Risk management for mine closure: A cloud model and hybrid semi-quantitative decision method

Mine closure is associated with many negative impacts on society and the *** these effects are not rationally addressed,they would pose risks of mine ***,a risk management method is needed to mitigate these adverse impacts and address mine-closure *** integral framework for mine-closure risk management that includes risk assessment and risk treatment was *** the fuzziness and randomness of the transformation between qualitative and quantitative knowledge in the risk assessment process,a novel risk assessment method based on the cloud model was presented,which fully considers the uncertainty in risks themselves and in the reasoning *** mine reutilization is an effective risk treatment option in response to the identified high risks,but it requires selecting optimal reutilization strategies for the successful implementation of the reuse *** this end,a hybrid semi-quantitative decision method is proposed to optimize *** results of a case study showed that this risk management methodology can help budget planning for risk treatment and provide an instructional framework to effectively reduce the negative effects of closed mines.

Policy modeling has been widely applied in the economy, environment and other fields. As one of a core technology, CGE model plays an irreplaceable role in all areas of policy modeling studies. In this paper, the authors sort out the development context of CGE model. Given the energy and environment issues have become increasingly prominent, this paper analyzes the international research emphasis and research results of CGE model that have been achieved in the fields of energy and environment policy modeling. Finally, given the inadequacy of existing research and with the current trends in the field of policy simulation and management practices, the authors predict future research trends of the application of CGE model.

Evaluation of Ecosystem Cultural Services in Qilian Mountain national Park,Qinghai Province,China

Based on the framework of the United Nations Millennium Ecosystem Assessment(MA),this paper evaluated the ecosystem cultural service value in Qilian Mountain national Park,Qinghai *** study mainly adopted Condition Value Method(CVM)and questionnaire survey to survey the local residents and tourists in September 2016,and obtained 1,468 valid questionnaires,as well as used the method of payment card to get the consumers’willingness to pay,and then estimated the ecosystem cultural services value in Qilian Mountain national Park,Qinghai Province through the mean of total willingness to pay of ecological tourism and recreation and aesthetic *** quantitative analysis,the study concluded that the ecosystem cultural service value of Qilian Mountain national Park in Qinghai Province was 1.045 billion yuan in 2016 and 1.3 billion yuan in *** 2016 and 2018,the average annual values of ecotourism and recreation are 203 million yuan and 332 million yuan respectively,and the average annual values of aesthetics are 842 million yuan and 968 million yuan *** addition,the study also suggests that Qilian Mountain national Park in Qinghai Province should pay attention to reflect the characteristics of the park,focus on enhancing the aesthetic value of it in the management,and build it into a replaceable and referential national park demonstration area and ecological culture demonstration point.
