To realize the resource and high-value utilization,a new approach,named bagasse lignin(BL) used to produce aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis over perovskite,was proposed,LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3(LTF) samples prepared by the sol-gel method(SG) and the solid-state reaction method(SS)were *** catalytic action on BL pyrolysis was performed by the test of TG-DTG and the evaluation of the fixed bed micro-reactor,the components and contents of the products were *** results show that LTF samples have cubic perovskite phase,LTF prepared by SG(LTF-SG) is porous with larger specific surface area than LTF prepared by SS(LTF-SS).During the pyrolysis of BL,the addition of LTF lowers the pyrolysis temperature and the activation energy,the contents of CO2 and CO in gaseous products reduce by 4.6%-8.0% and 30.7%-34.3%,respectively,the total content of aryl oxygencontaining compounds(including phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates) in liquid products increases from 62 wt% to more than 72 wt%,and LTF-SG shows better catalytic *** samples have nice phase and catalytic stabilities for BL pyrolysis after five successive redox cycles.

Objective： To investigate the neuro-protective effects of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms（EAS） on mesencephalic mitochondria and the mechanism of action, using a mouse model of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）. Methods： The chemical fingerprint analysis of the extract of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms（EAS） was performed using the ultra performance liquid chromatograph and time of flight mass spectrometry. Thirty mice were randomly divided into the control group, the MPTP model group, and the EAS treated group with MPTP（MPTP＋EAS group, 10 in each group）. The MPTP model group and the MPTP＋EAS group received MPTP-HCl（30 mg/kg i.p） once a day for 5 days. The control group received an equal volume of saline（20 m L/kg i.p） once a day for 5 days. Induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine hydrochloride daily（MPTP-HCl, 30 mg/kg） for 5 days, the PD mice were treated with EAS at 45.5 mg/kg daily for 20 days. The behavioral testing of mice was carried out using the pole-climbing test. The integrity and functions of neurons were examined in mesencephalic mitochondria in a PD mouse model, including nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dehydrogenase ubiquinone flavoprotein 2（NDUFV2）, mitochondrially encoded nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dehydrogenase 1（MT-ND1）, succinate dehydrogenase complex subunit A（SDHA）, and succinate dehydrogenase cytochrome b560 subunit（SDHC）. Results： After treatment with EAS, the behavioral changes induced by MPTP were attenuated significantly（P〈0.05）. EAS protected the mesencephalic mitochondria from swelling and attenuated the decreases in their membrane potential（both P〈0.05）, which was supported by an ultra-structural level analysis. The changes in reactive oxygen species（ROS）, malonic dialdehyde（MDA）, oxidative phosphorylation（OXPHOS） system 4 subunits levels and PD-related proteins expressions（parkin, Pink1, DJ-1, α-synuclein, and Lrrk2） reverted to near normal levels（all P〈0.05）, based on the results of immune-histological and Western blottin

Photochromic wood was fabricated by coating microencapsulated photochromic material(MP)/polydimethylsiloxane composites onto wood using a simple drop-coating ***-melamine–formaldehyde resin was used to microencapsulate the photochromic material(PM)via in situ *** concentration of the MP affected the photochromic property of the wood *** total color change(ΔE*)reached 82.2 when the concentration of the composite coating is 8%.Adhesion tests confirmed that the composite coating adhered firmly to the *** method is potentially useful for the production of functional wooden products,such as anti-counterfeiting materials and aesthetic wood.

ZnS nanobelts with large aspect ratio are successfully synthesized on a large scale through thermally evaporating of ZnS powder with a trace of SnO_2 powder using gold coated Si wafer as the substrate at 1100°*** results indicate that the as-obtained ZnS nanobelts are about 10 nm in thickness and hundreds of micrometers in length,and the aspect ratio reaches more than *** dependent experiments are conducted to better study the growth mechanism of the ZnS ***,optical properties of the as-synthesized ZnS nanobelts are also investigated by using a cathodoluminescence(CL) system,which shows the existence of a strong ultraviolet emission at 342 nm and two poor emission peaks at 522 nm and 683 nm at room temperature,respectively.

The role of pulse parameters on nanoparticle property is investigated self-consistently based on a couple of fluid model and aerosol dynamics model in a capacitively coupled parallel-plate acetylene（C2H2） discharge. In this model, the mass continuity equation, momentum balance equation, and energy balance equation for neutral gas are taken into ***, the thermophoretic force arises when a gas temperature gradient exists. The typical results of this model are positive and negative ion densities, electron impact collisions rates, nanoparticle density, and charge distributions. The simulation is performed for duty ratio 0.4/0.7/1.0, as well as pulse modulation frequency from 40 kHz to 2.7 MHz for pure C2H2 discharges at a pressure of 500 mTorr. We find that the pulse parameters, especially the duty ratio, have a great affect on the dissociative attachment coefficient and the negative density. More importantly, by decreasing the duty ratio, nanoparticles start to diffuse to the wall. Under the action of gas flow, nanoparticle density peak is created in front of the pulse electrode,where the gas temperature is smaller.

Glutamine synthetase(GS)plays an important role in nitrogen(N)metabolism in *** this study,we cloned and sequenced the CsGS1 gene,and analyzed the expression patterns and subcellular localization of the GS1 protein in response to different N conditions in order to determine its role in low-nitrogen(LN)***1 was abundantly expressed in the leaves of the low N-requiring cultivar D0328,while the high N-requiring cultivar D0422 showed similar expression levels across different tissues including leaves,shoots and ***,the GS1 protein was primarily localized in the cytoplasm of plant *** cultivars were then transformed with the CsGS1 coding sequence or antisense sequence via Agrobacterium tumefaciens in order to overexpress and silence GS1 expression,*** of CsGS1 significantly improved LN tolerance and photosynthetic parameters,and increased chlorophyll b content,biomass,plant height,root length,N accumulation and GS activity under LN condition compared to the ***1 silencing on the other hand significantly reduced the above *** together,CsGS1 is crucial for maintaining N metabolism in cucumber plants during N deprivation,and is a promising target for generating novel transgenic breeds with increasing nitrogen utilization efficiency.
