Fabrication and Properties of DC Magnetron Sputtered Indium Tin Oxide on Flexible Plastic Substrate

Indium tin oxide （ITO） thin films deposited on flexible polyethylene terephthalate （PET） substrates at low temperature by DC magnetron sputtering from an In-Sn （90-10 wt pct） alloy target were studied. The correla- tion between deposition conditions and ITO property was systematically investigated and characterized. These as-deposited ITO films were used as the anode contact for flexible organic light-emitting diodes （FOLEDs）. The fabricated FOLEDs with a structure of PET/ITO/NPB （50 nm）/Alq （20 nm）/Mg：Ag （100 nm） showed a maximum luminance of 2125 cd/m^2 at 13 V.

Rotated hyperbola model for smooth support vector machine for classification

This article puts forward a novel smooth rotated hyperbola model for support vector machine( RHSSVM) for classification. As is well known,the support vector machine( SVM) is based on statistical learning theory( SLT)and performs its high precision on data classification. However,the objective function is non-differentiable at the zero point. Therefore the fast algorithms cannot be used to train and test the SVM. To deal with it,the proposed method is based on the approximation property of the hyperbola to its asymptotic lines. Firstly,we describe the development of RHSSVM from the basic linear SVM optimization programming. Then we extend the linear model to non-linear model. We prove the solution of RHSSVM is convergent,unique,and global optimal. We show how RHSSVM can be practically implemented. At last,the theoretical analysis illustrates that compared with other three typical models,the rotated hyperbola model has the least error on approximating the plus function. Meanwhile,computer simulations show that the RHSSVM can reduce the consuming time at most 54. 6% and can efficiently handle large scale and high dimensional programming.

Fall behavior is closely related to high mortality in the elderly,so fall detection becomes an important and urgent research ***,the existing fall detection methods are difficult to be applied in daily life due to a large amount of calculation and poor detection *** solve the above problems,this paper proposes a dense spatial-temporal graph convolutional network based on lightweight *** OpenPose uses MobileNet as a feature extraction network,and the prediction layer uses bottleneck-asymmetric structure,thus reducing the amount of the *** bottleneck-asymmetrical structure compresses the number of input channels of feature maps by 1×1 convolution and replaces the 7×7 convolution structure with the asymmetric structure of 1×7 convolution,7×1 convolution,and 7×7 convolution in *** spatial-temporal graph convolutional network divides the multi-layer convolution into dense blocks,and the convolutional layers in each dense block are connected,thus improving the feature transitivity,enhancing the network’s ability to extract features,thus improving the detection *** representative datasets,Multiple Cameras Fall dataset(MCF),and Nanyang Technological University Red Green Blue+Depth Action Recognition dataset(NTU RGB+D),are selected for our experiments,among which NTU RGB+D has two evaluation *** results show that the proposed model is superior to the current fall detection *** accuracy of this network on the MCF dataset is 96.3%,and the accuracies on the two evaluation benchmarks of the NTU RGB+D dataset are 85.6%and 93.5%,respectively.

In this work,we employ the cache-enabled UAV to provide context information delivery to end devices that make timely and intelligent *** from the traditional network traffic,context information varies with time and brings in the ageconstrained *** cached content items should be refreshed timely based on the age status to guarantee the freshness of user-received contents,which however consumes additional transmission *** traditional cache methods separate the caching and the transmitting,which are not suitable for the dynamic context *** jointly design the cache replacing and content delivery based on both the user requests and the content dynamics to maximize the offloaded traffic from the ground *** problem is formulated based on the Markov Decision Process(MDP).A sufficient condition of cache replacing is found in closed form,whereby a dynamic cache replacing and content delivery scheme is proposed based on the Deep Q-Network(DQN).Extensive simulations have been *** with the conventional popularity-based and the modified Least Frequently Used(i.e.,LFU-dynamic)schemes,the UAV can offload around 30%traffic from the ground network by utilizing the proposed scheme in the urban scenario,according to the simulation results.

In this paper, we lift Fermions to functors acting on some homotopy category by the Boson–Fermion correspondence and get the categorified relations of Fermions. In this way, both the categorified Bosons and the categorified Fermions can be viewed as functors on the same category. We also give actions of these functors on the charged Young diagrams(or equivalently, Maya diagrams), so that the classical theory of Boson–Fermion correspondence is very well recovered as a result of such a categorification.

This paper is focused on formability of multi-agent systems （MASs）. The problem is concerned with the existence of a protocol that has the ability to drive the MAS involved to the desired formation, and thus, is of essential importance in designing formation protocols. Formability of an MAS depends on several key factors： agents＇ dynamic structures, connectivity topology, properties of the desired formation and the admissible control set. Agents of the MASs considered here are described by a general continuous linear time-invariant （LTI） model. By using the matrix analysis and algebraic graph theory, some necessary and sufficient conditions on formability of LTI-MASs are obtained. These conditions characterize in some sense the relationship of formability, connectivity topology, formation properties and agent dynamics with respect to some typical and widely used admissible protocol sets.

We investigate the evolution of cooperation with evolutionary public goods games based on finite populations, where four pure strategies： cooperators, defectors, punishers and loners who are unwilling to participate are considered. By adopting approximate best response dynamics, we show that the magnitude of rationality not only quantitatively explains the experiment results in [nature （London） 425 （2003） 390], but also it will heavily influence the evolution of cooperation. Compared with previous results of infinite populations, which result in two equilibriums, we show that there merely exists a special equilibrium cooperation. In addition, we characterize that loner＇s and the relevant high value of bounded rationality will sustain payoff plays an active role in the maintenance of cooperation, which will only be warranted for the low and moderate values of loner＇s payoff. It thus indicates the effects of rationality and loner＇s payoff will influence the cooperation. Finally, we highlight the important result that the introduction of voluntary participation and punishment will facilitate cooperation greatly.
