Cotton is widely distributed worldwide,and improving the quality of its fiber is one of the most important tasks in cotton *** fibers are primarily composed of cellulose,which is synthesized by CesA complexes(CSCs).However,the functions of CesA genes in cotton fiber development have not been comprehensively *** this study,the cotton transcriptome and metabolome were used to investigate the function of CesA genes in fiber ***,321 metabolites were obtained,84 of which were associated with the corresponding ***,a target gene named Gh_A08G144300,one of the CesA gene family members,was closely correlated with the development of cotton *** target CesA gene Gh_A08G144300 was analysed to determine its specific function in cotton fiber ***-level gene expression of Gh_A08G144300 was found at different fiber development stages by RNA-seq analysis,and the silencing of Gh_A08G144300 visibly inhibited the growth of cotton fibers,showing that it is critical for their *** study provides an important reference for research on the gene function of Gh_A08G144300 and the regulatory mechanism of fiber development in cotton.

A superior carbocatalyst ultrahigh N-doped graphene(NG) was prepared by a novel self-sacrificial templating method of one-step annealing vitamin B_(9).The NG catalyst with pyrolysis temperature of 800℃(abbreviated VB_(9)-NG-800) has an ultrahigh nitrogen content of 13.5 wt% and demonstrated the highest activity for the oxidation of bio-based alcohols and terpenes with molecular oxygen without any *** characterizations and quantum-chemical calculations further manifested that high contents of graphitic N and pyridinic N species in VB_(9)-NG-800 promoted the generation of·O_(2)^(-)active species from molecular oxygen effortlessly,resulting in excellent catalytic performance for aerobic oxidation.

The number of photogenerated carriers involved in the photocatalytic reaction is one of the main factors influencing the photocatalytic activity,and constructing S-scheme heterojunctions can significantly en-hance the migration of photogenerated carriers,which is regarded as an effective *** this study,Au nanoparticles(NPs)-supported crystallized heptazine/triazine-based carbon nitride(AHTCN)S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts are successfully prepared by photoreduction *** for the Au NPs function as an electron mediator,the experiment results and DFT calculations demonstrate that the Fermi energy level of crystallized heptazine/triazine-based heterojunction(HTCN)is pulled down after anchoring Au NPs,and thus the electron transfer path of HTCN changed from Type II-scheme to *** to S-scheme heterojunction,the optimal AHTCN-2(2 wt.%Au loaded)exhibits the best photocat-alytic hydrogen evolution with a production rate of 715.2μmol h^(−1)g^(−1),which significantly outperforms that of the *** work delivers a new strategy for the construction of S-scheme heterojunctions.

Blending of poly(levorotatory-lactic acid) (PLLA) and poly(dextrorotatory-lactic acid) (PDLA) produces the stereocomplex crystallites (PLA SC), which present higher melting temperature and mechanical properties than that of neat PLLA or PDLA. However, in the PLLA/PDLA blends with higher molecular weights, the phase separation occurs and the SC exhibits weak memory after melting, which lead to a small amount of SC together with a large amount of homochiral crystallites (HC) develop during crystallization from the melt. In this study, a small content of graphite oxide was blended with PLLA and PDLA to form ternary blends, and it was exciting to find that the formation of SC was enhanced gradually with the content of graphite oxide. The SC exclusively developed when 2 wt% graphite oxide was incorporated into the PLLA/PDLA, and the crystallinity with ∼50% was received even during fast cooling from the melt (−50 ℃/min). The acceleration formation of SC was speculated due to the interaction between PLA molecular chains and the hydroxyl groups on the surface of graphite oxide and the obstruction of proliferation of graphite oxide.

Online Monitoring Method for Insulator Self-explosion Based on Edge Computing and Deep Learning

Aiming at the problems of traditional centralized cloud computing which occupies large computing resources and creates high latency,this paper proposes a fault detection scheme for insulator self-explosion based on edge computing and DL(deep learning).In order to solve the high amount of computation brought by the deep neural network and meet the limited computing resources at the edge,a lightweight SSD(Single Shot MultiBox Detector)target recognition network is designed at the edge,which adopts the MobileNets network to replace VGG16 network in the original model to reduce redundant *** the cloud,three detection algorithms(Faster-RCNN,Retinanet,YOLOv3)with obvious differences in detection performance are selected to obtain the coordinates and confidence of the insulator self-explosion area,and then the self-explosion fault detection of the overhead transmission line is realized by a novel multimodel fusion *** experimental results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the amount of uploaded data,and the average recognition accuracy of the cloud is 95.75%.In addition,it only increases the power consumption of edge devices by about 25.6W/h in their working *** with the existing online monitoring technology of insulator selfexplosion at home and abroad,the proposed scheme has the advantages of low transmission delay,low communication cost and high diagnostic accuracy,which provides a new idea for online monitoring research of power internet of things equipment.

An improved Hybrid Collaborative Filtering algorithm(H-CF)is proposed,addressing the issues of data sparsity,low recommendation accuracy,and poor scalability present in traditional collaborative filtering *** core of H-CF is a linear weighted hybrid algorithm based on the Latent Factor Model(LFM)and the Improved Item Clustering and Similarity Calculation Collaborative Filtering Algorithm(ITCSCF).To begin with,the items are clustered based on their attribute dimension,which accelerates the computation of the nearest neighbor ***,H-CF enhances the formula for scoring similarity by penalizing popular items and optimizing unpopular *** improvement enhances the rationality of scoring similarity and reduces the impact of data ***,a weighting function is employed to combine the various improved *** balance factor of the weighting function is dynamically adjusted to attain the optimal recommendation *** address the real-time and scalability concerns,the algorithm leverages the Spark big data distributed cluster computing *** were conducted using the public dataset Movie Lens,where the improved algorithm’s performance was compared against the algorithm before enhancement and the algorithm running on a single *** experimental results demonstrate that the improved algorithm outperforms in terms of data sparsity,recommendation personalization,accuracy,recall,and efficiency.
