A method is proposed to resolve the typical problem of air combat situation assessment. Taking the one-to-one air combat as an example and on the basis of air combat data recorded by the air combat maneuvering instrument, the problem of air combat situation assessment is equivalent to the situation classification problem of air combat data. The fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is proposed to cluster the selected air combat sample data and the situation classification of the data is determined by the data correlation analysis in combination with the clustering results and the pilots＇ description of the air combat process. On the basis of semi-supervised naive Bayes classifier, an improved algorithm is proposed based on data classification confidence, through which the situation classification of air combat data is carried out. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can assess the air combat situation effectively and the improvement of the algorithm can promote the classification performance without significantly affecting the efficiency of the classifier.

The reliability of real-time embedded software directly determines the reliability of the whole real-time embedded sys- tem, and the effective software testing is an important way to ensure software quality and reliability. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of real-time embedded software, the formal method is introduced into the real-time embedded software testing field and the real-time extended finite state machine （RT-EFSM） model is studied firstly. Then, the time zone division method of real-time embedded system is presented and the definition and description methods of time-constrained transition equivalence class （timeCTEC） are presented. Furthermore, the approaches of the testing sequence and test case generation are put forward. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a typical avionics real- time embedded software testing practice and the examples of the timeCTEC, testing sequences and test cases are given. With the analysis of the testing result, the application verification shows that the proposed method can effectively describe the real-time embedded software state transition characteristics and real-time requirements and play the advantages of the formal methods in accuracy, effectiveness and the automation supporting. Combined with the testing platform, the real-time, closed loop and automated simulation testing for real-time embedded software can be realized effectively.

Main lobe jamming seriously affects the detection performance of airborne early warning *** joint processing of polarization-space has become an effective way to suppress the main lobe *** avoid the main beam distortion and wave crest migration caused by the main lobe jamming in adaptive beamforming,a joint optimization algorithm based on adaptive polarization canceller(APC)and stochastic variance reduction gradient descent(SVRGD)is ***,the polarization plane array structure and receiving signal model based on primary and auxiliary array cancellation are established,and an APC iterative algorithm model is constructed to calculate the optimal weight vector of the auxiliary ***,based on the stochastic gradient descent principle,the variance reduction method is introduced to modify the gradient through internal and external iteration to reduce the variance of the stochastic gradient estimation,the airspace optimal weight vector is calculated and the equivalent weight vector is introduced to measure the beamforming ***,by setting up a planar polarization array simulation scene,the performance of the algorithm against the interference of the main lobe and the side lobe is analyzed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified under the condition of short snapshot number and certain signal to interference plus noise ratio.

Filtering of long-term dependent fractal noise in fiber optic gyroscope

Stochastic noises of fiber optic gyroscope （FOG） mainly contain white noise and fractal noise whose long-term dependent component causes FOG a rather slow drift. In order to eliminate this component, a two-step filtering methodology is proposed. Firstly, fractional differencing （FD） method is introduced to trans-form fractal noise into fractional white noise based on the estima-tion of Hurst exponent for long-term dependent fractal process, which together with the existing white noise make up of a gener-alized white noise. Further, an improved denoising algorithm of wavelet maxima is developed to suppress the generalized white noise. Experimental results show that the basic noise terms of FOG greatly decrease, and especially the slow drift is restrained effectively. The proposed methodology provides a promising ap-proach for filtering long-term dependent fractal noise.

An ant colony optimization （ACO）-simulated annealing （SA）-based algorithm is developed for the target assignment problem （TAP） in the air defense （AD） command and control （C2） system of surface to air missile （SAM） tactical unit. The accomplishment process of target assignment （TA） task is analyzed. A firing advantage degree （FAD） concept of fire unit （FU） intercepting targets is put forward and its evaluation model is established by using a linear weighted synthetic method. A TA optimization model is presented and its solving algorithms are designed respectively based on ACO and SA. A hybrid optimization strategy is presented and developed synthesizing the merits of ACO and SA. The simulation examples show that the model and algorithms can meet the solving requirement of TAP in AD combat.

The advanced missile uses blended control of nero-fin and reaction-jet to improve missile maneuverability. The blended control design, which is multi-inputs and multi-outputs （MIMO）, severe nonlinear, and model uncertain, is much more complex than conventional nero-fin control. A novel nonlinear backstepping control approach is proposed to design the blended autopilot. Missile model is reformed to a new one by state reconstruction technique so that it is easy to be handled by the backstepping method. Then a Lyapunov function is chosen to avoid oscillation caused in normal backstepping way when control parameters are mismatched. In distribution of both inputs, optimal energy logic is proposed. In addition, a fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller （FCMAC） neural network is used to guarantee controller robustness to uncertainties. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the efficiency and advantages of the proposed method.

A 2D-direction of arrival estimation (DOAE) for multi input and multi-output (MIMO) radar using improved multiple temporal-spatial subspaces in estimating signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques method (TS-ESPRIT) is introduced. In order to realize the improved TS-ESPRIT, the proposed algorithm divides the planar array into multiple uniform sub-planar arrays with common reference point to get a unified phase shifts measurement point for all sub-arrays. The TS-ESPRIT is applied to each sub-array separately, and in the same time with the others to realize the parallelly temporal and spatial processing, so that it reduces the non-linearity effect of model and decreases the computational time. Then, the time difference of arrival (TDOA) technique is applied to combine the multiple sub-arrays in order to form the improved TS-ESPRIT. It is found that the proposed method achieves high accuracy at a low signal to noise ratio (SNR) with low computational complexity, leading to enhancement of the estimators performance.

Focusing on the three-dimensional guidance problem in case of target maneuvers and response delay of the autopilot, the missile guidance law utilizing active disturbance rejection control （ADRC） is proposed. Based on the nonlinear three-dimensional missile target engagement kinematics, the guidance model is es- tablished, The target acceleration is treated as a disturbance and the dynamics of the autopilot is considered by using a first-order model. A nonlinear continuous robust guidance law is designed by using a cascaded structure ADRC controller. In this method the disturbance is estimated by using the extended state observer （ESO） and compensated during each sampling period. Simulation results show that the proposed cascaded loop structure is a viable solution to the guidance law design and has strong robustness with respect to target maneuvers and response delay of the autopilot.
