A Study on the Influence of Social Media Use on Psychological Anxiety among Young Women

To explore the relationship between social influence,social comparison,clarity of self-concept,and psychological anxiety among young women during their usage of social networking sites,our study selected 338 young women aged 14-34 from the social site platforms of Little Red Book and Weibo for questionnaire *** Passive Social Network Utilization Scale,Social Comparison Scale(SCS),Social Influence Questionnaire,Self-Concept Clarity Scale(SCCS),and Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)were employed to measure the *** results show that the frequency of passive social media use is positively related to the level of psychological *** comparison,social influence,and unclear self-concepts under social media use are negatively predictive of psychological *** chain mediation effects indicate that social comparison and social influence under social media use negatively predict the clarity of self-concept,thus having a negative impact on the psychological health of young ***,young women should strengthen their self-concepts,control their frequency of social media usage,avoid addiction,and pay special attention to their frequency of passive use,in order to protect their psychological *** study provides some practical implications and insights regarding the relationship between young women’s social media use and psychological health.

OBJECTIVE: To provide an objective experimental basis for the gastric mucosa pathological evolution and the transformation of different Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndromes in helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-related gastric diseases(HPGD) patients, based on the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation, molecular biology and ***: A total of 203 participants were enrolled in this study. The expressions of miR-499/miR-149 and *** infection in the gastric tissues from all participants were detected. The genotyping for miR-499 rs3746444 and miR-149 rs2292832 was ***: In H. pylori positive subjects, the proportion of precancerous gastric lesions(PGL) in liver-stomach disharmony syndrome(LSDS) group was higher than in spleen Qi deficiency syndrome(SQDS) group(P < 0.001);The proportion of gastric cancer(GC) in SQDS group was higher than in spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome(SSDHS) group and LSDS group(all P < 0.001). We also found C allele of miR-149 rs2292832 was linked to lower risk of gastric atrophy [miR-149 rs2292832 C vs T:adjusted odds ratio = 0.207; 95% confidence interval(0.043-0.989); P = 0.048]. Compared with healthy control(HC) group, the expression of miR-499 was significantly increased in GC group, while the expression of miR-149was significantly decreased in chronic inflammation group,PGL group and GC group(all P < 0.05). Test for trend showed that GC risk was on a rising trend with the increasing expression of miR-499 and decreasing expression of miR-149(both P for trend < 0.05).CONCLUSION: The C allele of miR-149 rs2292832 may be a protective factor for gastric mucosal atrophy. *** may participate in the evolution of benign to malignant gastric mucosa lesions by inducing the overexpression of miR-499 and down regulation of miR-149. In addition, patients with H. pylori infection combined SQDS or LSDS may have higher risk of gastric mucosal malignant lesions.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicine in treating sepsis patients with bloodstream ***:A 6-year retrospective study was carried out at a university hospital in *** sepsis patients with bloodstream infection were *** primary outcome was 28-day mortality after *** score method was used to adjust for possible confounding.28-day mortality was estimated by KaplanMeier analysis and compared using the log-rank *** regression analysis was carried out to identify factors impacting in-hospital mortality ***:Following the application of the propensity score method,a total of 176 patients were *** all-cause 28-day mortality in the control group and Chinese herbal medicine group was 21.6%and 14.8%,***-Meier survival analysis showed that Chinese herbal medicine was associated with a lower hazard ratio(HR)in all-cause 28-day death compared with the control group[HR=0.44,95%CI(0.22,0.90),P0.05).Blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herb administration was associated with reduced inhospital mortality among sepsis patients with bloodstream infection[HR=0.54,95%CI(0.34,0.94),P<0.05].CONCLUSIONS:Chinese herbal medicine,especially the blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herb,might have certain efficacy and safety in treating sepsis patients with bloodstream *** should prescribe blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herb in treating these two coalescent critical diseases as long as no contraindications ***,further studies are needed to validate our results.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of a nutritional intervention in rescuers who screened positive for *** A randomized controlled trial design was *** June to August,2022,4,460 rescuers were screened using the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and 1,615 positive cases were ***-one volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into a nutritional intervention group and a control *** intervention group received health education and nutritional intervention(a compound paste therapy primarily composed of red roses and Seville orange flowers),while the control group received psychological *** scores were assessed before and after the *** There was a statistically significant decline in SDS scores in the nutritional intervention group after the intervention(P<0.05).Furthermore,the SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,both before and after the intervention(P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions were observed during safety *** The nutritional intervention effectively reduced the depression scores in *** nutritional intervention is recommended for rescuers who initially screen positive for depression.

Epidemiological feature analysis of SVEIR model with control strategy and variant evolution

The complex interactions were performed among non-pharmaceutical interventions,vaccinations,and hosts for all epidemics in China's Mainland during the spread of ***,the small-scale epidemic in the city described by SVEIR model was less found in the current *** SVEIR model with control was established to analyze the dynamical and epidemiological features of two epidemics in Jinzhou City led by Omicron variants before and after Twenty *** this study,the total population(N)of Jinzhou City was divided into five compartments:the susceptible(S),the vaccinated(V),the exposed(E),the infected(I),and the recovered(R).By surveillance data and the SVEIR model,three methods(maximum likelihood method,exponential growth rate method,next generation matrix method)were governed to estimate basic reproduction number,and the results showed that an increasing tendency of basic reproduction number from Omicron BA.5.2 to Omicron ***,the effective reproduction number for two epidemics were investigated by surveillance data,and the results showed that Jinzhou wave 1 reached the peak on November 1 and was controlled 7 days later,and that Jinzhou wave 2 reached the peak on November 28 and was controlled 5 days ***,the impacts of non-pharmaceutical interventions(awareness delay,peak delay,control intensity)were discussed extensively,the variations of infection scales for Omicron variant and EG.5 variant were also ***,the investigations on peaks and infection scales for two epidemics in dynamic zero-COVID policy were operated by the SVEIR model with *** investigations on public medical requirements of Jinzhou City and Liaoning Province were analyzed by using SVEIR model without control,which provided a possible perspective on variant evolution in the future.
