Based on the cellular automata and look-ahead potential model, a new cellular automata traffic flow model with linear weighed look-ahead potential is proposed in this paper. By introducing the linear weighting function into the look-ahead potential and endowing the potential of vehicle closer to the driver with a greater coefficient, the modeling process is more applicable for the driver’s random decision-making process based on the vehicle and environment situation in front of him/her in actual traffic. Through numerical simulations, the fundamental diagrams with flow density relationship are obtained, and the complicated high-density traffic phenomenon is reproduced. The simulation results show that the different linear weighting parameters significantly impact on high-density traffic flux.

In this paper,we take the B-L supersymmetric standard model(B-LSSM)and TeV scale left–right symmetric model(LRSM)as two representations of the two kinds of new physics models to study the nuclear neutrinoless double beta decays(0ν2β)so as to see the senses onto these two kinds of models when the decays are taken into account *** the parameter spaces allowed by all the existing experimental data,the decay half-life of the nucleus^(76)Ge and^(136)Xe,T_(12)^(0ν)(^(76)Ge,^(136)Xe),is precisely calculated and the results are presented *** on the numerical results,we conclude that there is greater room for LRSM type models than for B-LSSM type models in foreseeable future experimental observations on the decays.

V-doped TiO2 nanoparticles（NPs） as dye adsorbents are synthesized by the co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscope, N2 adsorption at 77 K, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The adsorption of methylene blue（MB） on the V-doped TiO2 NPs is studied in detail by varying the calcination temperature and V doping amount of the adsorbent, adsorbate concentration, adsorbent dosage, agitation rate, reaction temperature, and p H. The comparison of dye adsorption on V-doped TiO2 and parent TiO2 demonstrates that the adsorptive activity of TiO2 can be improved by V doping. The enhanced adsorptive performance can be attributed to the tremendous changes in texture, structure, and surface morphology of adsorbent. The adsorption kinetic analysis shows that the adsorption follows the pseudo-second order kinetics. The apparent activation energy for adsorption is calculated by Arrhenius formula to be 37.6 k J·mol-1, indicating that the adsorption is controlled by both of the diffusion and interfacial adsorption steps. The adsorption data are analyzed using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms and the results indicate that the Langmuir model provides better correlation of the experimental data. The results conclusively show that the adsorption of MB is a spontaneous behavior and endothermic reaction with the ΔH value of 17.60 k J·mol-1.

Two-layer flow of magnetic fluid and non-magnetic silicone oil was simulated numerically. The continuity equation, momentum equations, kinematic equation, and magnetic potential equation were solved in two-dimensional Cartesian coordinate. PLIC （piecewise linear integration calculation） VOF （volume of fluid） scheme was employed to track the free interface. Surface tension was treated via a continuous surface force （CSF） model that ensures robustness and accuracy. The influences of applied magnetic field, inlet velocity profile, initial surface disturbance of interface and surface tension were analyzed. The computed interface shapes at different conditions were compared with experimental observation.

The heat transfer oil-based magnetorheological fluid （MRF） was prepared using oleic acid-modified micron carbonyl iron powder as a magnetic dispersed phase and strontium hexaferrite （SrFe12019） nanoparticles as an additive. The sedimentation stability of MRFs was studied. The results indicated that the stability of MRFs was improved remarkably by adding SrFel2019 nanoparticles and the sedimenta- tion ratio was only 0.88 in 20 days when the content of nanoparticles reached 10wt%. The rheological properties were characterized by a HAAKE rheometer without a magnetic field and a capillary rheometer with and without a magnetic field. The effects of SrFe12019 nanoparticles, the temperature, and magnetic field strength were investigated. In addition, the rheological properties could be predicted well using the improved Herschel-Bulkley model, even under a magnetic field. A theoretical model was also proposed to predict the yield stress based on the microstructure of the MRF under an applied magnetic field.

Optical logic operations lie at the heart of optical computing,and they enable many applications such as ultrahighspeed information ***,the reported optical logic gates rely heavily on the precise control of input light signals,including their phase difference,polarization,and intensity and the size of the incident *** to the complexity and difficulty in these precise controls,the two output optical logic states may suffer from an inherent instability and a low contrast ratio of ***,the miniaturization of optical logic gates becomes difficult if the extra bulky apparatus for these controls is *** such,it is desirable to get rid of these complicated controls and to achieve full logic functionality in a compact photonic *** a goal remains ***,we introduce a simple yet universal design strategy,capable of using plane waves as the incident signal,to perform optical logic operations via a diffractive neural ***,the incident plane wave is first spatially encoded by a specific logic operation at the input layer and further decoded through the hidden layers,namely,a compound Huygens’*** is,the judiciously designed metasurface scatters the encoded light into one of two small designated areas at the output layer,which provides the information of output logic ***,after training of the diffractive neural network,all seven basic types of optical logic operations can be realized by the same *** a conceptual illustration,three logic operations(NOT,OR,and AND)are experimentally demonstrated at microwave frequencies.
