Nowadays,presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography,which assesses deficiencies in dopamine synthesis,storage,and transport,is widely utilized for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of *** review provides a comprehensive summary of the latest developments in the application of presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography imaging in disorders that manifest *** conducted a thorough literature search using reputable databases such as PubMed and Web of *** criteria involved identifying peer-reviewed articles published within the last 5 years,with emphasis on their relevance to clinical *** findings from these studies highlight that presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography has demonstrated potential not only in diagnosing and differentiating various Parkinsonian conditions but also in assessing disease severity and predicting ***,when employed in conjunction with other imaging modalities and advanced analytical methods,presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography has been validated as a reliable in vivo *** validation extends to screening and exploring potential neuropathological mechanisms associated with dopaminergic *** summary,the insights gained from interpreting these studies are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of preclinical investigations and clinical trials,ultimately advancing toward the goals of neuroregeneration in parkinsonian disorders.

PLASMA POLYMERIZATION OF HEXAMETHYLCYCLOTRISILOXANE

In a capacitively coupled RF discharge system with external electrodes ,hexamethyicyclotrisiloxane was polymerized, and the effects of discharge power and plasma gas on polymer deposition rate were studied. The polymer structures and properties were studied by IR spectroscopy, XPS measurement, PGC/MS combined technique, TG analysis and contact angle measuring. The results showed that the polymers prepared in H_2 or O_2 have higher C/Si ratio in comparison with those prepared in inert gases. PGC/MS results revealed the existence of many short carbon chains in the polymer structure .TG analysis suggested that the polymers prepared in the inert gas would possess better thermal stabilities.

Comparison of three transgenic Bt rice lines for insecticidal protein expression and resistance against a target pest, Chilo suppressalis （Lepidoptera： Crambidae）

Two transgenic rice lines （T2A-1 and T1C-19b） expressing cry2A and crylC genes, respectively, were developed in China, targeting lepidopteran pests including Chilo suppressalis （Walker）（Lepidoptera： Crambidae）. The seasonal expression of Cry proteins in different tissues of the rice lines and their resistance to C. suppressalis were assessed in comparison to a Bt rice line expressing a crylAb/Ac fusion gene, Huahui 1, which has been granted a biosafety certificate. In general, levels of Cry proteins were T2A- 1 〉 Huahui I 〉 T1C-19b among rice lines, and leaf 〉 stern 〉 root among rice tissues. The expression patterns of Cry protein in the rice line plants were similar： higher level at early stages than at later stages with an exception that high Cry 1C level in T 1 C- 19b stems at the maturing stage. The bioassay results revealed that the three transgenic rice lines exhibited significantly high resistance against C. suppressalis larvae throughout the rice growing season. According to Cry protein levels in rice tissues, the raw and corrected mortalities of C. suppressalis caused by each Bt rice line were the highest in the seedling and declined through the j ointing stage with an exception for T1 C-19b providing an excellent performance at the maturing stage. By comparison, T1C-19b exhibited more stable and greater resistance to C. suppressalis larvae than T2A-1, being close to Huahui 1. The results suggest crylC is an ideal Bt gene for plant transformation for lepidopteran pest control, and T1C-19b is a promising Bt rice line for commercial use for tolerating lepidopteran rice pests.

Synthesis and Characterization of Y-Doped Mesoporous CeO_2 Using A Chemical Precipitation Method

Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide （CTAB） as the template agent, cerium nitrate as the cerium resource, yttrium nitrate as the yttrium resource, and ammonium carbonate as the precipitating agent, mesoporous CeO2 powders doped with different yttrium contents were successfully synthesized using a chemical precipitation method, under an alkalescent condition. Properties of the obtained samples were characterized and analyzed with X-ray diffraction （XRD）, energy dispersive analysis of X-rays （EDAX）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, infrared （IR） absorbance, and the BET method. For the prepared samples with 20% （molar ratio） Y-doped content, a BET specific surface area of 106. 6 m^2 · g^- 1, with an average pore size of3~27 nm were obtained. XRD patterns showed that the doped samples were with a cubic fluorite structure. TEM micrographs revealed that the doped samples showed a spherical morphology with a diameter ranging from 20 to 30 nm and a round pore shape. IR results indicated that the Ce-O-Ce vibration intensity decreased as the Y-doped content increased. N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms showed that the samples possessed typical mesopore characteristics. The average pore size of the samples decreased alter mesoporous CeO2 was doped with yttrium, and the average pore size decreased largely as the Y-doped content increased.

LncRNA H19 mediates BMP9-induced angiogenesis in mesenchymal stem cells by promoting the p53-Notch1 angiogenic signaling axis

BMP9 mediated osteogenic differentiation mechanisms of MSCs were widely explored, however, mechanisms of BMP9-induced angiogenesis still need to be clarified. We previously characterized that Notch1 promoted BMP9-induced osteogenesis–angiogenesis coupling process in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Here, we explored the underlying mechanisms of lncRNA H19 (H19) mediated regulation of BMP9-induced angiogenesis through activating Notch1 signaling. We demonstrated that basal expression level of H19 was high in MSCs, and silencing H19 attenuates BMP9-induced osteogenesis and angiogenesis of MSCs both in vitro and in vivo. Meanwhile, we identified that BMP9-induced production of CD31+ cells was indispensable for BMP9-induced bone formation, and silencing H19 dramatically blocked BMP9-induced production of CD31^(+) cells. In addition, we found that down-regulation of H19 inhibited BMP9 mediated blood vessel formation and followed subsequent bone formation in vivo. Mechanistically, we clarified that H19 promoted p53 phosphorylation by direct interacting and phosphorylating binding, and phosphorylated p53 potentiated Notch1 expression and activation of Notch1 targeting genes by binding on the promoter area of Notch1 gene. These findings suggested that H19 regulated BMP9-induced angiogenesis of MSCs by promoting the p53-Notch1 angiogenic signaling axis.

Effect of Relative Reduction on Property of Steel-Mushy Cu-Graphite Composite

The rolling treatment of steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite was conducted under different relative reduction at room temperature. The effect of room-temperature rolling on interracial mechanical property of steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite was studied and the relationship between interracial shear strength and relative reduction was established. The results show that, for steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite, which consists of 1.2 mm-thick 08AI steel plate and 2.8 mm-thick QTi3.5-3.5 graphite layer, there is a nonlinear relationship between interracial shear strength and relative reduction in graphite layer. When relative reduction is smaller than 1.1%,interracial shear strength increases with increasing the relative reduction. When relative reduction is larger than 1.1%, interracial shear strength decreases with increasing the relative reduction. When relative reduction is 1.1%,the largest interracial shear strength of 145.2 MPa can be obtained.

Entire solutions for some reaction-diffusion systems

This paper is concerned with the existence of entire solutions of some reaction-diffusion systems. We first consider Belousov-Zhabotinskii reaction model. Then we study a general model. Using the comparing argument and sub-super-solutions method, we obtain the existence of entire solutions which behave as two wavefronts coming from the both sides of x-axis, where an entire solution is meant by a classical solution defined for all space and time variables. At last, we give some examples to explain our results for the general models.

The eigenvalue - 1 is a special one of all symplectic eigenvalue for Hamiltonian system in polar coordinate . In general the eigenvalue - 1 is a single eigenvalue and the classical solution of an elastic wedge dissimilar materials subjected to a unit concentrated couple at the vertex is got directly by solving the eigenfunction vector for eigenvalue - 1. But the eigenvalue - 1 becomes a double eigenvalue when the vertex angles and modulus of the materials satisfy certain definite relationships and the classical solution for the stress distribution becomes infinite at this moment that is the paradox should occur. Here the Jordan form eigenfunction vector for eigenvalue - 1 exists and solution of the paradox on elastic wedge dissimilar materials subjected to a unit concentrated couple at the vertex is obtained directly by solving this special Jordan form eigenfunction. The result shows again that the solutions of the special paradox on elastic wedge in the classical theory of elasticity are just Jordan form solutions in symplectic space under Hamiltonian system .

The Birkhoff systems are the generalization of the Hamiltonian systems. Generalized canonical transformations are studied. The symplectic algorithm of the Hamiltonian systems is extended into that of the Birkhofflan systems. Error Tolerance in Constructing Cluster States

We consider the problem often encountered in constructing large cluster states, that is, the σx measurements in the depolarizing noise, and present a regulation to calculate the error propagation and the accumulation. Rohde et al. first pointed out the question [Phys. Rev. A 75 （2007） 010302（R）]. A quantitative analysis is given on the disadvantage influence of the probabilistic gate and noisy environment on the construction of two-dimensional （213） scalable cluster states. Positivity of partial transpose criteria is used to predict whether the final state is distillable or not. A critical value on the error tolerance in constructing cluster states is determined, which could be used as a test-bed for successful construction of scalable 2D cluster states. Furthermore, our quantitative analysis would also be helpful to find optimal approach to suppress the noise accumulation.
