The measurement of amino acid and monoamine neurotransmitters(NTs)in serum plays a central role in the identification and monitoring of clinical panic disorder(PD).However,the strong polarity and chemical heterogeneity of NTs make direct extraction and rapid detection extremely ***,we developed a strategy that integrated solid phase extraction based on magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)coated with polydopamine(Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDA)and direct analysis of mass spectrometry in real time(DART-MS)for quantification of 10 *** systematically investigated the optimal conditions of this strategy to achieve good accuracy and *** with existing magnetic solid phase extraction methods for NTs detection in biological samples,this strategy could adsorb more targets while having similar adsorption efficiencies,and the total process time was reduced by an average of 69.42%.We rapidly determined the metabolic abnormality of 6 types of NTs in the serum of PD patients and demonstrated their diagnostic *** addition,an outstanding feature of PD in which tryptophan was more metabolized by the KYN pathway and the 5-hydroxytryptamine pathway was inhibited could be elucidated by this *** results highlighted the potential ability of Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDA coupled with DART-MS to assist in the clinical diagnosis of PD.

Potassium ions(K^(+))doped graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide(KOH)as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K^(+).Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K^(+)doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))generation rate of2,140.2μmol h^(-1)g^(-1).The apparent quantum yield(AQY)at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion(SCC)are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K^(+)acted as a bridge between g-C_(3)N_(4)layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons(H^(+))and promoted the yield of H_(2)O_(2).The catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-))were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H_(2)O_(2)was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H_(2)O_(2)generation.

The Ni-ZnFe_(2)O_(4)(NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4),x=0.4-0.7)spinel was synthesized using Zn2+extracted from electric arc furnace dust(EAFD),nickel chloride hexahydrate,and Fe^(3+)extracted from iron scale as raw *** zinc was selectively extracted from EAFD using CaO roasting followed by NH_(4)Cl solution *** ferric ion was leached from iron scale using HCl solution as acid *** experimental results demonstrate a high level of efficiency in the extraction of zinc,with a rate of 97.5%,and the leaching rate of ferric ion is 96.89%.The composition of the leaching solution is primary zinc and iron with low calcium,which is beneficial to the preparation of spinel *** influence of Ni content(x)and calcination temperature on the synthesis and magnetic properties of NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4)compounds was investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and vibrating sample *** results revealed that both Ni content and calcination temperature significantly affect the synthesis and magnetic properties of spinel NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4).Under the conditions of Ni content set at x=0.6,calcination temperature of 1100℃,and a duration of 2 h,a spinel NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4)with high saturation magnetization(Ms=65.7 A m2 kg-1)and low coercivity(Hc=0.056 A m^(-1))was obtained.
