THRFuzzy:Tangential holoentropy-enabled rough fuzzy classifier to classification of evolving data streams

The rapid developments in the fields of telecommunication, sensor data, financial applications, analyzing of data streams, and so on, increase the rate of data arrival, among which the data mining technique is considered a vital process. The data analysis process consists of different tasks, among which the data stream classification approaches face more challenges than the other commonly used techniques. Even though the classification is a continuous process, it requires a design that can adapt the classification model so as to adjust the concept change or the boundary change between the classes. Hence, we design a novel fuzzy classifier known as THRFuzzy to classify new incoming data streams. Rough set theory along with tangential holoentropy function helps in the designing the dynamic classification model. The classification approach uses kernel fuzzy c-means(FCM) clustering for the generation of the rules and tangential holoentropy function to update the membership function. The performance of the proposed THRFuzzy method is verified using three datasets, namely skin segmentation, localization, and breast cancer datasets, and the evaluated metrics, accuracy and time, comparing its performance with HRFuzzy and adaptive k-NN classifiers. The experimental results conclude that THRFuzzy classifier shows better classification results providing a maximum accuracy consuming a minimal time than the existing classifiers.

Rumex nepalensis Spreng.(Polygonaceae) commonly known as Nepal Dock has wide-spectrum therapeutic potencies and is extensively used for centuries in traditional medicine systems. The leaves of this plant are edible and a rich source of natural antioxidants. They act as a possible food supplement and are largely used in pharmaceutical industry. Extracts and metabolites from this plant exhibits pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, insecticidal, purgative, analgesic, antipyretic, anti-algal, central nervous system depressant, genotoxic, wound healing and skeletal muscle relaxant activity. Due to its remarkable biological activities, it has the potential to act as a rich source of drug against life threatening diseases. However, more studies are needed to scientifically validate the traditional uses of this plant, beside isolating and identifying their active principles and characterizing the mechanisms of action. We present herein a critical account of its botany, ecology, traditional uses, phytoconstituent profile and major pharmacological activities reported in recent years and therefore will provide a source of information on this plant for further studies.

利用N-正辛基苯胺萃取色谱法从含铝(Ⅲ)混合物中分离铝(Ⅲ)(英文)

A selective method has been developed for the extraction chromatography of aluminium(Ⅲ) and its separation from several metal ions with a chromatographic column containing N-n-octylaniline ( a liquid anion exchanger) coated on silanized silica gel as a stationary phase. The aluminium(Ⅲ) was quantitatively extracted with the 0. 065 mol / L N-n-octylaniline in 0. 013 to 0. 05 mol / L sodium succinate at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min. The extracted metal ion has been recovered by eluting with 25. 0 mL of 0. 05 mol / L hydrochloric acid and estimated spectrophotometrically with aurintricarboxylic acid. The effects of the acid concentration,the reagent concentration,the flow rate and the eluting agents have been investigated. The log-log plots of distribution coefficient ( K d ( Al(Ⅲ) ) ) versus N-n-octylaniline concentration in 0. 005 and 0. 007 mol / L sodium succinate gave the slopes of 0. 5 and 0. 7 respectively and showed the probable composition of the extracted species was 1∶ 1 ( metal to amine ratio ) and the nature of extracted species was [RR' NH + 2 Al succinate 2 ] org. . The extraction of aluminium(Ⅲ) was carried out in the presence of various ions to ascertain the tolerance limit of individual ions. Aluminium(Ⅲ) has been separated from multicomponent mixtures,pharmaceutical samples and synthetic mixtures corresponding to alloys. A scheme for mutual separation of aluminium(Ⅲ) ,indium(Ⅲ) ,gallium(Ⅲ) and thallium(Ⅲ) has been developed by using suitable masking agents. The method is fast,accurate and precise.

Detecting Power Imbalance in Multi-Cylinder Inline Diesel Engine Genset

A model of fuel injection adjustment for balancing the 4-stroke six cylinder diesel engine coupling geneset is developed by detecting imbalance in operating engine by the frequency analysis of the crankshaft＇s speed variation. In this work, the crankshaft is considered to be a rigid body, so that the variation of its angular speed could be directly correlated to the total gas-pressure torque. By analyzing only the lower harmonic orders, the speed variation spectrum can filter out the distortions produced by the dynamic response of the crankshaft. The information carried by these harmonic orders permits to establish correlations between measurements and the average gas pressure torque of the engine, and to detect imbalance and identify faulty cylinders. Detailed experimental reading are taken on diesel engine coupling genset on the test bed of Greaves Cotton Ltd Pane, India.

Antiepileptic activity of lobeline isolated from the leaf of Lobelia nicotianaefolia and its effect on brain GABA level in mice

Objective:To investigate the anticonvulsant activity of the lobeline isolated from the Lobelia nicotianaefolia in chemoconvulsant-induced seizures and its biochemical mechanism by investigating relationship between seizure activities and altered gamma amino butyric acid(GABA)in brain of mice in Pentylenetetrazol(PTZ) seizure ***:The anticonvulsant activity of the isolated lobelinc(5,10,20 and 30 mg/kg.i.p.) was investigated in PTZ and strychnine induced seizures in mice and the effect of isolated lolieline on brain GABA level in seizures induced by *** was used as reference anticonvulsant drugs for ***:Isolated lobeliue(10,20 and 30 nig/***.) significautly delayed and antagonized(P < 0.050-0.001)the onset of PTZ-induced *** also antagonized strychnine induced *** mortality was also prevented in the test group of *** biochemical evaluation,isolated lolieline(5,10and 20 mg/kg,i.p.) significantly increased the brain GABA *** at dose of 30 mg/kg GABA level showed slight decrease in PTZ ***:In our findings,isolated lolieline(20mg/kg) exhibited potent anticonvulsant activity against PTZ induced *** a biochemical evaluation suggested significant increase in harain GABA level at 20 nig/kg *** isolated ***,we may propose that lolieline reduces epileptic seizures by enhancing the GABA release supporting the GABAergic mechanism.
