Manganese ferrite(MnFe_(2)O_(4))has the advantages of simple preparation,high resistivity,and high crystal ***,we have developed an electrochemical sensor utilizing graphene and MnFe_(2)O_(4) nanocomposites modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE),which is very efficient and sensitive to detect bisphenol A(BPA).MnFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene(GR)was synthesized by immobilizing the MnFe_(2)O_(4) microspheres on the graphene nanosheets via a simple one-pot solvothermal *** morphology and structure of the MnFe_(2)O_(4)/GR nanocomposite have been characterized through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).In addition,electrochemical properties of the modified materials are comparably explored by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Under the optimal conditions,the proposed electrochemical sensor for the detection of BPA has a linear range of 0.8-400μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.0235μmol/L(S/N=3)with high sensitivity,good selectivity and high *** addition,the proposed sensor was used to measure the content of BPA in real water samples with a recovery rate of 97.94%-104.56%.At present,the synthesis of MnFe_(2)O_(4)/GR provides more opportunities for the electrochemical detection of BPA in practical applications.

Production logistics(PL)is considered as a critical factor that affects the efficiency and cost of production operations in discrete manufacturing *** effectively utilize manufacturing big data to improve PL efficiency and promote job shop floor economic benefits,this study proposes a PL trajectory analysis and optimization decision making method driven by a manufacturing task data chain(MTDC).First,the manufacturing task chain(MTC)is defined to characterize the discrete production process of a *** handle manufacturing big data,the MTC data paradigm is designed,and the MTDC is ***,the logistics trajectory model is presented,where the various types of logistics trajectories are extracted using the MTC as the search engine for the *** on this,a logistics efficiency evaluation indicator system is proposed to support the optimization decision making for the ***,a case study is applied to verify the proposed method,and the method determines the PL optimization decisions for PL efficiency without changing the layout and workshop equipment,which can assist managers in implementing the optimization decisions.

Rare earth co-doped phosphor for fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR) thermometer has gained increasing attention in recent years. Herein, the novel Tb^(3+)and Eu^(3+)co-doped K_(3)SrBi(P_(2)O_(7))_(2)(KSBP) phosphate phosphors were reported. The crystal structure of the title phosphor was determined using Rietveld refinement and proved to have a three-dimensional structure. The time-resolved spectroscopy reveals that there is almost no energy transfer between Tb^(3+)and Eu^(3+). More importantly, Tb^(3+)and Eu^(3+)emissions show different thermal quenching behaviors, which claims the potential of this material for application in optical thermometer. The FIR of the typical KSBP:0.02Tb^(3+),0.04Eu^(3+)sample demonstrates a polynomial relationship as a function of temperature and the absolute and relative sensitivity are0.025 K^(-1) and 0.59%/K, respectively. In general, our study reports a novel and potential KSBP:Tb^(3+),Eu^(3+)phosphate phosphor that is promising for use in high-sensitive FIR thermometers.

In this work,a series of self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))_(2) phosphors with various x at% Er^(3+) doping concentrations(x=0.5,1,3,5,8,10,15) was synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** phase structure of the as-prepared samples was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),XRD Rietveld refinement and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) *** as-prepared samples retain the orthorhombic structure with space group of Pbcn even Er^(3+) doping concentration up to 15 at%.High-purity upconversion(UC) green emission with green to red intensity ratio of 55 is observed from the as-prepared samples upon the excitation of 980 nm semiconductor laser and the optimum doping concentration of Er^(3+) ions in the self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))_(2) host is revealed as 3 at%.The strong green UC emission is confirmed as a two-photon process based on the power-dependent UC *** addition,the fluorescence intensity ratios(FIRs) of the two thermally-coupled energy levels,namely ^(2)H_(11/2) and ^(4)S_(3/2).of Er^(3+) ions were investigated in the temperature region 300-570 K to evaluate the optical temperature sensor behavior of the *** maximum relative sensitivity(S_(R)) is determined to be 0.0069 K^(-1) at300 K and the absolute sensitivity(S_(A)) is determined to be 0.0126 K^(-1) at 300 *** S_A_of self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))2:Er^(3+)is almost twice that of traditional KY(MoO_(4))2:Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)codoping *** results demonstrate that Er^(3+) ions doped self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))2 phosphor has promising application in visible display,trademark security and optical temperature sensors.

Self-oscillating systems abound in the natural world and offer substantial potential for applications in controllers,micro-motors,medical equipments,and so ***,numerical methods have been widely utilized for obtaining the characteristics of self-oscillation including amplitude and ***,numerical methods are burdened by intricate computations and limited precision,hindering comprehensive investigations into self-oscillating *** this paper,the stability of a liquid crystal elastomer fiber self-oscillating system under a linear temperature field is studied,and analytical solutions for the amplitude and frequency are ***,we establish the governing equations of self-oscillation,elucidate two motion regimes,and reveal the underlying ***,we conduct a stability analysis and employ a multi-scale method to obtain the analytical solutions for the amplitude and *** results show agreement between the multi-scale and numerical *** research contributes to the examination of diverse self-oscillating systems and advances the theoretical analysis of self-oscillating systems rooted in active materials.

Stability and transepithelial transport of oligopeptide(KRQKYD)with hepatocyte-protective activity from Jinhua ham in human intestinal Caco-2 monolayer cells

The study evaluated the stability of an oligopeptide(Lys-Arg-Gln-Lys-Tyr-Asp,KRQKYD)and its transport mechanism by simulating gastrointestinal digestion and a model of human intestinal Caco-2 monolayer cells in *** this study,the effects of environmental factors(temperature,pH and NaCl concentration)and simulated gastrointestinal digestion on the stability of KRQKYD were evaluated by indicators of the levels of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in an alcoholinduced hepatocyte injury *** results showed that KRQKYD still maintained satisfactory hepatocyteprotective activity after treatment with different temperatures(20-80℃),pH(3.0-9.0),NaCl concentration(1%-7%)and simulated gastrointestinal digestion,which indicated that KRQKYD showed good stability to environmental factors and simulated gastrointestinal ***,the intact KRQKYD could be absorbed in a model of Caco-2 monolayer cells with a P_(app)value of(9.70±0.53)×10^(-7)cm/*** with an energy inhibitor(sodium azide),a competitive peptide transporter inhibitor(Gly-Pro)and a transcytosis inhibitor wortmannin did not decrease the level of transepithelial KRQKYD transport,indicating that the transport mechanism of KRQKYD was not associated with energy dependent,vector mediated and *** tight junction disruptor cytochalasin D significantly increased the level of transepithelial KRQKYD transport(P<0.05),suggesting that intact KRQKYD was absorbed by paracellular transport.

The real-time detection and instance segmentation of strawberries constitute fundamental components in the development of strawberry harvesting ***-time identification of strawberries in an unstructured envi-ronment is a challenging *** instance segmentation algorithms for strawberries suffer from issues such as poor real-time performance and low *** this end,the present study proposes an Efficient YOLACT(E-YOLACT)algorithm for strawberry detection and segmentation based on the YOLACT *** key enhancements of the E-YOLACT encompass the development of a lightweight attention mechanism,pyramid squeeze shuffle attention(PSSA),for efficient feature ***,an attention-guided context-feature pyramid network(AC-FPN)is employed instead of FPN to optimize the architecture’s ***,a feature-enhanced model(FEM)is introduced to enhance the prediction head’s capabilities,while efficient fast non-maximum suppression(EF-NMS)is devised to improve non-maximum *** experimental results demonstrate that the E-YOLACT achieves a Box-mAP and Mask-mAP of 77.9 and 76.6,respectively,on the custom ***,it exhibits an impressive category accuracy of 93.5%.Notably,the E-YOLACT also demonstrates a remarkable real-time detection capability with a speed of 34.8 *** method proposed in this article presents an efficient approach for the vision system of a strawberry-picking robot.

Lithium recovery from spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have attracted extensive attention due to the skyrocketing price of *** medium-temperature carbon reduction roasting was proposed to preferential selective extraction of lithium from spent Li-CoO_(2)(LCO)cathodes to overcome the incomplete recovery and loss of lithium during the recycling *** LCO layered structure was destroyed and lithium was completely converted into water-soluble Li2CO_(3)under a suitable temperature to control the reduced state of the cobalt *** Co metal agglomerates generated during medium-temperature carbon reduction roasting were broken by wet grinding and ultrasonic crushing to release the entrained *** results showed that 99.10%of the whole lithium could be recovered as Li2CO_(3)with a purity of 99.55%.This work provided a new perspective on the preferentially selective extraction of lithium from spent lithium batteries.

Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen(EPR) steering is an example of nontrivial quantum nonlocality and characteristic in the non-classical *** directivity(or asymmetry) is a fascinating trait of EPR steering,and it is different from other quantum ***,we consider the strategy in which two atoms compose a two-qubit X state,and the two atoms are owned by Alice and Bob,*** atom of Alice suffers from a reservoir,and the atom of Bob couples with a bit flip *** influences of auxiliary qubits on EPR steering and its directions are revealed by means of the entropy uncertainty *** results indicate that EPR steering declines with growing time t when adding fewer auxiliary *** EPR steering behaves as damped oscillation when introducing more auxiliary qubits in the strong coupling *** the weak coupling regime,the EPR steering monotonously decreases as t increases when coupling auxiliary *** increases in auxiliary qubits are responsible for the fact that the steerability from Alice to Bob(or from Bob to Alice) can be more effectively ***,the introductions of more auxiliary qubits can change the situation that steerability from Alice to Bob is certain to a situation in which steerability from Bob to Alice is certain.
