A near-complete genome assembly of the allotetrapolyploid Cenchrus fungigraminus(JUJUNCAO)provides insights into its evolution and C4 photosynthesis

JUJUNCAO(Cenchrus fungigraminus;2n=4x=28)is a Cenchrus grass with the highest biomass production among cultivated plants,and it can be used for mushroom cultivation,animal feed,and biofuel ***,we report a nearly complete genome assembly of JUJUNCAO and reveal that JUJUNCAO is an allopolyploid that originated2.7 million years ago(mya).Its genome consists of two subgenomes,and subgenome A shares high collinear synteny with pearl *** also investigated the genome evolution of JUJUNCAO and suggest that the ancestral karyotype of Cenchrus split into the A and B ancestral karyotypes of *** transcriptome and DNA methylome analyses revealed functional divergence of homeologous gene pairs between the two subgenomes,which was a further indication of asymmetric DNA *** three types of centromeric repeat in the JUJUNCAO genome(CEN137,CEN148,and CEN156)may have evolved independently within each subgenome,with some introgressions of CEN156 from the B to the A *** investigated the photosynthetic characteristics of JUJUNCAO,revealing its typical C4 Kranz anatomy and high photosynthetic ***-ME and PEPCK appear to cooperate in the major C4 decarboxylation reaction of JUJUNCAO,which is different from other C4 photosynthetic subtypes and may contribute to its high photosynthetic efficiency and biomass *** together,our results provide insights into the highly efficient photosynthetic mechanism of JUJUNCAO and provide a valuable reference genome for future genetic and evolutionary studies,as well as genetic improvement of Cenchrus grasses.

The paper introduces the business-based interorganizational information platform（IOP） and analyzes the feasibility and mechanism of business-based IOP governing global supply chains vulnerability,and then aims to develop a risk evaluation software under reliable algorithm to appraise the capability of an interorganizational information platform resisting to global supply chains risks that supports platform users and providers to make *** paper respectively starts with a basic conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability and a conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability in business-based IOP,and then gives the simulation model of governance of global supply chain vulnerability in business-based IOP;then has a discussion with the beneficial model of governing global supply chains vulnerability by using business-based IOP or *** results of research：（1） If given the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, we can estimate the costs to take precautions against risks that decides to the maximum value of the average income of per transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP.（2） If given total income of transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP,we can estimate the maximum value of the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, which would help to make pricing policy for IOP service provider.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [Cd(NBA)(μ_3-OH)(4,4′-bipy)_(1/2)]_n

A new cadmium polymer [Cd（NBA）（μ3-OH）（4,4＇-bipy）1/2]n 1 （NBA=m-nitrobenzoic acid and 4,4＇-bipy=4,4-bipyridine） has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=15.6912（9）, b=25.9394（15）, c=6.7332（4）A, β=114.7700（10）°, V=2488.4（3）A^3, C12H9CdN2O5, Mr=373.61, Z=8, Dc=1.995 g/cm^3,μ=1.776 mm^-1, F（000）=1464, R=0.0411 and wR=0.1128 for 2130 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））.X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the compound features a layered structure, in which 4,4＇-bipy ligands bridge Z type of double chains [Cd（μ3-OH）]n and NBA ligands locate at the two sides of the layer. The π-π interactions between the benzene rings of NBA ligands of two adjacent layers lead to the 3D framework.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Mo-S Cluster Compound Coordinated by Isonicotinate

A cluster compound, Mo3S4（DTP）3（IN）（Py）·EtOH I （DTP = diethyl dithiophosphate, IN = isonicotinate） has been rationally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 13.6345（2）, b = 13.7805（2）, c = 14.5400（1）A, α = 107.078（1）, β = 113.380（1）, γ = 96.310（1）°, C25H45Mo3- N2O9P3S10, Mr = 1218.96, V = 2315.75（5） A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.748 g/cm^3, μ = 1.399, F（000） = 1224, R = 0.0425 and wR = 0.1144 for 6335 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. 31^P NMR spectrum has been measured with the resonance 110.050 and 108.783 （2：1）.

Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of Argonaute gene family from longan embryogenic callus

Argonaute(AGO)proteins are the core of the RNA-induced gene silencing complex which regulate a wide variety of processes in plants,from organ development to abiotic stress *** have been identified in many plants,but little is known in longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.),and how AGO functions in the signaling pathways in plant embryos in response to changing environmental stimuli remains *** the present research,a genome-wide analysis of the AGO gene family members and their roles in somatic embryogenesis(SE),zygotic embryogenesis(ZE),tissue developmental processes,and responses to hormones,light and abiotic stress in longan were *** longan AGO genes were identified genome-wide and divided into four *** were distributed on chromosomes 1,4,8,10,12,13,14,and 15,and had 2–23 *** expression profiling implied that DlAGOs regulated early and middle embryogenesis,as well as developmental processes of seed,flower,and stem in *** addition,the transcript levels of DlAGOs in response to exogenous hormones,light and abiotic stress showed differences in expression *** results provide the useful information for further elucidation of RNAi-mediated gene silencing in longan embryogenic callus(EC).

A new mellitate complex [Cu3（μ2-mellitate）（μ2-H2O）（H2O）2·H2O]n 1 has been synthesized by the reaction of mellitic acid and Cu（CH3COO）2·H2O in the presence of base. Crystallographic data for 1： C12H8O16Cu3, Mr = 598.80, orthorhombic, Pbcn, a = 8.4378（6）, b = 10.0396（7）, c = 17.6799（12）A, V = 1497.70（18）A^3, Z = 4, De = 2.656 g/cm^3, μ = 4.327 mm^-1, F（000） = 1180, R = 0.0431 and wR = 0.0964 for 1075 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. X-ray crystal structural analysis revealed that the mellitate anions behave as the bridging ligands and link eight copper atoms repeatedly to form a novel three-dimensional metal-organic coordination polymer with two different rhombic tunnels in the solid-state structure.

Optimization of short-circuit transition parameters of Q235B steel GMAW based on orthogonal gray relational analysis

In gas metal arc welding(GMAW)process,the short-circuit transition was the most typical transition observed in molten metal *** paper used orthogonal tests to explore the coupling effect law of welding process parameters on the quality of weld forming under short-circuit transition,the design of 3 factors and 3 levels of a total of 9 groups of orthogonal tests,welding current,welding voltage,welding speed as input parameters:effective area ratio,humps,actual linear power density,aspect ratio,Vickers hardness as output paramet-ers(response targets).Using range analysis and trend charts,we can visually depict the relationship between input parameters and a single output parameter,ultimately determining the optimal process parameters that impact the single output *** combined with gray the-ory to transform the three response targets into a single gray relational grade(GRG)for analysis,the optimal combination of the weld mor-phology parameters as follows:welding current 100 A,welding voltage 25 V,welding speed 30 cm/***,validation experiments were conducted,and the results showed that the error between the gray relational grade and the predicted value was 2.74%.It was observed that the effective area ratio of the response target significantly improved,validating the reliability of the orthogonal gray relational method.

A Novel (4,6)-Connected Net Based on Dysprosium Benzenedicarboxylate,[Dy(OAc)(BDC)]_n

A new lanthanide coordination polymer, [Dy（OAc）（BDC）]n 1 （OAc = acetate, BDC = 1,4-benzenediacarboxylate）, has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 has infinite zigzag Dy-OAc chains, which are further connected by BDC to form a 3D metal-organic framework. According to topology analysis, this framework can be characterized as （4,6）-connected （3.4.54）（32.***.56.66） net that has never been reported before. Crystal structure for 1： space group Pbca, a = 13.314（3）, b = 8.0269（18）, c = 20.275（5）A, V= 2166.8（9）A3, C10H7O6Dy, Mr = 385.66, Z= 8, Dc = 2.364 g/cm^3, μ= 6.910 mm^-1, F（000） = 1448, the final R = 0.0181 and wR = 0.0520.

Analysis on the Network Node of Konjac Glucomannan Molecular Chain

The dynamic changes of the complex network and the material form and function were actuated by the molecular chains. The interaction behavior between molecular chains was difficult to illuminate because the dynamic changes of macromolecules were observed difficultly by normal spectrum method and the methods to test and evaluate the complex network evolution prediction and intervention are rare. The mathematic model of domino offect of molecular chains was established based on the topological structure of molecular chain aggregation of Konjac glucomannan, and the molecular entanglement mechanism of Konjac glucamannan blends was studied through molecular simulation and knot theory analysis combined with experimental verification. The results suggested that two network models （topological entanglement and solid knot） of Konjac glucomannon blends were formed through hydrogen bond nodes. The topological entanglement was strengthened with the increase of concentration and the form of molecular chains was Gaussian chain which could not allow traverse moving owing to the intermolecular cross and entanglement and the shield of intramolecular interaction. Besides, the structures of Konjac glucomannon blends became more stable due to the solid knot. Both of them were verified by the experimental results. This experimental method simplifies the microscopic description of Konjac glucomannon, and there is important guiding significance of the experimental results for the prediction and control ofpolysaccharides＇ structure and function.

Hydrogen Bond Networks' QSAR and Topologica Analysis of Konjac Glucomannan Chains

Based on the knot theory and researching of network structures of glucomannan molecules, the polysaccharides were analyzed. The link prediction analysis is to further reveal the interactions between polysaccharides, to elaborate QSAR of polysaccharides, and to analyze the network conformation relationships among polysaccharides. We made a classification for glucomannan molecules based on the related domestic and international theories, and investigated their network structures and application prospects. The knot theory and the link predictions not only simplify the glucomannan microscopic descriptions but also play a guiding role in predicting and regulating the structures.
