Metals are essential components of both micronutrients and macronutrients in living organisms and are involved in a variety of immune processes in the forms of free ions or protein-coupled complexes(metalloproteins).Multiple aspects of the immune system,from the structural and functional control of immune-related proteins to the cellular responses to immunotherapy,could be affected by ***,the employment of metal for the regulation of immunity,termed as metalloimmunology,is gaining interest as a prevalent and efficacious approach to combating ***,the manipulation of metalloimmunology using traditional drugs presents several challenges,including limited bioavailability,adverse effects,and a lack of targeting *** review provides an overview of the latest findings in metal and metal-regulatory therapeutic agents for the treatment of *** trace metal elements,such as iron,zinc,copper,manganese,magnesium,and calcium,as well as heavy metal drugs and their mechanisms of action,will be discussed with a particular focus on their roles in regulating the tumor-immune *** latest nanotechnology employed in the administration of metal-regulatory drugs and the design concepts for tailored therapeutic interventions will be *** concepts and information offer promising clinical possibilities of modulating cancer immunology by targeting metal metabolism.

Quantum communication network scales point-to-point quantum communication protocols to more than two detached parties,which would permit a wide variety of quantum communication ***,we demonstrate a fully-connected quantum communication network,exploiting three pairs of Einstein–Podolsky–rosen(EPr)entangled sideband modes,with high degree entanglement of 8.0 dB,7.6 dB,and 7.2 *** sideband modes from a squeezed field are spatially separated by demultiplexing operation,then recombining into new group according to network *** group of sideband modes are distributed to one of the parties via a single physical path,making sure each pair of parties build their own private communication links with high channel capacity better than any classical scheme.

Multilayer dielectric gratings(MLdGs)are crucial for pulse compression in picosecond-petawatt laser *** nodular defects,embedded in coating stacks during multilayer deposition,influence the lithographic process and performance of the final MLdG *** this study,the integration of nanosecond laser conditioning(NLC)into different manufacturing stages of MLdGs was proposed for the first time on multilayer dielectric films(MLdFs)and final grating products to improve laser-induced damage *** results suggest that the remaining nodular ejection pits introduced by the two protocols exhibit a high nanosecond laser damage resistance,which remains stable when the irradiated laser fluence is more than twice the nanosecond-laser-induced damage threshold(nanosecond-LIdT)of the unconditioned ***,the picosecond-LIdT of the nodular ej ection pit conditioned on the MLdFs was approximately 40%higher than that of the nodular defects,and the loss of the grating structure surrounding the nodular defects was ***,NLC is an effective strategy for improving the laser damage resistance of MLdGs.

Multiphoton resonant excitation and frustrated tunneling ionization,manifesting the photonic and optical nature of the driving light via direct excitation and electron recapture,respectively,are complementary mechanisms to access rydberg state excitation(rSE)of atoms and molecules in an intense laser ***,clear identification and manipulation of their individual contributions in the light-induced rSE process remain experimentally ***,we bridge this gap by exploring the dissociative and nondissociative rSE of H2 molecules using bicircular two-color laser *** on the relative field strength and polarization helicity of the two colors,the rSE probability can be boosted by more than one order of magnitude by exploiting the laser waveform-dependent field *** role of the photon effect is readily strengthened with increasing relative strength of the second-harmonic field of the two colors regardless of the polarization *** compared to the nondissociative rSE forming H2,the field effect in producing the dissociative rSE channel of eHt;HT is moderately suppressed,which is primarily accessed via a three-step sequential process separated by molecular bond *** work paves the way toward a comprehensive understanding of the interplay of the underlying field and photon effects in the strong-field rSE process,as well as facilitating the generation of rydberg states optimized with tailored characteristics.

Apostichopus japonicus is an important invertebrate that is widely used as a tonic food in Asian *** purpose of this study is to purify and identify a class of compound,the saponins,from the body wall of ***,and to establish a new me-thod to determine the quantity of saponins in the sea *** this study,the saponins of ***,cladoloside A(CA),were ob-tained from 80%ethanol extract by column chromatography for the first time and were characterized using the spectral *** resulting purified saponins were then profiled using ^(1)HNMr,^(13)CNMr,and ESI-MS,which revealed the CA molecular formula of C_(53)H_(82)O_(2) and contained a triterpenoid backbone,a methylglucopyranosyl moiety,a quinovopyranosyl,and two xylopyranosyls.A me-thod for the quantitative determination of CA,comprising microwave-assisted extraction,high-performance liquid chromatography,and diode array detector method,was *** efficiency was optimized by changing microwave power,extraction sol-vent,volume,time,and *** showed that under the optimum conditions(extraction time of 10 min,temperature of 45℃,and solvent of 25 mL 70%ethanol under 400 W),the detection limit of CA was 0.0015 mg mL^(−1),and the recoveries of CA from samples at spiking levels of 10,20,and 50μg g^(−1) ranged from 90.1%-104%.The proposed method was successfully applied to ana-lyze the saponins in different tissues of *** collected in different *** method developed in this study can provide quantitative technical support for the quality control of ***.

respiratory viruses can be attached to human exhaled particles and spread from person to person through respiratory *** purpose of this study is to obtain the quantitative description formula of human exhaled particles in the ventilated room through amount number of numerical simulation calculations and regression statistical analysis of the simulated *** this study,a combination of numerical simulation and laboratory experiments was used,and the results were tallied *** subtilis was released as a release source to investigate the migration and distribution of *** results show that under the condition of high air supply velocity,due to the disturbance of human respiration and airflow,the diffusion velocity of exhaled particles was faster and the diffusion range is larger than that of low air supply velocity within the same time *** matter where the location of the manikin was in the room,the exhaled particles would spread to the whole room in at least 900 *** method used in this study could be used to predict the distribution of human exhaled particles concentration in different indoor spaces,such as public transport and *** findings could provide valuable reference for the location of indoor air purifiers,which plays a guiding role in the construction of a healthy indoor environment.

Plasmids play a critical role in the dissemination of antimicrobial resistance genes(ArGs),however,a systematical understanding of ArGs originated from plasmids in swine production is currently ***,quantitative polymerase chain reaction was applied to determine the prevalence of ten ArGs and the class1 integron gene intI1 of plasmid source in swinemanure from 44 farms in Sichuan,Hubei and Hebei provinces,*** assayed ArGs were observed in plasmid dNA samples,and the average absolute abundance of aac(6’)-Ib-cr,blaNdM,blaCTX-M,optrA,ermB,flor,mcr-1,qnrS,tetM,sul1 and intI1 were 7.09,2.90,4.67,6.62,7.55,7.14,4.08,4.85,7.16,7.11 and 8.07 of 10 log copies/gram,***1 showed a high correlation(r>0.8,Pdance of aac(6’)-Ib-cr and sul1 in swine ***,the farm scale(i.e.,herd population)and geographical location were not found to be critical factors influencing the absolute abundance of ArGs of plasmid dNA in swine ***,the concentrations of florfenicol,Cu,Zn,Fe,total phosphorus(TP)and total potassium(TK)demonstrated a significant correlation with the abundance of several ***,Cu and Zn had high correlations with optrA and blaCTX-M,*** results demonstrated that antibiotics,heavy metals and environmental nutrients are likely jointly contributing to the long-term persistence of ArGs in swine *** study provides insights into the abundance and influencing factors of ArGs from swine manure,which is of significance for assessing and reducing the public health risks in livestock production.
