The Veterinary Microbiology course is centered around the diagnosis and testing of pathogenic microorganisms,with the core value of“moral education and character development.”It reconstructs multidimensional teaching resources by integrating disciplinary achievements with clinical cases and implements a hybrid teaching approach combining virtual simulation and problem-based learning(PBL)through the“three stages+four models+three reflections”***-qualification teachers employ various teaching methods,create a“six-in-one”model for ideological and political education,and conduct formative assessments based on the principles of diversified objectives and process *** hybrid teaching reform addresses issues such as fragmented knowledge,insufficient class hours,weak animal disease diagnostic abilities among students,limited application and expansion of knowledge points,and students’lack of proactive critical thinking *** application of hybrid teaching has shown significant advantages and effectiveness,providing a reference for teaching reform in similar microbiology courses.

The innovation competence of K-12 education teachers undoubtedly plays a crucial role in fostering the innovation abilities of their students.K-12 mathematics education equips students with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for their future studies in colleges and universities,helping them grasp complex techniques to address challenges in everyday life and their ***,it is of great significance to study strategies for improving the innovation competence of college students majoring in Mathematics education,as they will likely become K-12 education mathematics teachers directly after graduating from colleges or *** this paper,we study strategies for enhancing the innovation competence of college students majoring in Mathematics education through curriculum *** analyze and explain in detail the importance of innovation competence for college students majoring in Mathematics education and the difficulties encountered in enhancing college students’innovation *** the help of the analysis of the importance and challenges of enhancing college students’innovation competence,we propose several strategies to improve the innovation competence of college students majoring in Mathematics education based on curriculum *** findings presented in this paper can be applied to develop strategies for college students majoring in Physics and Chemistry education.

As a potential endocrine-disrupting chemical,bisphenol F(BPF)may cause nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)-like changes,but the mechanisms under its pathogenesis as well as the intervention strategies remain *** the electron microscopy technology,along with LipidTOX Deep Red neutral and Bodipy 493/503 staining assays,we observed that BPF treatment elicited a striking accumulation of lipid droplets in HepG2 cells,accompanied by an increased total level of *** the molecular level,the lipogenesis-associated mRNAs and proteins,including acetyl-CoA carboxylase,fatty acid synthase,stearoyl-CoA desaturase-1,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma,and CCAAT-enhancer-binding proteins,increased significantly via the AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)-mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling regulation in both in vitro and in vivo ***,the immunofluorescence results also showed the robust lipogenesis induced by BPF,evident in its ability to promote the translocation of sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1c from the cytoplasm to the *** investigate the intervention strategies for BPF-induced NAFLD-like changes,we demonstrated that bellidifolin,isolated and purified from Swertia chirayita,significantly attenuated BPF-induced lipid droplet deposition in HepG2 cells and NAFLD-like changes in mice by blocking the expression of lipogenesis-associated ***,the present study elucidates the mechanisms underlying the BPF-induced lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells,while also highlighting the potential of bellidifolin to mitigate BPF-induced NAFLD-like changes.

In response to practical application challenges in utilizing solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for remote sensing,this study presents a three-dimensional path planning method tailored for urban-mountainous *** into account constraints related to the solar-powered UAV,terrain,and mission objectives,a multi-objective trajectory optimization model is transferred into a single-objective optimization problem with weight factors and multiconstraint and is developed with a focus on three key indicators:minimizing trajectory length,maximizing energy flow e±ciency,and minimizing regional risk ***,an enhanced sparrow search algorithm incorporating the Levy flight strategy(SSA-Levy)is introduced to address trajectory planning challenges in such complex *** simulation,the proposed algorithm is compared with particle swarm optimization(PSO)and the regular sparrow search algorithm(SSA)across 17 standard test functions and a simplified simulation of urban-mountainous *** results of the simulation demonstrate the superior effectiveness of the designed improved SSA based on the Levy flight strategy for solving the established single-objective trajectory optimization model.

Climate conditions have long been acknowledged as a pivotal factor shaping regional productivity and influencing available resources,consequently playing an important role in driving social changes throughout human history [1-3].In ancient East Asia,the Chinese agrarian civilization emerged around 4000 years ago in northern China,the region termed the"Central Plains".This region faced recurrent episodes of large-scale social unrest,profoundly impacting the societal structure and dynastic cycles [4].These episodes were marked by extended civil peasant uprisings and/or incursions from northern nomadic tribes,often spanning decades to centuries [5].Both the agrarian societies in the Central Plains and the husbandry-based nomadic tribes in the vast northern grasslands,characterized by semi-arid and semi-humid climates,were notably sensitive to climate variations [6].

Efficient and cost-effective electrocatalysts that can operate across a wide range of pH conditions are essential for green hydrogen *** by biological systems,Fe_(7)S_(8)nanoparticles incorporated on polydopamine matrix electrocatalyst were synthesized by co-precipitation and annealing *** resulting Fe_(7)S_(8)/C electrocatalyst possesses a three-dimensional structure and exhibits enhanced electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen production across various pH ***,the Fe_(7)S_(8)/C electrocatalyst demonstrates exceptional activity,achieving low overpotentials of 90.6,45.9,and 107.4 mV in acidic,neutral,and alkaline environments,*** impedance spectroscopy reveals that Fe_(7)S_(8)/C exhibits the lowest charge transfer resistance under neutral conditions,indicating an improved proton-coupled electron transfer ***-wave electron paramagnetic resonance results confirm a change in the valence state of Fe from 3+to 1+during the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).These findings closely resemble the behavior of natural[FeFe]-hydrogenase,known for its superior hydrogen production in neutral *** remarkable performance of our Fe_(7)S_(8)/C electrocatalyst opens up new possibilities for utilizing bioinspired materials as catalysts for the HER.

Background:The prognosis of breast cancer is often unfavorable,emphasizing the need for early metastasis risk detection and accurate treatment *** study aimed to develop a novel multi-modal deep learning model using preoperative data to predict disease-free survival(DFS).Methods:We retrospectively collected pathology imaging,molecular and clinical data from The Cancer Genome Atlas and one independent institution in *** developed a novel Deep Learning Clinical Medicine Based Pathological Gene Multi-modal(DeepClinMed-PGM)model for DFS prediction,integrating clinicopathological data with molecular *** patients included the training cohort(n=741),internal validation cohort(n=184),and external testing cohort(n=95).Result:Integrating multi-modal data into the DeepClinMed-PGM model significantly improved area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)*** the training cohort,AUC values for 1-,3-,and 5-year DFS predictions increased to 0.979,0.957,and 0.871,while in the external testing cohort,the values reached 0.851,0.878,and 0.938 for 1-,2-,and 3-year DFS predictions,*** DeepClinMed-PGM's robust discriminative capabilities were consistently evident across various cohorts,including the training cohort[hazard ratio(HR)0.027,95%confidence interval(CI)0.0016-0.046,P<0.0001],the internal validation cohort(HR 0.117,95%CI 0.041-0.334,P<0.0001),and the external cohort(HR 0.061,95%CI 0.017-0.218,P<0.0001).Additionally,the DeepClinMed-PGM model demonstrated C-index values of 0.925,0.823,and 0.864 within the three cohorts,***:This study introduces an approach to breast cancer prognosis,integrating imaging and molecular and clinical data for enhanced predictive accuracy,offering promise for personalized treatment strategies.

This paper investigates the effects of the outdated channel state information(CSI)on the secrecy performance of an underlay spectrum sharing cognitive radio networks(CRNs),where the secondary user(SU)source node(Alice)aims to transmit the trusted messages to the full-duplex(FD)aided SU receiver(Bob)with the assistance of cooperative relay(Relay).Considering the impact of feedback delay,outdated CSI will aggravate the system *** tackle such challenge,the collaborative zero-forcing beamforming(ZFB)scheme of FD technique is further introduced to implement jamming so as to confuse the eavesdropping and improve the security performance of the *** such setup,the exact and asymptotic expressions of the secrecy outage probability(SOP)under the outdated CSI case are derived,*** results reveal that i)the outdated CSI of the SU transmission channel will decrease the diversity gain from min(NANR,NRNB)to NRwith NA,NRand NBbeing the number of antennas of Alice,Relay and Bob,respectively,ii)the introduction of FD technique can improve coding gain and enhance system performance.
