Synthesis of Zn-containing Aluminophosphate with ERI Topology

A Zn-containing aluminophosphate with ERI-zeotype structure was hydrothermally synthsized with 1,2-diaminocyclohexane（DACH） as the template. The result of the structural analysis indicates that the Zn-containing aluminosphate crystallized in the hexagonal space group of P63/m was constituted up by the alternating AI（Zn）O4 and PO4 tetrahedra. The organic amine DACH located in the ERI cages was used to balance the negative charge of the framework.

Acute myocardial infarction(AMI),characterized by high incidence and mortality rates,poses a significant public health *** therapy,though the preferred treatment for AMI,often exacerbates cardiac damage,leading to myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MI/RI).Consequently,the development of strategies to reduce MI/RI is an urgent priority in cardiovascular *** medicine,recognized for its multi-component,multi-pathway,and multi-target capabilities,provides a novel approach for alleviating MI/RI.A key area of interest is the nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)*** pathway is instrumental in regulating inflammatory responses,oxidative stress,apoptosis,endoplasmic reticulum stress,and ferroptosis in MI/*** paper presents a comprehensive overview of the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway's structure and its influence on MI/***,it reviews the latest research on leveraging Chinese medicine to modulate the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway in MI/RI treatment.

A Jeffcott rotor-magnetic bearing with time delays is investigated in this paper. Firstly, it is found that the characteristic equation of the system satisfies the conditions of the singularity. Secondly, the center manifold reduction and normal form are employed to study the bifurcation from simple zero and zero-purely imaginary singularities. The results of this paper will help to understand the influence of the time delays in feedback loop on the dynamics of rotor-magnetic bearing system.

Bismuth vanadate（BiVO4） has been investigated intensively and extensively due to its potential applications in the photocatalytic treatment of organiccontaining *** this study,Mo-BiVO4 samples were synthesized by a facile sol-gel *** samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,and ultravioletvisible（UV-Vis） diffuse reflectance *** is found that the phase structure of Mo-BiVO4 photocatalyst is monoclinic *** photocatalytic activities of the obtained BiVO4 samples were investigated by means of the decolorization efficiency of methyl orange（MO）.The BiVO4 and Mo-BiVO4 photocatalysts show the response on the visible *** doped BiVO4 photocatalysts show higher decolorization efficiency than that of bare BiVO4.

Electronic tunnelling through a one-dimensional quantum dot chain is theoretically studied, when two leads couple to the individual component quantum dots of the chain arbitrarily. If there are some dangling quantum dots in the chain outside the leads, the electron tunnelling through the quantum dot chain is wholly forbidden while the energy of the incident electron is just equal to the molecular energy levels of the dangling quantum dots, which is known as the antiresonance effect. In addition, the influence of electron interaction on the antiresonance effect is discussed within the Hartree-Fock approximation.

A novel 4-heterocyclic acylpyrazolone-based Schiff base compound 5-methyl- 2-phenyl-4-[（2-p-bromophenylamino）-furylmethylene]-3（2H）-one （C21H16N3O2Br） has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-（α-furoyl）-pyrazolone-5 （HPMαFP） and p-bromoaniline. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carded out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the compound. Crystal data： triclinic system, space group P1^-, a = 9.0936（3）, b = 9.8067（4）, c = 11.6863（4） A, α = 102.512（10）, β = 90.9630（10）, γ = 114.327（10）°, Mr= 422.28, Z= 2, F（000） = 428.0, V= 920.46（11）A^3, Dc = 1.524 g/cm^3,μ = 2.254mm^-1, R = 0.0476 and wR = 0.1318 for 9389 independent reflections （Rint = 0.0122） and 3281 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. Structural analysis indicates that the compound exists in an amine-one form.

Reduction of a series of N,N＇-diaryl adipyl bis-azo compounds using hydrazine hydrate as reductant was investigated. The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR methods and confirmed to be N,N＇-diaryl adipyl dihydrazine. The results show that hydrazine hydrate can selectively reduce azo bonds with other potential reducible bonds intact in the N,N＇-diaryl adipyl bis-azo compounds. The yields are high up to 92% under mild reaction conditions. According to the previous reports, this reduction process was attributed to an indirect reduction mechanism through an intermediate diimide.

Astragaloside Ⅳ is the main active compound of Astragalus membranaceus. Astragaloside Ⅳ has strong anti-oxidative activities and protective effects against progression of peripheral neuropathy. In this study, we determined whether astragaloside Ⅳ protects retinal ganglion cells（RGC） from oxidative stress injury using the rat RGC-5 cell line. Hydrogen peroxide（H_2O_2） was used to induce oxidative stress injury, with the protective effect of astragaloside Ⅳ examined. Cell Counting Kit-8 and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole staining showed that astragaloside Ⅳ increased cell survival rate and decreased apoptotic cell number. Flow cytometry showed that astragaloside Ⅳ decreased H_2O_2-induced reactive oxygen species levels. While laser confocal microscopy showed that astragaloside Ⅳ inhibited the H_2O_2-induced decrease of mitochondrial membrane potential. Western blot assay showed that astragaloside Ⅳ reduced cytochrome c release induced by H_2O_2, inhibited Bax and caspase-3 expression, and increased Bcl-2 expression. Altogether, these results indicate that astragaloside Ⅳ has potential protective effects against H_2O_2-induced oxidative stress in retinal ganglion cells.

Influences of cerium on structure and catalytic performance of n-heptane hydroisomerization of Ni-HPW/MCM-48

By means of X-ray diffraction（XRD）, N2 adsorption-desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, NH3-temperature（NH3-TPD）, Py-infrared（Py-IR） and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry（TG/DTA） techniques, the influences of Ce on the structure, acidity, stability and hydroisomerization performance of Ni-HPW/MCM-48 and Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalysts were studied. The results showed that introduction of appropriate content of Ce into MCM-48 could improve the crystallinity, acidity and stability of mesoporous silica. The acidity and stability of the Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalyst was also increased. Besides, the catalytic performance of the Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalyst for n-heptane hydroisomerization was promoted. The conversion and selectivity of the Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalyst reached 41% and 91% respectively at the preparation conditions of 4 wt.% Ni, 20 wt.% HPW, 0.03 Ce/Si molar ratio.
