Comprehensive Summary Four polycyclic ten-membered lactones possessing unprecedented 10/6/5 tricyclic ring skeleton, named eutypetides A-D (1-4), and an intriguing polyketide containing a hexahydroisobenzofuran-1(3H)-one motif, named eutypetide E (5) were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Eutypella sp. F0219, together with three new related biosynthetic polyketides eutypetides F-H (6-8). The absolute configurations of 1-5 were unequivocally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (Cu K alpha), modified Mosher's method and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. Eutypetides G (7) showed remarkable anti-inflammatory activity and could reduce the mRNA expression of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1 beta, IL-6, TNF-alpha, and iNOS induced by LPS. Most notably, compounds 1-4 were formed biogenetically from 6-7 via the key intramolecular [4+2] cycloaddition, while compound 5 could be constructed biogenetically from 8 through the intramolecular [4+2] cycloaddition. All the above eight polyketides are proposed to originate from a C-10 and a C-6 fatty acid.

From the perspective of resource-theoretic approach,this study explores the quantification of imaginary in quantum *** propose a well defined measure of imaginarity,the geometric-like measure of *** with the usual geometric imaginarity measure,this geometric-like measure of imaginarity exhibits smaller decay difference under quantum noisy channels and higher *** applications,we show that both the optimal probability of state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations,and the maximal probability of stochastic-approximate state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations with a given fidelity f,are given by the geometric-like measure of imaginarity.

To improve the resilience of railway stations,a typical station was selected as the research object,and an isolation design was ***-four groups of near-fault pulse-like ground motions were *** seismic resilience of the no-isolation railway stations(NIRS)and the isolation railway stations(IRS)were compared to provide a numerical result of the improvement in *** results show that in the station isolation design,the station's functional requirements and structural characteristics should be considered and the appropriate placement of isolation bearings is under the waiting *** the action of a rare earthquake,the repair cost,repair time,rate of harm and death of the IRS were decreased by 8.04 million,18.30 days,6.93×10^(-3)and 1.21×10^(-3),respectively,when compared to the *** IRS received a seismic resilience grade of three-stars and the NIRS only one-star,indicating that rational isolation design improves the seismic resilience of ***,for the design of stations close to earthquake faults,it is suggested to utilize appropriate isolation techniques to improve their seismic resilience.

Methane, an abundant one-carbon(C_(1)) resource, is extensively used in the industrial production of vital fuels and value-added chemicals. However, current industrial methane conversion technologies are energy-and carbon-intensive, mainly due to the high activation energy required to break the inert C–H bond, low selectivity, and problematic side reactions, including CO_(2)emissions and coke deposition. Electrochemical conversion of methane(ECM) using intermittent renewable energy offers an attractive solution, due to its modular reactor design and operational flexibility across a broad spectrum of temperatures and pressures. This review emphasizes conversion pathways of methane in various reaction systems, highlighting the significance and advantages of ECM in facilitating a sustainable artificial carbon cycle. This work provides a comprehensive overview of conventional methane activation mechanisms and delineates the complete pathways of methane conversion in electrolysis contexts. Based on surface/interface chemistry, this work systematically analyzes proposed reaction pathways and corresponding strategies to enhance ECM efficiency towards various target products, including syngas, hydrocarbons, oxygenates, and advanced carbon materials. The discussion also encompasses opportunities and challenges for the ECM process, including insights into ECM pathways, rational electrocatalyst design, establishment of benchmarking protocols, electrolyte engineering, enhancement of CH4conversion rates, and minimization of CO_(2)emission.

Let (B, E, s) be an extriangulated category and S be an extension closed subcategory of B. In this article, we prove that the Gabriel-Zisman localization B/S can be realized as an ideal quotient inside B when S satisfies some mild conditions. The ideal quotient is an extriangulated category. We show that the equivalence between the ideal quotient and the localization preserves the extriangulated category structure. We also discuss the relations of our results with Hovey twin cotorsion pairs and Verdier quotients.

Squeezed reservoir engineering is a powerful technique in quantum information that combines the features of squeezing and reservoir engineering to create and stabilize non-classical quantum states. In this paper, we focus on the previously neglected aspect of the impact of the squeezing phase on the precision of quantum phase and amplitude estimation based on a simple model of a two-level system(TLS) interacting with a squeezed reservoir. We derive the optimal squeezed phase-matching conditions for phase φ and amplitude θ parameters, which are crucial for enhancing the precision of quantum parameter estimation. The robustness of the squeezing-enhanced quantum Fisher information against departures from these conditions is examined, demonstrating that minor deviations from phase-matching can still result in remarkable precision of estimation. Additionally, we provide a geometric interpretation of the squeezed phase-matching conditions from the classical motion of a TLS on the Bloch sphere. Our research contributes to a deeper understanding of the operational requirements for employing squeezed reservoir engineering to advance quantum parameter estimation.

Mercury(Hg),especially methylmercury(MeHg),accumulation in rice grain due to rice paddy possessing conditions conducive to Hg methylation has led to human Hg exposure through consumption of rice-based daily *** addition to being a food staple,rice is widely used as a raw material to produce a vast variety of processed food *** is known about Hg levels in snacking rice-food products and potential Hg exposure from consumption of them,besides previous studies on infant rice *** to provide complementary information for a more complete assessment on Hg exposure risk originated from Hgcontaining rice,this study determined total Hg(THg)and MeHg levels in 195 rice-containing and rice-free processed food products covering all major types of snack foods marketed in china and the estimated daily intake(EDI)of dietary Hg from the consumption of these *** results clearly showed THg and MeHg contents in rice-containing foods were significantly higher than rice-free products,suggesting the transfer of Hg and MeHg from the rice to the end products,even after manufacturing ***,significant positive correlations were observed between THg,MeHg,or MeHg/THg ratio and rice content for samples containing multiple grains as ingredients,further indicating the deciding role of rice for Hg levels in the end food *** the EDI of THg and MeHg via ricebased food products were relatively low compared to the reference dose,it should be considered these snacking food products would contribute additive Hg intake outside of the daily regular meals.

A key characteristic to be elucidated,to address the harmful health risks of environmental perfluorinated alkyl substances(PFAS),is their binding modes to serum albumin,the most abundant protein in *** oxide-dimer acid(GenX or HFPO-DA)is a new industrial replacement for the widespread linear long-chain ***,the detailed interaction of new-generation short-chain PFAS with albumin is still ***,the binding characteristics of bovine serum albumin(BSA)to GenX were explored at the molecular and cellular *** found that this branched short-chain GenX could bind to BSA with affinity lower than that of legacy linear long-chain perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA).Site marker competitive study and molecular docking simulation revealed that GenX interacted with subdomain IIIA to form BSA-GenX *** with its weaker affinity to albumin protein,the cytotoxicity of branched short-chain GenX was less susceptible to BSA binding compared with that of the linear long-chain *** contrast to the significant effects of strong BSA-PFOA interaction,the weak affinity of BSA-GenX binding did not influence the structure of protein and the cytotoxicity of *** detailed characterization and direct comparisons of serum albumin interaction with new generation short-chain GenX will provide a better understanding for the toxicological properties of this new alternative.
