Objective:To determine the prevalence of mastitis-causing bacteria in the dry period and its antibiotic ***:In this study,852 dry cows were examined.A total of 30 cows with clinical mastitis symptoms were detected and their milk samples were *** order to purify the bacteria,brain heart infusion and blood agar media were applied and single colonies were used for Gram staining,oxidase and catalase testing,cultivating in O-F medium to determine the genus and species of ***,antimicrobial susceptibility was tested by the agar disk diffusion ***:The prevalence of isolated bacteria was 2.46%,in which coagulase positive Staphylococcus,coagulase negative Staphylococcus,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas,Bacillus and yeast were(9/99)%,(6/66)%,(13/32)%,(3/33%),(6/66)%,(13/32)%,(9/99)%and(6/66)%,*** tests of antibiotic susceptibility,the most and the least sensitivity were reported to enrofloxacin and ampicillin ***:This study indicated that Streptococcus dysgalactiae is the most commonly isolated bacteria with the greatest sensitivity to enrofloxacin and tetracycline which can be used to treat mastitis in the dry period in tabriz.

Efficient management of air quality requires a comprehensive emission inventory to support decision-making on air quality *** article presents a comprehensive framework for detailed emission inventory development in cities with low-quality basic data,which examines the emission of primary criteria pollutants(CO,NO_(x),SO_(2),PM_(2.5),PM_(10),and VOC)from mobile sources,residential,commercial,and public services,fuel stations,transport terminals,energy conversion sections,and *** research was applied to tabriz in Northwest Iran,one of the polluted medium-sized cities with a population of 1.77 *** show the city daily emission per capita is 569.8 g of CO,68.6 g of NO_(x),38.6 g of VOC,17.6 g of SO_(x),and 3.7 g of *** emissions accounted for 98%of CO,91%of VOCs,61%of NO_(x),and 56%of PM;meaning alternative policy strategies in vehicles would reduce emissions *** applicable and effective scenarios in transport and one concerning stationary sourceswere proposed and reduction potential of themwas *** of the public transport improvement and replacement of old passenger cars were founded the key *** two alternatives decrease 14 and 2 tons of SO_(2) and 6797 and 2394 tons of NO_(x) annually with the cost of$99.5 MM and$366.5 MM,*** findings of this study provides the choice of travel method by each citizen is a function of cost,speed,comfort and safety of travel;therefore,all the requirements of any scenarios must be fully considered in the implementation step.

Novel graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))nanosheet/Bi_(5)O_(7)Br/NH_(2)-MIL-88B(Fe)photocatalysts(denoted as GCN-NSh/Bi_(5)O_(7)Br/FeMOF,in which MOF is metal–organic framework)with double S-scheme heterojunctions were synthesized by a facile solvothermal *** resultant materials were examined by X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy(UV-vis DRS),photocurrent density,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET)*** the integration of Fe-MOF with GCN-NSh/Bi_(5)O_(7)Br,the removal constant of tetracycline over the optimal GCN-NSh/Bi_(5)O_(7)Br/Fe-MOF(15wt%)nanocomposite was promoted 33 times compared with that of the pristine *** GCN-NSh/Bi_(5)O_(7)Br/Fe-MOF(15wt%)nanocomposite showed superior photoactivity to azithromycin,metronidazole,and cephalexin removal that was 36.4,20.2,and 14.6 times higher than that of pure GCN,*** quenching tests showed that·O_(2)-and h+mainly contributed to the elimination *** addition,the nanocomposite maintained excellent activity after 4 successive *** on the developed n–n heterojunctions among n-GCN-NSh,n-Bi_(5)O_(7)Br,and n-Fe-MOF semiconductors,the double S-scheme charge transfer mechanism was proposed for the destruction of the selected antibiotics.

On the Nature of Caspian Clouds

Caspian clouds(CCs)are formed between the southern coast of the Caspian Sea and the Alborz *** purpose of this study is to identify characteristics of CCs using aerosol,cloud,and meteorological data from ModernEra Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications version 2(MERRA-2),Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS),and ECMWF Reanalysis version 5(ERA5)during 2000–*** this period,we identified and investigated 636 days with *** results indicated that the frequency(%)of these clouds was higher in the summer than in other seasons because synoptic system activity varies between hot and cold *** hot season with the beginning of high-pressure subtropical Azores activity and the formation of a stable atmosphere in northern Iran leads to more frequent occurrence of *** clouds are mainly the low-and middle-level clouds in the region,e.g.,stratus and *** resulted in 13.9%of annual rainfall,and 55.9%and 18.7%of the summer and autumn rainfall,respectively,relative to total rainfall from all cloud types in the study *** the multivariate regression analysis,CC precipitation exhibited a strong positive relationship with the cloud water path(CWP),cloud optical thickness(COT),and cloud effective radius(CER).A comparison of the mean and standard deviation of aerosol optical thickness(AOT)and aerosol index(AI)for CC and non-CC days did not show a significant *** of the synoptic patterns showed that the main factors in the formation of CCs are the specific environmental conditions of the region and the orographic lift of stable air *** Hybrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory(HYSPLIT)model indicated that the source of moisture for the formation of CCs was largely the Caspian Sea.

In this paper,the potential of utilizing improved metaheuristic approaches in optimal design of building structures is *** this regard,the drift-tribe-charged system search algorithm is proposed that the position and velocity updating processes of the charged system search is developed by implementing the mathematical presentation of the free-electron model utilized for metal *** addition,the searching phase of the developed algorithm is also divided into three separate phases in order to improve the convergence capability of the *** means of these modifications,the exploitation and exploration rates of the standard algorithm are *** order to determine the ability of the proposed improved metaheuristic method considering some complex optimization problems,a 10-story steel building structure with 1026 structural members alongside a 60-story structure with 8272 members are utilized as numerical *** overall capability of the developed metaheuristic approach is compared with other metaheuristics.A total number of 30 independent runs have been conducted for each of the standard and proposed methods while a statistical analysis is also conducted for comparative *** obtained optimum results demonstrated that the proposed metaheuristic approach is capable of preparing better outcomes than other metaheuristics.

Objective DUF538(domain of unknown function 538) domain containing proteins are known as putative hypothetical proteins in plants. Until yet, there is no much information regarding their structure and function. Methods In the present research work, the homologous structures and binding potentials were identified between plant/mammalian lipocalins and plant DUF538 protein by using bioinformatics and experimental tools including molecular dynamics simulation, molecular docking and recombinant technology-based techniques. Results Molecular docking analysis of their interactions with lipidic ligands including cholesterol and palmitic acid revealed the similar and comparable binding potentials between DUF538 and lipocalin proteins. Both the test proteins were found to have more affinity to cholesterol molecule in compare to palmitic acid. By using recombinant technology-based experiments, the heterologously expressed and purified fused product of DUF538 protein exhibited about 61% cholesterol binding ability. Conclusion As a conclusion, plants DUF538 protein family was predicted to be the structural and may be the functional homologues of plants/animals lipocalin superfamily.

Nanocomposite Electrospun Scaffold Based on Polyurethane/Polycaprolactone Incorporating Gold Nanoparticles and Soybean Oil for Tissue Engineering Applications

Electrospun nanofibers combined with a wide range of functional additives can be used for a various tissue engineering applications due to their desired biomimetic and physicochemical ***,the present study was conducted to obtain a highly efficient nanocomposite electrospun scaffold with appropriate physicochemical performance and biological properties based on Polycaprolactone/Polyurethane(PCL/PU)mixed with gold nanoparticles(GNPs)and soybean oil(SO).In the present study,the desired nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning PCL/PU mixed solution with GNPs and *** nanocomposite electrospun PU/PCL/SO/GNP nanofibers were characterized in terms of chemical composition by attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),morphological structure by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),and mechanical and biological *** surface topography and wettability were determined by atomic force microscopy(AFM)and water contact angle measurements,*** was found that the presence of GNPs along with SO in the structure of PCL/PU nanofiber created a smoother surface in terms of surface roughness and also a more homogeneous fibrous *** addition,it was observed that both SO and GNPs caused an increase in the electrical conductivity of the fibrous *** the biocompatibility evaluations by measuring cell viability and cell adherence to the scaffold's surfaces,it was found that adding of SO and GNPs supports *** together,the fabricated nanocomposite fibrous scaffolds can be a potential candidate for various tissue engineering purposes.
