In this paper,we propose a novel image interpolation method by using Gaussian-Sinc automatic interpolators with partition of unity property.A comprehensive comparison is made with classical image interpolation methods,such as the bicubic interpolation,Lanczos interpolation,cubic Schaum interpolation,cubic B-spline interpolation and cubic Moms *** experimental results show the effectiveness of the improved image interpolation method via some image quality metrics such as PSNR and SSIM.

In this paper,we propose an efficient method to construct energy-minimizing B-spline curves by using discrete mask *** linear relations between control points are firstly derived for different energy-minimization problems,then the construction of B-spline curve with minimal internal energy can be addressed by solving a sparse linear *** existence and uniqueness of the solution for the linear system are also *** results show the efficiency of the proposed approach,and its application in 1 G blending curve construction is also presented.

This paper investigates the problem of mean square finite-time passivity for discrete-time Markov jump neural networks with time delays and stochastic perturbations. In the measurement equation, a class of sensor nonlinearities are considered,which cover the standard Lipschitz condition as a special one. A sufficient mean square finite-time boundedness condition is established based on Lyapunov-like functional method. The mean square finite-time passivity result for the system with nonlinear sensor perturbations is then obtained. A numerical example is presented to show the applicability of the proposed results.

The issues of mean-square finite-time stability analysis and state estimator design for stochastic switched delayed neural networks are investigated in this paper. A stability criterion with average dwell time constraint is proposed, such that the mean-square value of state is not larger than a prescribed threshold during a given time interval. Then, a state estimator, which ensures mean-square finite-time stability of an augmented system, is designed. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.

This paper investigates the problem of observer-based H∞ control of discrete-time systems with redundant ***, a redundant channel is considered to increase the probability of successfully delivering measurements over the network,and two mutually independent Bernoulli sequences are used to describe the packet dropouts phenomena in the main channel and the redundant channel. Then by constructing a Lyapunov functional, the sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee the closedloop networked system is stochastically stable with a prescribed H∞ performance. Meanwhile, an observer-based controller is designed by solving a strict linear matrix inequality on the basis of employing the singular value decomposition ***, a simulation example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
