Objective:To investigate the effects of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus(Zhishi,Zs)and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(Baizhu,BZ)-containing serum on glutamate-induced autophagy in rat colonic interstitial cells of Cajal(ICCs)and to analyze the underlying ***:Rat colonic ICCs cultured in vitro were identified by fluorescence and then stimulated with glutamic acid(5 mmol/L)for 24 h to establish a cell model of *** cells were then treated with different concentrations of ZsBZ-containing serum or rat *** viability of the ICCs was detected with cell counting kit-8 assays,and cell apoptosis rates were examined with flow *** ultrastructure and autophagosomes in the ICCs were observed using transmission electron *** effects of ZsBZ-containing serum on apoptosis-associated mediators were assessed by Western blotting and real-time quantitative polymerase chain *** addition,microtubule-associated protein light chain 3(LC3),p-phosphoinositide 3-kinase(p-PI3 K),p-Akt and p-mammalian target of rapamycin(pm TOR)expression was detected via Western blotting ***:Compared to those in the model group,ICC viability and apoptosis rates were significantly increased by ZsBZ-containing serum(Pssion levels of Beclin-1,LC3,pPI3 K,p-Akt and p-mTOR were significantly lower(Pssion was higher in the ZsBZ-containing serum treatment groups than in the model group(Psion:Our findings demonstrated that ZsBZ protects glutamic acid-stimulated ICCs,and this beneficial effect may be mediated by a reduction in autophagy via inhibition of the PI3 K/Akt/mTOR pathway.

This is an update on the first edition of the expert consensus. This document discusses the indications and contraindications of interventional treatment methods for deep venous thrombosis such as anticoagulation, catheter-directed thrombolysis, percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stent implantation. The operational procedures, considerations, preoperative management, and prevention of complications were also updated, supplemented, and revised. Emphasis is placed on the interventional treatment of acute and subacute deep venous thrombosis to effectively reduce the incidence of post-thrombosis syndrome.

Dear Editor,The COVID-19 pandemic caused by sARs-CoV-2 has led to acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDs)with a high rate of *** excessive inflammatory response,caused by virus infection,is associated with severe clinical manifestations that may lead to death of patients.1 Therefore,the blockage of virus replication and suppression of hyper-inflammatory response are beneficial for COVID-19 ***,the drug targeting both virus and hyper-inflammation,as far as we know,is not available yet.

Current situations and Development strategies for Integration of Peanut Agronomy and Agricultural Machinery in China

The mechanization level of peanut production is the bottleneck restricting the development of peanut production in China,while integration of agronomy and agricultural machinery is an essential approach for improving mechanization level of peanut production. This paper elaborated requirements of peanut agronomy for agricultural machinery from peanut planting modes,land cultivation,sowing,harvesting,picking,and shelling,etc. Besides,it discussed requirements of agricultural machinery for agronomy from peanut seed quality,variety characteristics,planting modes,and soil condition. In addition,it analyzed existing problems and restricting factors of integration of peanut agronomy and agricultural machinery. Finally,it came up with recommendations for development strategies including increasing government fund input,optimizing industrial distribution,and multidisciplinary joint research.

Pre-treatment Drug Resistance Could Impact the 96-Week Antiretroviral Efficacy in Treatment-Naive HIV-1–Infected Patients in Guangdong,China

Background:With the high prevalence of pre-treatment drug resistance(PDR)and the potential impact to the virological inhibition,the detection of PDR was particularly *** study aimed to determine the prevalence of PDR in Guangdong,China,and its impact on antiretroviral therapy(ART)in treatment-naive HIV ***:A retrospective cohort study was conducted.A total of 1936 HIV-1-infected treatment-naive patients in the clinic of the infectious department,Guangzhou Eighth people’s Hospital,between August 2018 and December 2019 were assayed for PDR mutations before initiating *** with PDR mutations(PDR arm)were screened and compared with those without drug-resistant mutations(non-PDR arm).The rate of HIV-1 virologic failure(VF)and CD4^(+)T-cell counts of the 2 arms were compared at the 96th week after ART to evaluate the impact of PDR on the efficacy of ***:Pretreatment drug resistance was detected in 125 cases(6.46%)from the 1936 enrolled participants,most of which were resistant to non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(64.00%,80/125).One hundred and eight of 125 completed the follow-up of 96 weeks(PDR arm).In this cohort,52 patients whose ART regimen containing the resistant drug were grouped as con-PDR arm,and the remaining 56 patients whose ART regimen did not contain the resistant drug were grouped as non-con-PDR arm.A total of 125 patients without PDR were randomly selected as the control group(non-PDR arm),112 of whom had completed the 96-week *** the 96th week after ART initiation,7 patients(6.5%,7/108)in the PDR arm and 1 patient(0.9%,1/112)in the non-PDR arm developed VF,exhibiting a significant difference(χ^(2)=4.901,P=0.029).Meanwhile,3 patients(5.8%,3/52)in the con-PDR arm developed VF;the rate was also higher than that in the non-PDR arm,but without a significant difference(χ^(2)=3.549,P=0.095).The CD4^(+)T-cell count in the non-PDR arm increased more than the PDR arm(386.6 vs.319.1 cells/μL,t=2.448,P=0.0

study on Physiological Characteristics and supporting Techniques of Huayu 22 Peanut

Huayu 22 Peanut( Arachis hypogaea L.) belongs to ordinary large variety of peanut with high quality,high yield potential and high stress resistance. study on nutrition characteristics,stress physiology and supporting techniques of Huayu 22 Peanut is conducive to further developing its application value in breeding and exploiting its high yield potential. Compared with Baisha 1016 Peanut,Huayu 22 Peanut has greater shade tolerance. In weak light,both the leaf area and rate of photosynthesis of Huayu 22 Peanut decline slightly,and damage of chloroplast ultramicrostructure is less,light compensation point and chloroplast a / b are lower,and capturing and utilization efficiency of weak light are higher; after removal of shade,Huayu 22 Peanut plant gets recovered quickly with higher growth compensation effect but slight dropping of yield. Characteristics of N supply for Huayu 22 Peanut at different growth stages are as follows: N supply intensity of root nodule takes on unimodal curve with peak at pod bearing stage. The N supply intensity of soil takes on N shape with higher value at pegging stage and pod filling stage; N supply intensity takes on unimodal curve with peak at pegging stage. At seedling stage and pod filling stage,N is mainly supplied by soil; at pegging stage and pod bearing stage,N is supplied by root nodule. At whole growth stage,root nodule has the largest contribution to N supply,accounting for 50. 0%,followed by soil and fertilizer,and the proportion is about 5: 3: 2. The study established standardized supporting technique for simple cultivation of Huayu 22 Peanut with " single-seed planting,high effective fertilizer application,and three sprays and multi-prevention".

Clinical Effect of Resistance-free Removal of the Bone Embedded Mandibular Third Molar

[Objectives] To shorten the time of removal of the bone embedded mandibular third molar,reduce the complications of tooth extraction,and explore a surgery method of resistance-free removal of the mandibular third molar. [Methods] A total of 50 patients with bone embedded mandibular third molar needing to be removed were selected. A 45° elevation turbine and a long tungsten steel drill were used to remove the mesial,buccal,and distal resistances. When necessary,tongue side and root resistance was removed,and the third molar was removed when there was basically no resistance around it. The removal time was recorded,followed up for 10 d,and the postoperative reaction was observed. [Results] The bone embedded mandibular third molars were removed for all patients within 15 min,and there was no serious postoperative reaction,all patients showed high satisfaction. [Conclusions]The method of resistance-free removal of the bone embedded mandibular third molar can significantly shorten the removal time,reduce the fear of patients,and ease pain of patients.
