Land use/coverage change(LUCC)exerts a profound influence on global carbon emission through changing structure and functions of *** Nanchang City as an example,this study determined organic carbon emission of land ecosystem by ecosystem type *** 2005,total carbon emission of Nanchang City was 4.826 2 *** 2010,it became 5.535 9 Tg,showing a growth trend of carbon emission from land use *** carbon emission of cropland and grassland decreased in 2005-2010,that of garden land and construction land had increase,and carbon absorption function of water land and other unused land was *** to difference of land use structure,the carbon emission of Nanchang City is *** 2005-2010,the rank of carbon emission from high to low is as follows:Nanchang County,Xinjian County,Jinxian County and Qingshanhu *** combination with land use change and development plan of Nanchang City,Nanchang City should take carbon emission reduction measures,including conceding the land to forestry,returning the land to water,limiting excessive expansion of construction land,optimizing distribution of urban land use,flexibly regulating land supply policies,and establishing carbon trading legal system,to reach the objective of combining land use plan with ecological construction.

Development and Utilization of Rural Idle Homesteads in the Context of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Leisure Agriculture

The existence of a large number of idle homesteads in rural areas not only causes waste of land resources,but also injures farmers' property rights and hinders the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. The emergence and vigorous development of rural leisure agriculture provides a new way of utilization and method for the development and utilization of rural homesteads. From the perspective of leisure agriculture,this paper analyzed the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the overall development model of rural idle homestead,farmstay model and characteristic industry development model,and discussed the actual case to enrich the research on the development and utilization of idle homestead. It pointed out that there are problems such as insufficient tourism resources and single management content,lack of legal basis for revitalizing the homestead,lagging reform of rural land property rights system,and difficulty in expanding the space for leisure tourism development in the process of developing rural idle homestead. It is recommended to provide reference for the effective improvement of the efficiency of idle homestead utilization,increase farmers' income,and promote the rural revitalization strategy.

[Objectives]To explore the effects of injection of oregano oil submicron emulsion on lipopolysaccharide-induced pneumonia in rats.[Methods]Rats induced by lipopolysaccharide were used as animal models of acute *** experiment was divided into blank group,model group,administration group and positive drug control *** morphology of lung tissue and the changes of cells and inflammatory factors in each group were observed,and the anti-inflammatory effects of injection of oregano oil submicron emulsion.[Results]The injection of oregano oil submicron emulsion can improve the pathological injury of rat lung tissue,inhibit the release of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αcytokines induced by lipopolysaccharide,and significantly reduce the value of CRP.[Conclusions]Oregano oil submicron emulsion has a certain therapeutic effect on lipopolysaccharide-induced pneumonia in rats,and its mechanism may be related to reducing the release of cytoinflammatory factor IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αand alleviating the injury to tissues and organs.

With superior natural conditions,Lushan has abounded in not only plant resources but also profound cultural,religious and political *** research on the ancient trees in Lushan is of great significance to the preservation of natural ancient,exploration of the cultural contents,development and exploitation of those ancient trees and realization of the sustainable development in *** coverage of Lushan reaches 76.6%,and among these plants there are 41 families,83 genera,and 217 species of fern,9 families,34 genera,and 95 species of gymnosperms,and 154 families,864 genera,and 2 332 species of *** is divided into the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest zone in "Chinese Vegetation Regionalization",and characterized as obvious vertical vegetation *** the author reviewed the evaluation methods of the landscape value of ancient trees in Lushan,hoping to comment on the landscape value of Lushan ancient trees and the investigation,preservation and use of those plant resources in order to lay a foundation for future research.

[目的]研究不同来源污泥对玉米秸秆厌氧发酵产气效率的影响。[方法]以玉米秸秆为原料,在接种量相同的条件下,研究了4种不同来源污泥对玉米秸秆厌氧发酵日产气量和累积产气量的影响。[结果]4种不同来源污泥的累积产气量依次为颗粒状污泥>河底污泥>浓缩污泥>压滤泥饼。采用颗粒状污泥为接种物的日均产气量和累积产气量最高,分别为3.73和56.29L/kgVS。[结论]该研究结果为充分利用秸秆原料,提高能源利用效率,实现能源可持续发展提供了试验基础。
