Accelerating the development of students is the basic goal of postgraduate talent *** final research results,employment situation and satisfaction of postgraduate students with school education are more important indicators of the quality of talent cultivation in a *** having a deeper understanding of the satisfaction of postgraduates in Harbin Institute of Technology(Weihai)in terms of motivation,tutor situation,management service and employment situation,a questionnaire survey was conducted on *** survey results show that the overall satisfaction of postgraduates is *** terms of studying motivation,most postgraduates think that their majors are more related to employment;in terms of professors,most of them can get along well with their professors and learn from the advantages of their professors;in terms of school management,they respond well to the"library",but think that the"dormitory"and"canteen"need further improvement;in terms of employment,most of postgraduates choose to be employed,while a few of them choose to further their studies,most of which have applied to study in domestic or foreign universities.

With the rapid development of postgraduate education in management in China, the traditional teaching quality management mode can not meet the diversity demands to the high-level management talents in nowadays society. In this paper, the total quality management is introduced into the quality management of postgraduate education in colleges and universities, capacity requirements of management postgraduate is investigated from two perspectives of enterprises and students, the whole operating model is explored as well.

In this paper,course content design and teaching mode exploration based on CDIO concept were discuss on postgraduate major course "Reliability Theory and Application".In order to explore teaching innovation mode with distinctive major characteristics,and to improve students' engineering practice and innovation ability,based on the CDIO engineering education concept,tracking feedback of phased teaching effect is investigated and analyzed,and finally,the further conception of teaching reform is *** tracking feedback shows that teaching based on CDIO engineering education concept is conductive for students to understand and adapt to work requirements,and also beneficial to stimulate students' interest and initiative.

As an important part of higher education,graduate education is not only an important way to cultivate new scientific research force,but also the only way to produce high-level innovative talents,so it should be highly *** order to meet the actual needs of the current full-time postgraduate students,this paper proposes to build a formative evaluation system for graduate students,strengthen interdisciplinary postgraduate training,introduce the concept of total quality management,attach importance to process management,dynamic supervision and tracking,and control the key links in graduate training,so as to ensure the high quality and high suitabilityof graduate training results response.

The mentoring relationship between supervisor and postgraduate is crucially important to ensure the quality of education for *** this paper,factors affecting the mentoring relationship were investigated by a binary logit model using data collected from 345 *** addition,marginal effects were introduced to quantify the effects of factors on mentoring relationship.A total of 11 factors were found to be significant,and four of them could increase the risk of supervisor-postgraduate conflict,while the remaining seven factors could decrease the risk of supervisor-postgraduate *** from this study can help better understand the mechanism of supervisor-postgraduate conflicts and develop effective countermeasures.
