The removal and enrichment of pollutants in industrial wastewater using efficient adsorption processes have been a hot scientific topic in the field of environmental chemistry and green *** with the progress in the design,synthesis,and performance of polyethyleneimine-modified adsorbent materials at home and abroad,there are few reviews on how to modify polyethyleneimine(PEI)in adsorbent materials through functional group ***,this review attempts to provide a systematic review of how PEI can prepare adsorbent materials by functional group reaction and the adsorption mechanism of inorganic metal ions,phosphates,and dyes in wastewater by *** this basis,future research directions of adsorbent materials are prepared by PEI prospects.

Photocrosslinkable polymers have been exploited to attain impressive advantages in printing freestanding,micrometer-scale,mechanically compliant ***,a more integrated understanding of both the polymer photochemistry and the microfabrication processes could enable new strategic design avenues,unlocking far-reaching applications of the light-based modality of additive *** promising approach for achieving high-aspect-ratio structures is to leverage the phenomenon of light self-trapping during the photopolymerization *** this review,we discuss the design of materials that facilitate this optical behavior,the computational modeling and practical processing considerations to achieve high aspect-ratio structures,and the range of applications that can benefit from architectures fabricated using light self-trapping-especially those demanding free-standing structures and materials of stiffnesses relevant in biological *** interactions exist among material attributes,including polymer composition,and processing parameters such as light *** identify strong opportunities for predictive design of both the material and the ***,this perspective describes the wide range of existing polymers and additive manufacturing approaches,and highlights various future directions to enable constructs with new complexities and functionalities through the development of next-generation photocrosslinkable materials and micromanufacturing methods.

Quasi-type II heterostructured nanocrystals(NCs)have been of particular interest due to their great potential for controlling the interplay of charge ***,the lack of material choices for quasi-type II NCs restricts the accessible emission wavelength from red to near-infrared(NIR),which hinders their use in light-emitting applications that demand a wide range of visible ***,we demonstrate a new class of quasi-type II nanoemitters formulated in ZnSe/ZnSe_(1-X)Te_(X)/ZnSe seed/spherical quantum well/shell heterostructures(SQWs)whose emission wavelength ranges from blue to *** a given geometry,ZnSe_(1-X)Te_(X) emissive layers grown between the ZnSe seed and the shell layer are strained to fit into the surrounding media,and thus,the lattice mismatch between ZnSe_(1-X)Te_(X) and ZnSe is effectively *** addition,composition of the ZnSe_(1-X)Te_(X) emissive layer and the dimension of the ZnSe shell layer are engineered to tailor the distribution and energy of electron and hole wave *** from the capabilities to tune the charge carriers on demand and to form defectfree heterojunctions,ZnSe/ZnSe_(1-X)Te_(X)/ZnSe/ZnS NCs show near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY>90%)in a broad range of emission wavelengths(peak PL from 450nm to 600 nm).Finally,we exemplify dichromatic white NC-based light-emitting diodes(NC-LEDs)employing the mixed layer of blue-and yellow-emitting ZnSe/ZnSe_(1-X)TeX/ZnSe/ZnS SQW NCs.

The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and *** aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian *** the combination of the korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively *** we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in *** test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and *** a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TMRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA *** addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NSRT) further doubled the east-west angular *** the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TMRT+NSRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in M87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully *** demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in *** expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.
