This novel study identifi es the effective anti-inflammatory phenolic compounds in dandelion and provides mechanistic insights into their interactions with receptor proteins(toll-like receptor 4,TLR4;co-receptor myeloid differentiation protein-2,MD-2)using UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated THP-1 cell line,fluorescence quenching and anisotropy,molecular docking(single ligand and multi-ligand docking)and molecular dynamics simulation.A 50%aqueous methanol extract had a greater anti-inflammatory effect and higher chicoric acid content,compared with the 100%water and 100%methanol *** acid,chlorogenic acid,methylophiopogonone A,caffeic acid,gallic acid monohydrate and 4’-O-demethylbroussonin A had relatively high binding energies and contents in all *** acid competed with chlorogenic acid,4’-O-demethylbroussonin A and quercetin for *** dandelion’s phenolics,chicoric acid most effectively hindered TLR4-MD-2 complex formation,with a quenching constant of 0.62×10^(6) L/mol for MD-2 or TLR4 at 320 K,and binding energies of-6.87 and-5.97 kcal/mol,respectively,for MD-2 and TLR4.

In recent years,with the increase in the price of cryptocurrencies,the number of malicious cryptomining software has increased *** their powerful spreading ability,cryptomining malware can unknowingly occupy our resources,harm our interests,and damage more legitimate ***,although current traditional rule-based malware detection methods have a low false alarm rate,they have a relatively low detection rate when faced with a large volume of emerging *** though common machine learning-based or deep learning-based methods have certain ability to learn and detect unknown malware,the characteristics they learn are single and independent,and cannot be learned *** at the above problems,we propose a deep learning model with multi-input of multi-modal features,which can simultaneously accept digital features and image features on different *** model in turn includes parallel learning of three sub-models and ensemble learning of another specific *** four sub-models can be processed in parallel on different devices and can be further applied to edge computing *** model can adaptively learn multi-modal features and output prediction *** detection rate of our model is as high as 97.01%and the false alarm rate is only 0.63%.The experimental results prove the advantage and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Cyan-emitting Ca_(9)NaGd_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+)phosphors were synthesized via high temperature solid-state route.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to verify the phase and morphology of the Ca_(9)NaGd_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Eu^(2+)(CNGP:Eu^(2+))*** as-obtained phosphor exhibits a broad excitation band of 250-420 nm,which is near the ultraviolet *** intense asymmetric cyan emission at 496 nm corresponds to the 5 d-4 f transition of Eu^(2+).The multiplesite luminescent properties of Eu^(2+)ions in CNGP benefit from versatile structure ofβ-Ca3(PO4)2 *** effective energy transfer distance is 5.46 nm(through the spectral overlap calculation),validating that the resonant energy migration type is via dipole-dipole interaction *** to the initial one at room temperature,the luminescent intensity of CNGP:Eu^(2+)phosphor can maintain 77%as it is heated up to 420 K.A white light-emitting diode(WLED)with excellent luminesce nt properties was successfully ***,the CIE chromaticity coordinates of fabricated WLED driven by changing current just change slightly.

Too high grinding force will lead to a large increase in specific grinding energy, resulting in high temperature in grinding zone, especially for the aerospace difficult cutting metal materials,seriously affecting the surface quality and accuracy. At present, the theoretical models of grinding force are mostly based on the assumption of uniform or simplified morphological characteristics of grains, which is inconsistent with the actual grains. Especially for non-engineering grinding wheel,most geometric characteristics of grains are ignored, resulting in the calculation accuracy that cannot guide practical production. Based on this, an improved grinding force model based on random grain geometric characteristics is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the surface topography model of CBN grinding wheel is established, and the effective grain determination mechanism in grinding zone is revealed. Based on the known grinding force model and mechanical behavior of interaction between grains and workpiece in different stages, the concept of grain effective action area is proposed. The variation mechanism of effective action area under the influence of grain geometric and spatial characteristics is deeply analyzed, and the calculation method under random combination of five influencing parameters is obtained. The numerical simulation is carried out to reveal the dynamic variation process of grinding force in grinding zone. In order to verify the theoretical model, the experiments of dry grinding Ti-6Al-4 V are designed. The experimental results show that under different machining parameters, the results of numerical calculation and experimental measurement are in good agreement, and the minimum error value is only 2.1 %, which indicates that the calculation accuracy of grinding force model meets the requirements and is feasible. A series of boron-doped(B-doped) catalysts with dissimilar mass ratios of boric acid and activated carbon(AC) were prepared by an impregnation method for acetylene *** introduction of a number of boron atoms activates the stable π electrons in AC,which not only enhances the electron transfer between Zn and the reactants,but also improves the adsorption ability of CH_(3)*** the conversion rate of CH_(3)COOH from 50% to 65% *** inductively coupled plasma(ICP) analysis confirmed the content of zinc approximately 7.3 wt% for both Zn/AC and Zn/0.02 B-AC-900 ***,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis demonstrated that the introduction of boron changed the electron cloud density of Zn,and the strength of the Zn–O(from CH_(3)COOH) bond was *** addition,temperature-programmed desorption(TPD) analysis revealed that the Zn/0.02 B-AC-900 catalyst enhanced the adsorption of CH_(3)COOH and reduced the adsorption of C_(2)H_(2),thus the conversion rate of CH_(3)COOH was increased.

Algicidal bacteria have been frequently isolated from algal blooming ***,knowledge regarding the microbial communities coexisting with microalgae and their potential application in preventing harmful algal blooms(HABs)is *** this study,we investigated the composition of the microbial community coexisting with harmful alga Karenia mikimotoi and its responses to algal control via nutrient stimulation or by adding algicidal strain in *** microorganisms inhabiting the *** culture consisted of 24 identifi ed phyla,including dominant Proteobacteria(relative abundance 76.24%±7.28%)and Bacteroidetes(22.67%±8.32%).Rhodobacteraceae,Phaeodactylibacter,and Maritimibacter predominated during the algal *** the added nutrient and fermentation broth of algicidal strain Pseudoalteromonas QF1 caused a massive death of *** and substantial changes in the coexisting microbial community,in which Rhodobacteraceae and Phaeodactylibacter signifi cantly decreased,while Halomonas and Alteromonas *** operational taxonomic units(OTUs)analysis indicated that 13 OTUs belonging to Rhodobacteraceae,Maritimibacter,Marivita,Nisaea,Phaeodactylibacter,Citreicella,Halomonas,Alteromonas,Marinobacter,Muricauda,and Pseudoalteromonas dominated the changes of the microbial communities observed in the *** culture with or without ***,this study indicated that microbial community inhabiting *** culture includes potential algicidal bacteria,and improves our knowledge about microbial community succession during biocontrol of *** via nutrient stimulation or by adding isolated algicidal strains.

Colorimetry often suffers from deficiency in quantitative determination,susceptibility to ambient illuminance,and low sensitivity and visual resolution to tiny color *** offset these deficiencies,we incorporate deep machine learning into colorimetry by introducing a convolutional neural network(CNN)with powerful parallel processing,self-organization,and self-learning *** a proof of concept,a plasmonic nanosensor is proposed for the colorimetric detection of glucose by coupling Benedict’s reagent with gold nanoparticles(AuNPs),which relies on the assemble of AuNPs into dendritic nanochains by *** distinct difference of refractive index between Cu2O and Au and the localized surface plasmon resonance coupling effect among AuNPs leads to a broad spectral shift as well as abundant color changes,thereby providing sufficient data for selflearning enabled by machine *** CNN is then used to fully diversify the learning and training of the images from standard samples under different ambient conditions and to obtain a classifier that can not only recognize tiny color changes that are imperceptible to human eyes,but also exhibit high accuracy and excellent anti-environmental interference *** classifier is then compiled as an application(APP)and implanted into a smartphone with Android environment.306 clinical urine samples were detected using the proposed method and the results showed a satisfactory correlation(87.6%)with that of a standard blood glucose test *** importantly,this method can be generalized to other applications in colorimetry,and more broadly,in other scientific domains that involve image analysis and quantification.

The microstructures of carbon precursors significantly affect the electrochemical performance of Si/C composite ***,the interaction between Si and carbon materials with different structures is still ***-based materials undergoing different thermal treatments are superior sources for synthesizing carbons with different ***,different types of mesophase pitch(domain,flow-domain and mosaic structure) obtained from controllable thermal condensation are utilized to prepare Si/C composite materials and the corresponding models are established through finite element simulation to explore the correlation between the lithium storage properties of Si/C composites and the structures of carbon *** results indicate that the flow-domain texture pitch P2 has a better ability to buffer the volume expansion of silicon particles for its highly ordered arrangement of carbon crystallites inside could disperse the swelling stress uniformly alongside the particle *** sample Si@P2 exhibits the highest capacity of 1328 mA h/g after 200 cycles at a current density of 0.1 A/g as well as the best rate performance and *** sample Si@P3 in which the mosaic texture pitch P3 composed of random orientation of crystallites undergoes the fastest capacity *** findings suggest that highly ordered carbon materials are more suitable for the synthesis of Si/C composite anodes and provide insights for understanding the interaction between carbon and silicon during the charging/discharging process.

Acoustic emission(AE)signals contain substantial information about the internal fracture characteristics of rocks and are useful for revealing the laws governing the release of energy stored *** here is the evolution of rock failure with diferent master crack types as investigated using Brazilian splitting tests(BSTs),direct shear tests(DSTs),and uniaxial compression tests(UCTs).The AE parameters and typical modes of each fracture type were obtained,and the energy release characteristics of each fracture mechanism were *** the observed changes in the AE parameters,the rock fracture process exhibits characteristics of staged *** scale and energy level of crack activity in the BSTs were signifcantly lower than those in the DSTs and *** proportion of tensile cracks in the BSTs was 65%–75%,while the proportions of shear cracks in the DSTs and UCTs were 75%–85%and 70%–75%,*** the rock loading process under diferent conditions,failure was accompanied by an increased number of shear *** amplitude,duration,and rise time of the AE signal from rock failure were larger when the failure was dominated by shear cracks rather than tensile ones,and most of the medium-and high-energy signals had medium to low *** calculating the proposed energy amplitude ratio,the energy release of shear cracks was found to exceed that of tensile cracks at the same fracture scale.
