Three-dimensional structural models,evolution and petroleum geological significances of transtensional faults in the Ziyang area,central Sichuan Basin,SW china

With drilling and seismic data of Transtensional(strike-slip)Fault System in the Ziyang area of the central Sichuan Basin,SW china plane-section integrated structural interpretation,3-D fault framework model building,fault throw analyzing,and balanced profile restoration,it is pointed out that the transtensional fault system in the Ziyang 3-D seismic survey consists of the northeast-trending F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones dominated by extensional deformation,as well as 3 sets of northwest-trending en echelon normal faults experienced dextral shear *** them,the F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones cut through the Neoproterozoic to Lower Triassic Jialingjiang Formation,presenting a 3-D structure of an“S”-shaped *** before Permian and during the Early Triassic,the F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones underwent at least two periods of structural ***,the 3 sets of northwest-trending en echelon normal faults are composed of small normal faults arranged in pairs,with opposite dip directions and partially left-stepped *** before Permian,they had formed almost,restricting the eastward growth and propagation of the F_(I)19 fault *** F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones communicate multiple sets of source rocks and reservoirs from deep to shallow,and the timing of fault activity matches well with oil and gas generation *** there were favorable Cambrian-Triassic sedimentary facies and reservoirs developing on the local anticlinal belts of both sides of the F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones,the major reservoirs in this area are expected to achieve breakthroughs in oil and gas exploration.

A deformation criterion of pressurized non-circular cross-section cabin and its effects on cruise performance of BWB civil aircraft

Blended-Wing-Body(BWB)aircraft is promoted as one of the most possible layouts to achieve more sustainable civil *** to the non-circular cross-section of the center-body,a bulge deformation forms over the upper surface of the body under the coupled loads of the internal pressurization of the cabin and the aerodynamic bending moments of the wing,which reduces the lift-to-drag ratio of BWB *** a limited deformation,the relationship between the aerodynamic performance and the structural weight needs to be *** this work,the effects of stiffness constraints on the center-body deformation,structural weight of the airframe and aerodynamic performance were investigated by using an analytical model of the Pultruded Rod Stitched Efficient Unitized Structure(PRSEUS)for the airframe and the computational fluid dynamics method,*** results show that as the stiffness constraint increases,the spacings between the rod stringers and the frame stiffeners decrease,and the structural weight increases inversely.A 5.2% reduction of the lift-to-drag ratio is encountered at cruise for a medium deformation design of 42.8 mm/m.A higher aerodynamic penalty is suffered when the stiffness constraint is further *** final deformation criterion is different when the weight vector of the aerodynamic performance and structural weight is different.

Uncertainty and disturbance estimator-based model predictive control for wet flue gas desulphurization system

Wet flue gas desulphurization technology is widely used in the industrial process for its capability of efficient pollution *** desulphurization control system,however,is subjected to complex reaction mechanisms and severe disturbances,which make for it difficult to achieve certain practically relevant control goals including emission and economic performances as well as system *** address these challenges,a new robust control scheme based on uncertainty and disturbance estimator(UDE)and model predictive control(MPC)is proposed in this *** UDE is used to estimate and dynamically compensate acting disturbances,whereas MPC is deployed for optimal feedback regulation of the resultant *** viewing the system nonlinearities and unknown dynamics as disturbances,the proposed control framework allows to locally treat the considered nonlinear plant as a linear *** obtained simulation results confirm that the utilization of UDE makes the tracking error negligibly small,even in the presence of unmodeled *** the conducted comparison study,the introduced control scheme outperforms both the standard MPC and PID(proportional-integral-derivative)control strategies in terms of transient performance and ***,the results reveal that a lowpass-filter time constant has a significant effect on the robustness and the convergence range of the tracking error.

Effect of phase transition during roasting of Mountain Pass rare earth concentrate on leaching efficiency of rare earths

To find a greener and more economical approach for treating the Mountain Pass rare earth concentrate(MPREC),a novel "Combination Method",including the processes of oxidizing roasting,HCI leaching and sulfuric acid roasting,is proposed in this *** this paper,the effect of phase transition behavior in hydrochloric acid leaching during oxidative roasting at 450-600℃ was *** roasting,the bastnasite in MPREC is decomposed into CeLa_(2)O_(3)F_(3) and(Ce_(0.33),La_(0.33),Ca_(0.33))O_(1.5).As the CeLa_(2)O_(3)F_(3) phase has the fluorine-fixation effect,the generated CeLa_(2)O_(3)F_(3) phase can not be dissolved by HCI after roasting at 500 and 550℃,but it can be decomposed by HCI after roasting at over 600℃,resulting in the improvement of the leaching rate of total F *** maximum leaching efficiency of rare earth elements(REEs) can reach 70.32 wt% at the roasting temperature of 550℃.After roasting at over 600℃,some F^-ions in the solution combined with RE^(3+) to form REF_(3) precipitate and enter the leaching residue,and the others are in the form of [CeF_(3)]^+ in the leaching solution during leaching,therefore,the leaching efficiency of non-ce rium REEs decreases while that of cerium element *** work provides basic research for optimizing the actual production process of MPREC.

Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) structure promoted the activity and H_(2)O poisoning resistance of Ce Mn/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst in NH_(3)-SCR

NH_(3)-SCR is an effective mean of NOxremoval in the non-electric industry, however, the high activation temperature and poor H_(2)O resistance of SCR catalysts posed a barrier to its application. In this work, a series of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) catalysts were synthesized via a colloidal crystal template(CCT) method, and various characterizations were carried out to explore the physicochemical property of catalysts. The experiment results reveal that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst presents the excellent low-temperature catalytic activity of nearly 100% at 100℃. Furthermore, the enhanced H_(2)O resistance is achieved, certified by the unaffected NO remove at 150℃ in the participation of 15 vol% H_(2)O. The characterizations results exhibit that the improved dispersion of the active component and enhanced redox ability are conducive to the low-temperature catalytic activity. N_(2) adsorption and desorption experiments indicate that catalyst with 3DOM support possesses a larger pore diameter and specific surface area, which may weaken the condensation of H_(2)O in the microporosity of catalysts and improved the H_(2)O resistance of the catalyst. In situ DRIFTS results manifest that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst could not only absorb more NH_(3) and generate more surface-active sites, but inhibit the competitive adsorption between H_(2)O and SCR reactants.

Pr-Tb synergistic strengthening on coercivity of Nd-Ce-Fe-B magnets grain boundary diffused with Pr-Tb-Al-Ga alloys

Effect of cobalt substitution for nickel on microstructural evolution and hydrogen storage properties of La_(0.66)Mg_(0.34)Ni_(3.5-x)Co_(x) alloys

Superlattice hydrogen storage alloys offer a compelling advantage with rapid hydriding rate and high storage ***,its practical applications face challenges including complex structure,low dehydriding capacity,and cyclic *** this work,we successfully prepared La_(0.66)Mg_(0.34)Ni_(3.5-x)Co_(x) superlattice hydrogen storage alloys with enhanced dehydriding capacity and stability by partially substituting Co for Ni.X-ray diffraction(XRD)refinements analysis reveals the presence of(La,Mg)_(3)Ni_(9),(La,Mg)_5Ni_(19),and LaNi_(5) phases within the *** Co substitution in the La_(0.06)Mg_(0.34)Ni_(3.4)Co_(0.1)alloy,there is a significant increase in content of the(La,Mg)_(3)Ni_(9) phase and a reduction in the hysteresis factor,resulting in an improved reversible hydrogen storage capacity from 1.45 wt%to 1.60 wt%.The dehydriding kinetics of the alloy is controlled by diffusion model with an activation energy of 8.40 kJ/***,the dehydriding enthalpy value of the Co-substituted alloy decreases from 30.84 to 29.85 kJ/***,the cycling performance of the alloy after Co substitution exhibits excellent stability,with a capacity retention rate of 92.3%after 100 *** findings provide valuable insights for the development of cost-effective hydrogen storage materials.

Due to the unique physical and chemical properties,rare earth elements(REEs)play a significant role in the high-tech *** the past few decades,the rare earth reserve in china has been gradually decreasing and more pressure has been exerted on the global rare earth supply for the increasing demand of REEs,which indicates that it is essential to recycle secondary resources to meet the rare earth *** for rare earth molten salt electrolytic slag(REMES),although its high rare earth content has potential huge economic value,its high fluorine content of approximately 10 wt%-20 wt%can pollute the *** methods are used to treat *** metallurgical and pyro-hydrometallurgical methods have gotten a big success for solving most of the hydrometallurgical problems,while some problems,like long route and waste water,need to be *** distillation is a new and promising method with a short process due to its harmlessness and high efficiency,but has shortcomings such as high energy consumption and material *** review presents these above three treatment methods,and the challenges and chances of using the recovery technique of REMES in an environmentally friendly way.

Time-delay effect and design of closed-loop control system of circulation control airfoil

In this paper,unsteady numerical simulation of jet Circulation Control(CC)is carried out with the NACA0012-CC airfoil as the research *** dynamic process from the opening of jet slot and adjustment of jet intensity to the stable state of jet control effect is *** time-delay effect and flow mechanism of jet are *** mechanism of jet momentum coefficient and moment coefficient fluctuating with time is *** fluctuation of jet momentum coefficient is caused by the change of the pressure coefficient distribution on the Coanda surface or the structure of the wave system inside the jet,and the oscillation frequency of the wave system structure of the under-expansion supersonic jet reaches 1481 Hz at the opening *** on the aerodynamic model and Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID)control theory,the closed-loop control system of CC airfoil is *** parameters of PID control system are adjusted by the Genetic Algorithm(GA),which significantly improves the response ability of the control system to step,ramp and sine signals,and improves the dynamic performance of the *** at the special time-delay effect of jet control,Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network module is added to the control system to predict the target input signal,which strengthens the prediction ability of GA-PID control system to the target signal at the next time *** using LSTM neural network correction,the control hysteresis caused by jet time-delay effect is alleviated,and the response ability of the control system is effectively ***,the designed LSTM-GA-PID control system is applied to the NACA0012-CC airfoil for the pitch control simulation *** test results show that the control system designed in this paper has good dynamic performance and can respond quickly and accurately to complex input signals,which confirms the effectiveness of the control system.

The construction and functionalization of lanthanide-organic cages have been a research hotspot in coordination *** from the unique luminescent and magnetic properties of lanthanide ions,the potential applications of lanthanide-organic cages in biological imaging applications are promising,but only a few corresponding explorations have been *** rein,we introduced a series of lanthanide tetrahedral cages,(Eu_(n)Gd_(4-n)L_(4))(sol)_8(n=0,1,2,3 and 4,where L=(4,4',4"-tris(4,4,4-trifluoro-1,3-dioxobutyl)-triphenylamine,and sol=dimethyl sulfoxide and methanol),with potential applications in biological *** the good luminescent and magnetic properties of Eu^(3+) and Gd^(3+) ions,Eu_(4)L_(4) and Gd_(4)L_(4) complexes show a high luminescence quantum yield of 29% in DMSO and large longitudinal relaxivity(r_(1)) of 11.4(mmol/L)^(-1)/s at 0.5 T in water containing 1 vol% DMSO,*** heterobimetallic Eu-Gd complexes achieve a dual imaging mode by combining luminescent and magnetic centers in one *** the Gd:Eu ratio increases from 1:3 to 3:1,the r_(1) values increases from 5.33 to 8.64(mmoI/L)^(-1)/s,higher than that of commercial contrast agent Gd-DOTA(3.23(mmol/L)^(-1)/s).Owing to their low toxicity and good cell imaging ability toward ECA 109 cells,the selfassembled Eu-Gd heterobimetallic tetrahedral cages could be potential candidates for the multimodal imaging contrast agent.
