Supramolecular polymer-based gel fracturing fluid with a double network applied in ultra-deep hydraulic fracturing

A gel based on polyacrylamide,exhibiting delayed crosslinking characteristics,emerges as the preferred solution for mitigating degradation under conditions of high temperature and extended shear in ultralong *** viscosity/viscoelasticity of the fracturing fluid was required to maintain excellent proppant suspension properties before *** into account both the cost and the potential damage to reservoirs,polymers with lower concentrations and molecular weights are generally *** this work,the supramolecular action was integrated into the polymer,resulting in significant increases in the viscosity and viscoelasticity of the synthesized supramolecular polymer *** double network gel,which is formed by the combination of the supramolecular polymer system and a small quantity of Zr-crosslinker,effectively resists temperature while minimizing permeability damage to the *** results indicate that the supramolecular polymer system with a molecular weight of(268—380)×10^(4)g/mol can achieve the same viscosity and viscoelasticity at 0.4 wt%due to the supramolecular interaction between polymers,compared to the 0.6 wt%traditional polymer(hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,molecular weight of 1078×10^(4)g/mol).The supramolecular polymer system possessed excellent proppant suspension properties with a 0.55 cm/min sedimentation rate at 0.4 wt%,whereas the0.6 wt%traditional polymer had a rate of 0.57 cm/*** comparison to the traditional gel with a Zrcrosslinker concentration of 0.6 wt%and an elastic modulus of 7.77 Pa,the double network gel with a higher elastic modulus(9.00 Pa)could be formed only at 0.1 wt%Zr-crosslinker,which greatly reduced the amount of residue of the fluid after *** viscosity of the double network gel was66 m Pa s after 2 h shearing,whereas the traditional gel only reached 27 m Pa s.

Synthesis of uniform two-dimensional MoS_(2) films via thermal evaporation

Two-dimensional(2D)molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))holds great potential for various applications such as electronic devices,catalysis,lubrication,anti-corrosion and so *** evaporation is a versatile thin film deposition technique,however,the conventional thermal evaporation techniques face challenges in producing uniform thin films of MoS_(2) due to its high melting temperature of 1375℃.As a result,only thick and rough MoS_(2) films can be obtained using these *** address this issue,we have designed a vacuum thermal evaporation system specifically for large-scale preparation of MoS_(2) thin *** using K2MoS4 as the precursor,we achieved reliable deposition of uniform polycrystalline MoS_(2) thin films with a size of 50 mm×50 mm and controllable thickness ranging from 0.8 to 2.4 *** approach also allows for patterned deposition of MoS_(2) using shadow masks and sequential deposition of MoS_(2) and tungsten disulfide(WS_(2)),similar to conventional thermal evaporation ***,we have demonstrated the potential applications of the obtained MoS_(2) thin films in field effect transistors(FETs),memristors and electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).

Counterfeiting of modern banknotes poses a significant challenge,prompting the use of various preventive *** such measure is the magnetic anti-counterfeiting ***,due to its inherent weak magnetic properties,visualizing its magnetic distribution has been a longstanding *** this work,we introduce an innovative method by using a fiber optic diamond probe,a highly sensitive quantum sensor designed specifically for detecting extremely weak magnetic *** employ this probe to achieve high-resolution imaging of the magnetic fields associated with the RMB 50denomination anti-counterfeiting ***,we conduct computer simulations by using COMSOL Multiphysics software to deduce the potential geometric characteristics and material composition of the magnetic region within the anti-counterfeiting *** findings and method presented in this study hold broader significance,extending the RMB 50 denomination to various denominations of the Chinese currency and other items that employ magnetic anti-counterfeiting *** advances have the potential to significantly improve and promote security measures in order to prevent the banknotes from being counterfeited.

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of selective laser-melted PH13-8Mo stainless steel

PH13-8Mo stainless steel powder with high sphericity and well fluidity was prepared by the plasma rotating electrode *** formed parts with ultra-high purity were manufactured by selective laser *** tensile and impact mechanical properties of the printed parts under three heat treatment regimes were compared to those without heat *** microstructure,grain orientation and phase composition were characterized by electron-backscatter diffraction,X-ray diffraction and transmission electron *** characterization results reveal that the addition of heat treatment makes the grains enlarge,and after different heat treatments,the average grain size from 1.51μm in the printed state increases to 2.78,3.09 and 2.06μm,*** formed parts are mainly composed of martensite and retained ***,the NiAl and M23C precipitates form,which are the major strengthening phases of PH13-8Mo stainless *** optimal heat treatment process is 925℃×1 h water cooling(WC)+0℃×2 h air cooling(AC)+540℃×4 h *** this heat treatment process,PH13-8Mo formed parts have the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties:the tensile strength,yield strength and impact energy KU2 are 1492 MPa,1432 MPa and 63 J,*** strengthening and toughening via heat treatment are mainly attributed to dislocation strengthening,the formation of NiAl and M23Co precipitates and the change of volume fraction of the retained austenite.

Selective activation of Pt(Ⅳ)prodrugs within tumors has emerged as a promising strategy in tumor *** progress has been made with photo-and ultrasound-activated Pt(Ⅳ)prodrugs,concerns remain over the non-specific activation of photosensitizers(PS)and the potential for phototoxicity and chemical *** this study,a sequential dual-locked Pt(Ⅳ)nano-prodrug that can be activated by both the acidic tumor microenvironment and light was *** Pt(Ⅳ)prodrug was prepared by conjugating PS-locked Pt(Ⅳ)to a polymeric core,which was then chelated with metallo iron to lock its photoactivity and form a metallo-nano *** acidic tumor microenvironment conditions,the metallo-nano prodrug undergoes dissociation of iron,triggering a reduction process in oxaliplatin under light irradiation,resulting in the activation of both chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy(PDT).Additionally,the prodrug could induce metallo-triggered ferroptosis and polarization of tumorassociated macrophages(TAM),thereby enhancing tumor *** dual-lock strategy employed in a nanoparticle delivery system represents an expansion in the application of platinum-based anticancer drugs,making it a promising new direction in cancer treatment.

Elite Dung Beetle Optimization Algorithm for Multi-UAV Cooperative Search in Mountainous Environments

This paper aims to address the problem of multi-UAV cooperative search for multiple targets in a mountainous environment,considering the constraints of UAV dynamics and prior environmental ***,using the target probability distribution map,two strategies of information fusion and information diffusion are employed to solve the problem of environmental information inconsistency caused by different UAVs searching different areas,thereby improving the coordination of UAV ***,the task region is decomposed into several high-value sub-regions by using data clustering *** on this,a hierarchical search strategy is proposed,which allows precise or rough search in different probability areas by adjusting the altitude of the aircraft,thereby improving the search ***,the Elite Dung Beetle Optimization Algorithm(EDBOA)is proposed based on bionics by accurately simulating the social behavior of dung beetles to plan paths that satisfy the UAV dynamics constraints and adapt to the mountainous terrain,where the mountain is considered as an obstacle to be ***,the objective function for path optimization is formulated by considering factors such as coverage within the task region,smoothness of the search path,and path *** effectiveness and superiority of the proposed schemes are verified by the simulation.

Internal Polarization Field Induced Hydroxyl Spillover Effect for Industrial Water Splitting Electrolyzers

The formation of multiple oxygen intermediates supporting efficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)are affinitive with hydroxyl ***,ability of the catalyst to capture hydroxyl and maintain the continuous supply at active sits remains a tremendous ***,an affordable Ni2P/FeP2 heterostructure is presented to form the internal polarization field(IPF),arising hydroxyl spillover(HOSo)during *** by IPF,the oriented HOSo from FeP2 to Ni2P can activate the Ni site with a new hydroxyl transmission channel and build the optimized reaction path of oxygen intermediates for lower adsorption energy,boosting the OER activity(242 mV *** at 100 mA cm-2)for least 100 *** interestingly,for the anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer(AEMWE)with low concentration electrolyte,the advantage of HOSo effect is significantly amplified,delivering 1 A cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of 1.88 V with excellent stability for over 50 h.

Occurrence and vertical distribution of aluminum and rare earths in weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ore:Effect of soil solution pH and clay minerals

Weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ore is crucial source of medium and heavy rare earths,with in-situ leaching being the most common mining *** high contents of impurity of aluminum in the leach solution are a significant challenge for the subsequent enrichment process of rare earths.A comprehensive understanding of the occurrences and vertical distribution of aluminum and rare earths within typical vertical profiles can provide valuable insights into entire design of the in-situ *** paper improves a five-step sequential extraction method to analyze the occurrence and vertical distribution of rare earths and aluminum in vertical profiles from Chongzuo and *** results demonstrate that soil solution pH is the main factor affecting the vertical distribution of ionexchangeable rare *** samples have distinct areas of enrichment for ion-exchangeable rare earths or ***-exchangeable rare earths are primary concentrated in the middle and lower parts of the ore layer(4-13 m in Chongzuo,14-22 m in Longyan),while the ion-exchangeable aluminum is mainly enriched in the upper part of the ore layer(1-5 m in Chongzuo,and 2-14 m in Longyan).The vertical distribution of inorganic hydroxy aluminum is likely influenced by the micromorphology and particle size of the clay *** inorganic hydroxy aluminum concentration in Chongzuo samples decreases continuously from 415.65 to 120.95 mg/kg with increasing sampling depth,whereas the concentration in Longyan samples(110.55-171.27 mg/kg)is almost independence with sampling *** results provide direct guidance for the entire design of the injection well depth and the leaching parameters,thereby inhibiting the leaching of impurity of aluminum and lower the consumption of leaching agent.

Dietary supplementation with calcitriol or quercetin improved eggshell and bone quality by modulating calcium metabolism

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of dietary calcitriol or quercetin supplementation on eggshell and bone quality of laying *** trial 1,72 Hy-Line Brown layers(80-week-old)with weak-shelled strength(25 to 30 N)were assigned into 4 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 3 birds and fed a basal diet(4%calcium level)or basal diets supplemented with 0.5%calcium,5μg/kg calcitriol or 500 mg/kg quercetin for 4 *** trial 2,360 Hy-Line Brown layers(60-week-old)were divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates of 15 birds:control group(basal diet),calcitriol group(basal diet+5μg/kg calcitriol),and quercetin group(basal diet+500 mg/kg quercetin).This trial lasted for 12 *** results showed that dietary calcitriol or quercetin improved eggshell quality in both trials(P<0.05).In trial 2,compared with the control group,both calcitriol and quercetin supplementations improved femoral bone quality,calcium retention of hens and calcium content in uterine fluid at 18.5 h post-oviposition(PO)(P<0.05),along with enhancing uterine *** to the control group,supplemental calcitriol or quercetin up-regulated the relative mRNA expression levels of uterine transient receptor potential cation channel,subfamily V,member 6(TRPV6)at 8.5 h PO and plasma membrane calcium-ATPase(PMCA),vitamin D receptor(VDR),estrogen receptor alpha(ERα)at 18.5 h PO(P<0.05),but down-regulated the uterine caspase 3(CASP3)relative mRNA expression level at 8.5 h PO(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the femoral relative mRNA expression levels of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)(up-regulated at 8.5 and 18.5 h PO)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)(up-regulated at 8.5 h PO but down-regulated at 18.5 h PO)were also affected by calcitriol or quercetin supplementation(P<0.05).Compared to the calcitriol,quercetin increased hen-day egg production and femoral medullary bone volume/bone tissue volume but reduced femoral stiffness(P<0.05),which were accompanied by increased relative mRNA expression levels

A tightly linked dual ring antenna is designed,and it is specifically tailored for uniformly coupling the microwave magnetic field to the nitrogen-vacancy(NV)*** designed antenna operates at a center frequency of about 2.87 GHz,with a bandwidth of around 200 MHz,allowing it to address multiple resonance peaks in the optically detected magnetic resonance(ODMR)spectrum in an external magnetic ***,the antenna generates a fairly uniform magnetic field in a range with a radius of 0.75 *** resolution imaging of the magnetic field distribution on the surface of the antenna is conducted by using a fiber diamond *** also investigate the effect of magnetic field uniformity on the linewidth of ODMR,so as to provide insights into reducing the inhomogeneous broadening of ODMR.
