Biomimetic materials have emerged as attractive and competitive alternatives for tissue engineering(TE)and regenerative *** contrast to conventional biomaterials or synthetic materials,biomimetic scaffolds based on natural biomaterial can offer cells a broad spectrum of biochemical and biophysical cues that mimic the in vivo extracellular matrix(ECM).Additionally,such materials have mechanical adaptability,micro-structure interconnectivity,and inherent bioactivity,making them ideal for the design of living implants for specific applications in TE and regenerative *** paper provides an overview for recent progress of biomimetic natural biomaterials(BNBMs),including advances in their preparation,functionality,potential applications and future *** highlight recent advances in the fabrication of BNBMs and outline general strategies for functionalizing and tailoring the BNBMs with various biological and physicochemical characteristics of native ***,we offer an overview of recent key advances in the functionalization and applications of versatile BNBMs for TE ***,we conclude by offering our perspective on open challenges and future developments in this rapidly-evolving field.

Isolation and Experimental Study on Bacteriostasis of Bacillus haynesii

This experiment aims to isolate and inhibit three bacteria strains to provide candidate strains for the development and application of *** bacterial morphological identification,16S rDNA sequence alignment,and genetic evolution analysis,three strains were identified as Bacillus haynesii,named HP01,HD02,and *** biosurfactant activity tests,C-TAB tests,hemolysis tests,and antibacterial activity analyses,the results showed that all three strains of *** exhibited significant biosurfactant ***,the solutions of the three strains demonstrated a pronounced antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus *** resistance and safety of commonly used drugs were evaluated using the tablet diffusion method and a mouse feeding *** results indicated that the three strains were not resistant to commonly used antibacterial drugs,and the oral bacterial solution was not pathogenic and had high safety in *** study concluded that all three *** strains met the basic conditions for use,with *** HP01 being the most promising candidate.

Metal–organic cage photocatalysts with nanoscale dimensions have received wide attention in the field of photocatalytic environmental pollutant treatment due to their large cavities,easy modification,high tunability,and enriched active ***,we prepared a series of dihydroanthracene-cored terpyridine-based metallo-cuboctahedron nanomaterials through a selfassembly method,which exhibited satisfactory degradation performance for persistent organic pollutants under visible light *** particular,under light conditions,S1-Zn,one of the prepared nanomaterials,produced photogenerated holes oxidizing water molecules to∙OH,which attacked ibuprofen(IBU)for up to 95% ***,the corresponding photogenerated electrons reduced the dissolved oxygen in water,producing 66.2μmol/L hydrogen *** obtained supramolecular photocatalytic materials have a stable structure with non-precious metals and do not require a sacrificial *** metal sites of metallo-cuboctahedrons adsorb pollutants and transfer captured holes to them,accelerating degradation and promoting simultaneous H_(2)O_(2) *** work not only proposes a simple and efficient synthesis method for supramolecular photocatalysts but also opens up opportunities for efficient,low-cost,and multifunctional materials for environmental persistent organic pollutants treatment.

Background:Shenzao dripping pill(SZDP)is empirically prescribed for treating cardiac ***,there is a lack of comprehensive knowledge regarding the underlying mechanisms contributing to its therapeutic *** objective of this study is to investigate the underlying mechanism of SZDP against chronic myocardial ischemia(CMI)in a rat ***:In this study,we utilized electrocardiographic and echocardiographic detection along with pathological tissue analysis to evaluate the efficacy of *** integration of network pharmacology and metabolomics was conducted to investigate the *** docking and molecular dynamics simulations were used to validate the binding energy between the compounds of SZDP and the associated ***:The results showed that SZDP was able to improve T wave voltage,reverse CMI abnormalities in ejection fraction and fractional shortening,and restore histopathological heart *** results indicated that disturbances of metabolic profile in CMI rats were partly corrected after SZDP administration,mainly affecting purine metabolism.13-Docosenamide may be the potential metabolic biomarker of the therapeutic application of SZDP for *** network pharmacology and metabolomics,thiopurine S-methyltransferase(TPMT),xanthine dehydrogenase/oxidase(XDH),bifunctional purine biosynthesis protein ATIC(ATIC),and cytochrome p4501A1(CYP1A1)were identified as possible targets of SZDP to exert therapeutic effects by enhancing the metabolic levels of L-Tryptophan,Deoxyribose 1-phosphate and Phosphoribosyl ***:SZDP has a therapeutic effect on CMI by regulating metabolite levels,acting on the targets of TMPT,XDH,ATIC,and CYP1A1,and reducing cardiomyocyte injury and myocardial fibrosis.

Comparison of Antibacterial Activities of Six Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Strains

In this study, six bacterial strains were isolated from the sediment, probiotic fermentation products, and lake sediments, they were identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens using genetic evolution analysis, which were named B3, B4, B5, XD3, YF6, and YF8. The comparison of the antibacterial activity, hemolytic activity, and antibiotic sensitivity of six Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strains laid a foundation for the development and application of antimicrobial peptide products. A surface activity assay was used to determine the production of biosurfactants in six Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strains. With Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as indicator bacteria, their antibacterial activity was determined using the agar diffusion method;the same diffusion method was used to determine the antibiotic susceptibility of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The results showed that the six Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strains had obvious biosurface activity, and the bacteria inhibited Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, from strong to weak: YF8, XD3, B3, B4, YF6, and B5. Strain YF8 had the best broad-spectrum bacteriostatic effect, followed by strain XD3. All Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strains were susceptible to 16 common drugs, except for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain YF8, which was intermediate to neomycin. The study shows that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and secondary metabolites have the ability to produce a variety of active peptides, exert a certain inhibitory effect on common pathogens, and have the potential to develop as animal probiotics.

Generalized vectorial quasi-equilibrium problem and generalized set-valued quasi-equilibrium problem are introduced and the existence theorems of generalized vectorial quasi-equilihrium problem on W-space are obtained. As corollaries, existence theorems of four kinds of quasi-equilibrium problem are obtained, and these results generalize and improve correspond results in [1-7] .

Optimization of an annular wave energy converter in a wind-wave hybrid system

A hybrid system of a spar-type floating offshore wind turbine and a heaving annular wave energy converter(WEC)provides a promising solution for collocated ocean renewable energy *** performance of the hybrid system depends on the dimensions of the *** an optimization method is proposed to determine the outer radius and the draft of the WEC under the wave condition in a randomly chosen operational ***,three candidate models are selected based on three operational conditions of energy harvest:(1)The natural frequency of the system is matched with the peak wave frequency in the target site(referred to as synchronized mode),where the wind turbine and the WEC nearly heave together in a near-resonance condition,(2)The natural frequency of the WEC is matched with the peak wave frequency(ring mode),(3)The maximum wave power is harnessed under the peak wave frequency(target mode).Then the candidate modes are evaluated to obtain an *** show that the extracted wave power under the above operational conditions has an upper bound that can hardly be surpassed by enlarging the dimensions of the WEC *** optimal annual wave energy production is achieved in the synchronized mode because of the superior performance of WEC over a wide bandwidth of effective energy conversion.

Influence of Solvent on Reaction Path to Synthesis of Methyl N-Phenyl Carbamate from Aniline, CO_2 and Methanol

Methyl N-phenyl carbamate(MPC), an important organic chemical, can be synthesized from aniline,CO2 and methanol. Catalyst Cu-Fe/ZrO2-SiO2 was first prepared and its catalytic performance for MPC synthesis was evaluated. Then the influence of solvent on the reaction path of MPC synthesis was investigated. It is found that the reaction intermediate is different with acetonitrile or methanol as a solvent. With acetonitrile as a solvent,the synthesis of MPC follows the reaction path with diphenyl urea as the intermediate, while with methanol as a solvent the reaction occurs via the reaction path with dimethyl carbonate as the intermediate. The catalytic mechanism of cooperative catalysis comprising metal sites, Lewis acid sites and Lewis base sites is proposed according to different reaction intermediates.

Electrolysis of ammonia for hydrogen production catalyzed by Pt and Pt-Ir deposited on nickel foam

Electrolysis of ammonia in alkaline electrolyte solution was applied for the production of hydrogen. Both Pt-loaded Ni foam and Pt-Ir loaded Ni foam electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition and served as anode and cathode in ammonia electrolytic cell, respectively. The electrochemical behaviors of ammonia in KOH solution were individually investigated via cyclic voltammetry on three electrodes, i.e. bare Ni foam electrode, Pt-loaded Ni foam electrode and Pt-Ir loaded Ni foam electrode. The morphology and composition of the prepared Ni foam electrode were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Effects of the concentration of electrolyte solution and temperature of electrolytic cell on the electrolysis reaction were examined in order to enhance the efficiency of ammonia electrolysis. The competition of ammonia electrolysis and water electrolysis in the same alkaline solution was firstly proposed to explain the changes of cell voltage with the electrolysis proceeding. At varying current densities, different cell voltages could be obtained from galvanostatic *** low cell voltage of 0.58 V, which is less than the practical electrolysis voltage of water(1.6 V), can be obtained at a current density of2.5 mA/cm2. Based on some experimental parameters, such as the applied current, the resulting cell voltage and output of hydrogen gas, the power consumption per gram of H2produced can be estimated.

Preparation and desulfurization activity of nano-CeO_2/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts

γ-A12O3-supported CeO2 catalysts were pre- pared by microemulsion and impregnation methods and characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscope （SEM） techniques. At the same time, the desulfurization activity of catalysts was investigated. The results show that nanoscale active substances and a high desulfurization effect are achieved by microemulsion, exhibiting a significant dominance compared with traditional impregnation method. The optimal preparation condition is temperature of 30 ℃ and ratio of [H20]/[surface active agent] of 7 with slow demulsification. The activated catalysts still keep high and stable desulfurization activity during a wide temperature range of 450-600 ℃. Among a series of prepared catalysts, the desulfurization rate of 6CeOz/γ-A1203 is the highest, reaching up to 80 % when temperature is higher than 550℃. The catalytic reduction mechanism of SO2 over nano-CeOz/γ-A1203 follows redox mechanism.
