IQGAP3 promotes the progression of glioma as an immune and prognostic marker

Background:IQGAP3 plays a crucial role in regulating cell proliferation,division,and cytoskeletal *** expression of IQGAP3 has been linked to various tumors,but its function in glioma is not well ***:Various methods,including genetic differential analysis,single-cell analysis,ROC curve analysis,Cox regression,Kaplan-Meier analysis,and enrichment analysis,were employed to analyze the expression patterns,diagnostic potential,prognostic implications,and biological processes involving IQGAP3 in normal and tumor *** impact of IQGAP3 on immune infiltration and the immune microenvironment in gliomas was evaluated using ***,the cBioPortal database was used to analyze copy number variations and mutation sites of *** validation was also performed to assess the effects of IQGAP3 on glioma cells and explore underlying ***:High IQGAP3 expression in gliomas is associated with an unfavorable prognosis,particularly in wild-type IDH and 1p/19q non-codeleted *** analysis revealed that IQGAP3 is involved in regulating the cell cycle,PI3K/AKT signaling,p53 signaling,and PLK1-related ***,IQGAP3 expression may be closely related to the immunosuppressive microenvironment of ***-K88742110 and LY-303511 are potential drugs for targeting IQGAP3 in anti-glioma *** vitro experiments showed that downregulation of IQGAP3 inhibits the proliferation and migration of glioma cells,with the PLK1/PI3K/AKT pathway potentially playing a crucial role in IQGAP3-mediated glioma ***:IQGAP3 shows promise as a valuable biomarker for diagnosis,prognosis,and immunotherapeutic strategies in gliomas.

A New Class of Periodic solutions to (2+1)-Dimensional KdV Equations

We investigate a new class of periodic solutions to(2+1)-dimensional KdV equations, by both the linearsuperposition approach and the mapping deformation method. These new periodic solutions are suitable combinationsof the periodic solutions to the (2+1)-dimensional KdV equations obtained by means of the Jacobian elliptic functionmethod, but they possess different periods and velocities.

The aim of this paper is to prove the well-posedness（existence and uniqueness） of the L p entropy solution to the homogeneous Dirichlet problems for the anisotropic degenerate parabolic-hyperbolic equations with L p initial *** use the device of doubling variables and some technical analysis to prove the uniqueness *** we can prove that the L p entropy solution can be obtained as the limit of solutions of the corresponding regularized equations of nondegenerate parabolic type.

Analysis of a Dynamic Model of Host-parasite Interaction with Delay and Treatment

In this paper, the dynamic behaviors of a host-parasite model with intracellular delay and drug treatment is investigated. we obtain the basic reproductive ratio R0 , which determined the behaviors of the system. If R0s globally asymptotic stability. If 1s locally asymptotic stability. If R0 > 3, by choosing the delay τ as a bifurcation parameter, the infection equilibrium bifurcate a family of periodic solution as τ crosses a critical value. Furthermore, we give some examples to verify our theoretical results and discuss the sensitivity of the drug efficacy and effect of the delay. In the finally, we give a brief discussion.

A method for crack detection in beam-structures is developed based on the transient waves under arbitrary external *** rotational springs are introduced for modeling cracked sections in a Timoshenko beam,and the wave responses of the perfect and cracked beams are calculated accurately by the reverberation-ray matrix *** it is hard to identify cracks from the wave responses directly,the Hilbert-Huang transform is employed to analyze the dynamic *** examples show that extra wavecrests can be observed from the Hilbert spectrum of the cracked beam when compared with the perfect *** extra wavecrests are found to be generated by waves scattered from the cracked *** location of the crack can then be determined according to the wave speed and possible propagation path.

口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)的确切病因仍不清楚,但是现有证据表明药物摄入、病毒感染、真菌感染、心理疾病和免疫缺陷与OLP的发病密切相关。现报告1例长期使用抗菌药物治疗复发性口腔溃疡诱发OLP的病例并对相关文献进行回顾性研究,讨论OLP与滥用抗生素之间的相关性,希望对全科口腔医师和药剂师在口腔疾病抗菌药物应用方面有所启示。本病例为一名42岁的男性患者,因口腔内广泛分布的白色网纹1年余来口腔黏膜科就诊,经组织病理检查诊断为OLP。患者每1~2个月发生1次复发性口腔溃疡,每次出现溃疡都会口服或注射抗菌药物,持续5年时间。该患者通过停止使用抗菌药物和局部抗真菌治疗取得满意的疗效。其OLP的加重和缓解与抗菌药物的使用密切相关。结合文献复习,抗菌药物可能通过念珠菌机会性感染促进OLP的发展。考虑到抗菌药物耐药和机会性感染的严重性,牙科医师应根据指南和循证医学开具抗菌药物。合理地使用抗菌药物是所有牙科医师的责任。
