TiO_(2)is the dominant and most widely researched photocatalyst for environmental remediation,however,the drawbacks,such as only responding to UV light(<5%of sunlight),low charge separation efficiency,and difficulties in recycling,have severely hindered its practical ***,we synthesized magnetically separable Fe_(3)O_(4)@MoS_(2)@mesoporous TiO_(2)(FMmT)photocatalysts via a simple,green,and template-free solvothermal method combined with ultrasonic *** is found that FMmT possesses a high specific surface area(55.09 m2·g−1),enhanced visible-light responsiveness(~521 nm),and remarkable photogenerated charge separation *** addition,the photocatalytic degradation efficiencies of FMmT for methylene blue(MB),rhodamine B(RhB),and tetracycline(TC)are 99.4%,98.5%,and 89.3%within 300 min,*** corresponding degradation rates are 4.5,4.3,and 3.1 times higher than those of pure TiO_(2)*** to the high saturation magnetization(43.1 A·m^(2)·kg^(−1)),FMmT can achieve effective recycling with an applied magnetic *** improved photocatalytic activity is closely related to the effective transport of photogenerated electrons by the active interlayer MoS_(2) and the electron–hole separation caused by the MoS_(2)@TiO_(2)***,the excellent light-harvesting ability and abundant reactive sites of the mesoporous TiO_(2)shell further boost the photocatalytic efficiency of *** work provides a new approach and some experimental basis for the design and performance improvement of magnetic photocatalysts by innovatively incorporating MoS2 as the active interlayer and integrating it with a mesoporous shell.

In the area of computer game,Amazons game is a relatively new one whose rules stand between the game of Chess and *** move rule is simple but apt to generate tremendous move *** on the UCT searching algorithm,this paper presents an idea that the whole process of Amazons game can be divided into three phases,which are the Opening,Middle game and Endgame,then different strategies are applied to different phases according to their respective ***,a new Monte-Carlo simulation method applicable to Amazons game is proposed in this *** corresponding experiments are conducted to show the validation of the proposed algorithms.

With the widespread use of Internet,the amount of data in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is growing ***,there is much attention on the collection of useful knowledge as well as its effective organization and *** graphs have thus emerged,and knowledge reasoning based on this tool has become one of the hot spots of *** paper first presents a brief introduction to the development of knowledge graphs and knowledge reasoning,and explores the significance of knowledge ***,the mainstream knowledge reasoning methods,including knowledge reasoning based on traditional rules,knowledge reasoning based on distributed feature representation,and knowledge reasoning based on neural networks are ***,using stroke as an example,the knowledge reasoning methods are expounded,the principles and characteristics of commonly used knowledge reasoning methods are summarized,and the research and applications of knowledge reasoning techniques in TCM in recent years are sorted ***,we summarize the problems faced in the development of knowledge reasoning in TCM,and put forward the importance of constructing a knowledge reasoning model suitable for the field of TCM.

Objective The effects of Shuang Dan Ming Mu capsule on expression of VEGF-a,VEGF-b,VEGF-c and the VEGF receptor,Flk-1,were examined in a diabetic retinopathy rats *** Forty Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomized into Groups A(blank),B(model),C(Shuang Dan Ming Mu)and D(positive control)group,with each group containing10rats *** from groups B,C and D were administered one dose of50mg/kg streptozotocin(STZ)by tail vein injection to establish a diabetic rat *** week after model preparation,medication was continuously administered by *** gavage for8weeks,the animals were sacrificed and retinal expression of VEGF-a,VEGF-b,VEGF-c and Flk-1was quantified by immunohistochemical *** At week8of drug administration after model preparation,the average protein expression grayscale values for VEGF-a,VEGF-b,VEGF-c and Flk-1in the rats model,Shuang Dan Ming Mu and positive control groups were all lower than those in the normal group,while the mean optical density values were higher than those in the normal *** the model group was compared to the normal group,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The mean grayscale values of VEGF-a,VEGF-b,VEGF-c and Flk-1in the Shuang Dan Ming Mu and positive control groups were all higher than those in the model group,while the mean optical density values were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05or0.01).Conclusion Shuang Dan Ming Mu capsule can significantly decrease the expression of VEGF-a,VEGF-b,VEGF-c and Flk-1in the retinas of diabetic model rats and exhibit some protective effects in their retinas.

Objective To analyze the effects of Dan Huang Ming Mu Recipe(DHMMR)(a pharmaceutical preparation from herbs and having the function of replenishing vital essence,removing heat,promoting blood circulation and excreting pathogenic water) on diabetic retinopathy(DR) after retinal laser photocoagulation through regulating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and pigment epithelium-derived factor(PEDF).Methods Forty male Brown Norway(BN) rats were randomly divided into blank group(group A,10 BN rats) and model group(30 BN rats).DR models were induced by 40 mg/kg streptozotocin(STZ) and the body weight and blood glucose of rats were *** 12-week injection,fluorescein fundus angiography(FFA) and histopathological examination were detected to confirm the successful establishment of DR ***,the right eyes of model group rats were conducted retinal laser photocoagulation with the left eyes having no retinal laser photocoagulation and rats of the model group were randomly divided into group B(the model control group),group C(the positive control group),and group D(the DHMMR group),with 10 rats in each *** of the group A and the group B were given vehicle,and the group C were given calcium dobesilate suspension by gavage,and the group D were given DHMMR by *** 4-week gavage,FFA was carried out to observe the fundus microvascular ***,the rats were sacrificed to do histopathological examinations and the serum levels of P-selectin,cAMP,cGMP,and the relative expression of the protein of VEGF and PEDF in retina were *** After 12-week STZ injection,the blood glucose of the model group were pronouncedly higher than the blank group(P < 0.01).Fundus micro-hemangioma changes were observed in the rats of the model group through FFA,and the rats of the blank group did not see any *** pictures of HE staining showed that the retinal structure of the model group was more disordered than the blank grou
