The wind-induced vibration of a remote sensing tower is the key factor affecting the stability of image sensing and structural reliability. Monitoring the vibration of a long-time unattended tower is critical to its proper operation. Currently, most monitoring devices are supplied with wired power or battery, significantly limiting their practical applications in remote areas. In this paper,a self-powered vibration sensing device based on hybrid electromechanical conversion mechanisms is proposed. The device depends on a cylindrical magnetic levitation structure sensitive to ambient vibration for transferring mechanical energy and is taken as a dual-functional heterogeneous integrated system comprising electromagnetic, piezoelectric, and triboelectric generators. When the device vibrates under environmental force driving, the suspension magnet reciprocates vertically and generates induced electromagnetic energy, which is used to power the device. Moreover, the triboelectric and piezoelectric voltages,respectively originating from magnet impact on two separation friction materials and magnetic field repulsion-induced strain deformation of a piezoelectric sheet, are used as the synergistic sensing signals. To improve the output energy, a set of dualsegmented annular coils is designed in an electromagnetic generator, which greatly avoids the obstructive effect of the suspended magnet on the magnetic flux change at its end. Compared with a whole isochoric coil, it increases the output voltage by 78.3%.For the triboelectric sensing module, a silicone film with a large specific surface area is fabricated via 3D modification, which improves the output voltage by 29.4%. Furthermore, a pair of piezoelectric sensing modules is set to improve the accuracy of comparative sensing data. The experimental measurement shows that the device maintains a high sensitivity of 6.711 V(m s;);and excellent linearity of 0.991 in the range of 0–14 m s;. This work provides a practical strategy

Quantum key distribution(QKD) is now moving toward a scalable and secure QKD network,which establishes secret keys among network users. The continuous-variable(CV) and discrete-variable(DV)QKD systems are currently being developed in parallel and are all used in QKD networks. We propose here a hybrid QKD network, in which the CV QKD system is used to build metropolitan QKD networks, and the DV QKD system is used to connect metropolitan QKD networks. The hybrid QKD network takes advantage of high secret key rates for CV QKD systems and long distance for DV QKD systems. We also present a feasible hybrid measurement-device-independent(MDI) QKD network, which combines both CV and DV MDI QKD systems. The presented hybrid QKD networks meet the low cost and compact requirement of a realistic QKD network and provide a feasible solution for future real QKD networks by combining the advantages of both CV and DV QKD systems.

The micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)infrared thermopile is the core working device of modern information detection systems such as spectrometers,gas sensors,and remote temperature *** presented two different structures of MEMS infrared thermopiles based on suspended film *** both deposited silicon nitride over the entire surface as a passivated absorber layer in place of a separate absorber zone,and the thermocouple strip was oriented in the same direction as the temperature *** same MEMS preparation process was used and finally two different structures of the thermopile were characterized separately for testing to verify the impact of our design on the *** test results show that the circular and double-ended symmetrical thermopile detectors have responsivities of 27.932 V/W and 23.205 V/W,specific detectivities of 12.1×10^(7) cm·Hz^(1/2)·W^(-1) and 10.1×10^(7) cm·Hz^(1/2)·W^(-1),and response time of 26.2 ms and 27.06 ms,*** addition,rectangular double-ended symmetric thermopile has a larger field of view than a circular thermopile detector,but is not as mechanically stable as a circular thermopile.

Two different CdⅡ coordination frameworks [Cd(L1)(L2)]∞(1) and [Cd(L1)-(L3)(H2O)]∞(2) based on a flexible dicarboxylic acid ligand were obtained by introducing two different nitrogen heterocyclic auxiliary ligands(L1 = 3,3’-[1,3-benzenebis(carbonylimino)]bi(benzoate), L2 = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane, L3 = 4,4’-bipyridine). Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P■ with a = 8.7415(5), b = 12.2247(7), c =16.2415(10) ?, β = 95.6790(10)°, V = 1525.11(16) ?3, Dc = 1.553 mg·m-3, C35H28CdN4O6, Mr = 713.02, F(000) = 724, μ(MoKα) = 0.770 mm–1, Z = 2, R/wR(I > 2σ(I))a = 0.0302/0.0773. However, complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 11.4986(7), b = 23.0911(14), c = 11.9943(8) ?, β = 115.9500(10)°, V = 2863.6(3) ?3, Dc = 1.598 mg·m-3, C32H24CdN4O7, Mr = 688.96, F(000) = 1392, μ(MoKα) = 0.820 mm–1, Z = 4, R/wR(I > 2σ(I))a = 0.0283/0.0631. The structures of two complexes were characterized. Complexes 1 and 2 have different one-dimensional(1D) chain structures. In addition, we have also made a preliminary study on the properties of the two complexes.

Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is the most common form of dementia among the elderly, characterized by amyloid plaques, neurofibrillary tangles, and neuroinflam- mation in the brain, as well as impaired cognitive behaviors. A sex difference in the prevalence of AD has been noted, while sex differences in the cerebral pathology and relevant molecular mechanisms are not well clarified. In the present study, we systematically investigated the sex differences in pathological characteristics and cognitive behavior in 12-month-old male and female APP/PSI/tau triple-trans- genic AD mice （3xTg-AD mice） and examined the molecular mechanisms. We found that female 3×Tg-AD mice displayed more prominent amyloid plaques, neurofib- rillary tangles, neuroinflammation, and spatial cognitive deficits than male 3×Tg-AD mice. Furthermore, the expres- sion levels of hippocampal protein kinase A-cAMP response element-binding protein （PKA-CREB） and p38- mitogen-activated protein kinases （MAPK） also showed sex difference in the AD mice, with a significant increase in the levels of p-PKA/p-CREB and a decrease in the p-p38 in female, but not male, 3×Tg-AD mice. We suggest that an estrogen deficiency-induced PKA-CREB-MAPK signaling disorder in 12-month-old female 3×Tg-AD mice might be involved in the serious pathological and cognitive damage in these mice. Therefore, sex differences should be taken into account in investigating AD biomarkers and related target molecules, and estrogen supplementation or PKA-CREB- MAPK stabilization could be beneficial in relieving the pathological damage in AD and improving the cognitive behavior of reproductively-senescent females.

Implementing quantum communication between space-separated local networks is essential for designing global quantum networks. In this study, we propose quantum teleportation and remote state preparation schemes between users of two space-separated local networks established by continuous-variable multipartite entangled states. In the proposed schemes, the quantum nodes belonging to the two distant local networks are first entangled by entanglement swapping, and then quantum communication protocols are realized. We show that quantum teleportation between any two users belonging to space-separated local networks can be realized with the assistance of other users, and squeezed thermal states can be remotely prepared in one local network by performing a homodyne projective measurement on the state in another distant local network. Our results provide a feasible approach for quantum communication between spaceseparated quantum networks with multipartite entangled states.

Suppression of low-frequency ultrasound broadband vibration using star-shaped single-phase metamaterials

In order to suppress the low-frequency ultrasound vibration in the broadband range of 20 k Hz—100 k Hz,this paper proposes and discusses an acoustic metamaterial with low-frequency ultrasound vibration attenuation properties,which is configured by hybrid arc and sharp-angle convergent star-shaped *** effect of the dispersion relation and the bandgap characteristic for the scatterers in star-shaped are simulated and *** target bandgap width is extended by optimizing the geometry parameters of arc and sharp-angle convergent *** proposed metamaterial configured by optimized hybrid lattices exhibits remarkable broad bandgap characteristics by bandgap complementarity,and the simulation results verify a 99%vibration attenuation amplitude can be obtained in the frequency of20 k Hz—100 k *** the fabrication of the proposed hybrid configurational star-shaped metamaterial by 3D printing technique,the transmission loss experiments are performed,and the experimental results indicate that the fabricated metamaterial has the characteristics of broadband vibration attenuation and an amplitude greater than 85%attenuation for the target *** results demonstrate that the hybrid configurational star-shaped metamaterials can effectively widen the bandgap and realize high efficiency attenuation,which has capability for the vibration attenuation in the application of highprecise equipment.
