The macrophage scavenger receptor SR-AI binds to host tissue debris to perform clearance and it binds to bacteria for *** addition,SR-AI modulates macrophage activation through cell ***,investigation of SR-AI signaling on macrophages is complicated due to its promiscuous ligand specificity that overlaps with other macrophage ***,we expressed SR-AI on HEK 293T cells to investigate its ligand binding and *** 293T cells,SR-AI could respond to *** DH5α,leading to NF-κB activation and IL-8 ***,this requires *** DH5αto be sensitized by fresh serum that is treated with heat-inactivation or complement C3 ***-C3 antibody inhibits the binding of SR-AI to serum-sensitized DH5αand blocks DH5αstimulation of SR-AI *** analysis showed that SR-AI can directly bind to purified iC3b but not C3 or *** mutagenesis,The SRCR domain of SR-AI was found to be essential in SR-AI binding to serum-sensitized DH5α.These results revealed a novel property of SR-AI as a complement receptor for iC3b-opsonized bacteria that can elicit cell signaling.

We introduce a high-order numerical scheme for fractional ordinary differential equations with the Caputo *** method is developed by dividing the domain into a number of subintervals,and applying the quadratic interpolation on each *** method is shown to be unconditionally stable,and for general nonlinear equations,the uniform sharp numerical order 3−νcan be rigorously proven for sufficiently smooth solutions at all time *** proof provides a gen-eral guide for proving the sharp order for higher-order schemes in the nonlinear *** numerical examples are given to validate our theoretical results.

The Kanggur gold deposit lies in East Tianshan mountains,eastern section of Central Asia orogenic *** gold mineralization occurs on the northern margin of the Aqishan-Yamansu island arc in the Tarim *** is mainly hosted in Lower Carboniferous volcanic rocks,and controlled by syn-tectonic intrusions and the ductile shear zone. The host rock is a calc-alkaline volcanic rock series consisting of andesite,dacite,tuff and subvolcanic *** gold ore bodies were distributed in transition zone from strong ductile deformation to weak ***-controlling structure is EW-trending normal brittle-ductile shear *** gold ore bodies are composed of Au-bearing altered rocks and a few Au-bearing sulfide-quartz *** mineralization shows vertical zonation in which Au was enriched in the upper ***-Pb-Zn were enriched in the middle and Au-Cu were enriched in the lower *** to mineral assemblages and alteration intensity,hydrothermal alteration could be divided into three zones:***. pyrirization and magnetization zone(major ore body);pyrite-phyllic rock and/or sericite alteration zone;and sericite-chlorite alteration *** mineralization stages are identified on the basis of mineral assemblage and crosscutting relationship of veins. TheδS values of sulfide in the ores range from - 0.9‰to + 3.3‰,similar to those of the volcanic and subvolcanic rocks (-3.21～+1.3‰),indicating that the sulfur isotope composition is characterized by unfractionated mantle *** lead isotope compositions of ores are between those of the volcanic rocks and subvolcanic *** initial Sr/Sr ratios of the ores vary between 0.7077 and 0.7106,similar to those of the host rocks(0.7079-0.7125).According to the Sr,S and Pb isotopic data,it is indicated that the ore-forming materials were derived from the surrounding volcanic rocks and feature deep ***δO values of the ore fluids vary from +3.83‰to - 1.77‰c and theδD values

The Kuoerzhenkuola gold deposit is located in the Sawur gold belt in Xinjiang,*** integrated geological, geochemical and geophysical investigation was carried out in the Kuoerzhenkuola gold deposit,to determine the extension of the principal mineralized system,in the search for new ***-examination of the rocks and structures in the Kuoerzhenkuola area showed that the study area features an elliptical caldera where the gold deposit lies.A re-investigation of the mine geology found that the mineralization at the Kuoerzhenkuola gold deposit is not controlled by the EW-striking regional fault as previously assumed,but by a caldera fracture system locally superimposed by regional faults;the host rocks are andesites and dacites of the Carboniferous Heishantou Group rather than the crypto-explosive breccia of the Devonian Sawurshan *** components of fluid inclusions from quartz,trace element chemistry of pyrite and fluid inclusions in pyrite,Pb isotopes of pyrite,and whole-rock geochemistry and Pb isotopes of the country rocks are used to study the source of fluids at Kuoerzhenkuola gold *** ore-forming fluids are characterized by low-moderate temperatures and low salinities estimated from fluid inclusion *** mass spectrometry indicated a CO-bearing *** coupled plasma-mass spectrometry of the fluid inclusions indicated high Cu (average 70 ppm) for the Au mineralization,whereas the host rocks have low Cu(average 33 ppm),indicating that Cu of the ore-forming fluids originated from magmatic fluid rather than the volcanic *** isotopes of ores and host volcanic rocks indicate a similar,mixed source and some Pb could be sourced from the *** implied that magmatic fluids could play an important role in the Au mineralization *** new geological findings and the fluids derived mainly from the magmatic fluids suggest that the ore-forming fluids originate at depth,and are transported and precipi

The Sawur gold belt,the Sawur Mountains,northern Xinjiang,China,is the eastwards extension of the Zarma-Sawur goldcopper belt in *** Kuoerzhenkuola and Buerkesidai gold deposits are the two largest volcanic-hosted gold deposits in this belt,and are spatially associated with Early Carboniferous calc-alkaline volcanic rocks of the Heishantou *** are hosted in a caldera structure consisting of volcanic rocks and subvolcanic rocks,and controlled by a caldera fracture system superimposed by regional *** host rocks are main andesite in the Kuoerzhenkuola deposit,and carbonaceous silty tuff in the Buerkesidai deposit,respectively. Rare earth element(REE) chemistry,stable isotopes(H,O,C,S),radiogenic isotope(Pb),and noble gas isotopes(He and Ar) have been used to discriminate the sources and evolutionary histories of the ore-forming fluid,and to evaluate the genesis in the Kuoerzhenkuola and Buerkesidai volcanic-hosted gold *** ore-forming fluids of the two deposits share the same origin, withδO andδD data indicating that the water of ore fluids was derived from magmatic water,diluted by meteoric waters. He/He and Ar/Ar values suggest that the He in the ore fluids consists of a mixture of mantle He with minor components of meteoric water He.δS values(0.33 to 2.85‰) show that the sulfur isotope composition of the ore fluids is characterized by mantle *** isotope compositions indicate that the majority of the lead in the ore fluids is mantle-derived,with minor lower crust-derived *** rock and pyrite REE data show that the volcanic rocks could have been a fertile source for the metals. The mantle-derived component in the ore-forming fluids from the two deposits decreased,and the meteoric water gradually increased from early to late mineralization *** and oxygen isotopes suggest that late stage mineralization may have been influenced by ***-Ar geochronological data show that mineralization is synchronous or
