnetic surveys

Electrically anisotropic strata are abundant in nature, so their study can help our data interpretation and our understanding of the processes of geodynamics. However, current data processing generally assumes isotropic conditions when surveying anisotropic structures, which may cause discrepancies between reality and electromagnetic data interpretation. Moreover, the anisotropic interpretation of the time-domain airborne electromagnetic （TDAEM） method is still confined to one dimensional （1D） cases, and the corresponding three-dimensional （3D） numerical simulations are still in development. In this study, we expanded the 3D TDAEM modeling of arbitrarily anisotropic media. First, through coordinate rotation of isotropic conductivity, we obtained the conductivity tensor of an arbitrary anisotropic rock. Next, we incorporated this into Maxwell＇s equations, using a regular hexahedral grid of vector finite elements to subdivide the solution area. A direct solver software package provided the solution for the sparse linear equations that resulted. Analytical solutions were used to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the algorithm. The proven model was then applied to analyze the effects of arbitrary anisotropy in 3D TDAEM via the distribution of responses and amplitude changes, which revealed that different anisotropy situations strongly affected the responses of TDAEM.

Study on Cold Tolerance Identification Indices for Bitter Gourd Germplasms

The selection of cold tolerance identification indices for bitter gourd germplasms is an important basis for the breeding of cold-tolerant bitter gourd varieties. In this study, with six bitter gourd germplasms as experimental materials, the cold injury index of bitter gourd was analyzed under low temperature treatment, the changes in physiological indices were revealed, and the main agronomic traits were measured. The results showed that the cold injury index of bitter gourd was in very significant negative correlation with SOD activity, POD activity and PRO content, in significant negative correlation with CAT activity, in very significant negative correlation with flowering node and commodity rate, but in significant positive correlation with female flower ratio. It was found that that cold injury index, SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity and PRO content could serve as the cold tolerance identification indices for bitter gourd at seedling stage, and flowering node and commodity rate could be used as the auxiliary indices for field cold tolerance identification.

Rice Growers' Behavior of Productive Capital Input and the Influencing Factors——A Case Study of the Jiamusi Area in Heilongjiang Province

This article conducts empirical analysis of rice growers' behavior of productive capital input and the influencing factors,using the input-output survey data concerning rice growing by 305 peasant households in 2009 in Huanan County and Huachuan County,Jiamusi City,Heilongjiang Province.I use Logit model to carry out econometric test of factors influencing the possibility of fixed productive *** test results show that family size,the proportion of non-agricultural employment,the average educational level of households,farmland area,household farming income,credit level,peasant households' expectation of the minimum purchase price of rice,have significant effect on whether to conduct fixed productive investment,whether there are disasters has no significant effect on the scale of peasant households' productive *** I use Tobit model to carry out econometric test of factors influencing the scale of productive capital *** results show that family size,the proportion of non-agricultural employment,the average educational level of households,farmland area,household farming income,credit level and family housing value,peasant households' expectation of the minimum purchase price of rice,whether there are disasters,have significant effect on the scale of peasant households' productive *** the basis of model test results,in order to promote the rice growers to increase fixed productive input and increase productive capital input,rational recommendations are put forward as follows:raising the minimum purchase price of rice,scaling up rice growing,making every effort to promote the educational level of rice growers,ensuring that the rice growers obtain productive capital input loans timely.

An asymmetric membrane of polyimide 6FDA-BDAF and its pervaporation desulfurization for n-heptane/thiophene mixtures

Polyimide（PI） is a type of important membrane material. A soluble polymer was synthesized from 4,4′-（hexafluoroisopropylidene） diphthalic anhydride（6FDA） and 2,2-bis[4-（4-aminophenoxy） phenyl] hexafluoropropane（BDAF） by the two-step polymerization method. The polymer was proved to be polyimide 6FDA-BDAF by the Fourier transform infrared（FT-IR）, the 1H-NMR and ^（19）F-NMR spectra. An asymmetric membrane was prepared with the synthesized polyimide 6FDA-BDAF, it was porous in the 50 μm height bulk and dense in a 3–5 μm height surface. The membrane was used to separate n-heptane/thiophene mixtures by pervaporation with sulfur（S） contents from 50 to 900 μg g^（–1）. The total flux was enlarged from 7.96 to 37.61 kg m^（–2） h^（–1） with temperature increasing from 50 to 90°C. The membrane＇s enrichments factor for thiophene were about 3.13 and dependent on the experimental conditions. The experimental results demonstrated that polyimide 6FDA-BDAF would be a potential membrane material for desulfurization and controlled release of the S-containing fertilizer.

Crustal velocity structures beneath North China revealed by ambient noise tomography

We collected continuous noise waveform data from January 2007 to February 2008 recorded by 190 broadband and 10 very broadband stations of the North China Seismic Array. The study region is divided into grid with interval 0.25°×0.25°, and group velocity distribution maps between 4 s and 30 s are obtained using ambient noise tomography method. The lateral resolution is estimated to be 20-50 km for most of the study area. We construct a 3-D S wave velocity model by inverting the pure path dispersion curve at each grid using a genetic algorithm with smoothing constraint. The crustal structure observed in the model includes sedimentary basins such as North China basin, Yanqing-Huailai basin and Datong basin. A well-defined low velocity zone is observed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region in 22-30 km depth range, which may be related to the upwelling of hot mantle material. The high velocity zone near Datong, Shuozhou and Qingshuihe within the depth range of 1-23 km reveals stable characteristics of Ordos block. The Taihangshan front fault extends to 12 km depth at least.
