A series of novel red-emitting phosphors scheelite-like triple molybdates ***（MoO4）4（0.1≤ x ≤ 1.9） were synthesized by solid state reaction method and their photoluminescence properties were investigated. The photoluminescence results show that all samples can be excited efficiently by UV （396 nm） light and blue （466 nm） light and emit red （615 nm） light with line spectra, which are coupled well with the characteristic emission from UV-LED and blue LED, respectively. The experimental results and their analysis suggest that the energy transfer occurs due to dipole-dipole interactions among Eu3＋ ions in LiKGd2-xEux（MoO4）4. Compared with Cao.8MoO4： Eu0.2^3-, the emission intensity of LiKGdo.9（MoO4）4： Eu1.1^3- is about 1.4 times higher and the CIE chromaticity coordinates are as close to the National Television System Committee （NTSC） standard values as those of Cao.8MoO4： Eu0.2^3-. The optical properties suggest that LiKGdo.9（MoO4）4： Eu1.1^3- is an efficient red-emitting phosphor for white LEDs applications.

由于缺乏评估和关联报警的背景知识,IDS(入侵检测系统)产生的海量报警无法得到更进一步的真实化确认,从而使IDS成为当今安全产品中的诟病.在事件关联范畴内的报警评估是利用被监控系统的背景知识对IDS产生的大量报警进行进一步的分析,从而把真实的危害系统的报警呈现给用户的过程.这些用于评估IDS报警的背景知识包括受害主机系统信息和网络环境信息.本文介绍了事件关联的主要结构,并着重介绍报警评估的流程和所需背景知识库;然后详细描述了基于本体的背景知识库的分类技术;最后给出基于背景知识分类技术在报警评估过程中的具体实现过程.

Chiral supramolecular 2D halogen-bonded organic frameworks constructed by post-synthetic modified cross-linking strategy

The development of preparation methods for XOFs,as a new class of organic frameworks,plays a crucial role in shaping their structures,functions,and potential *** this study,we presented the construction of chiral supramolecular 2D halogen-bonded organic frameworks(XOFs)through a post-synthetic modification strategy.A linear halogen-bonded organic polymer(XOP),XOP-DPBA,decorated with aldehyde groups,was initially prepared to validate the feasibility of post-synthetic modification for XOF construction and ***-DPBA exhibited excellent reactivity with amines,forming imine *** utilizing this reactivity,a series of cross-linked 2D XOFs were efficiently prepared through post-synthetic modified cross-linking ***,we successfully introduced chiralα/β-cyclodextrins(α/β-CD)into the XOF skeletons via host-guest interactions,resulting in the fabrication of chiral supramolecular 2D *** chiral XOFs displayed the induced circular dichroism(ICD)signals and assembled them into helical *** post-synthetic modification strategy demonstrated its versatility and simplicity for the construction and functionalization of XOFs.

Wastewater-based epidemiology(WBE)has emerged as an effective environmental surveillance tool in monitoring fecal-oral pathogen infections within a ***,SARS-Co V-2,the etiologic agent of COVID-19,has been demonstrated to infect the gastrointestinal tissues,and be shed in *** the present study,SARS-Co V-2 RNA was concentrated from wastewater,sludge,surface water,ground water,sediment,and soil samples of municipal and hospital wastewater systems and related environments in wuhan during the COVID-19 middle and low risk periods,and the viral RNA copies quantified using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-q PCR).From the findings of this study,during the middle risk period,one influent sample and three secondary effluents collected from waste water treatment plant 2,as well as two samples from Jinyintan Hospital wastewater system influent were SARS-Co V-2 RNA *** sludge sample collected from Guanggu Branch of Tongji Hospital,which was obtained during the low risk period,was also positive for SARS-Co V-2 *** study findings demonstrate the significance of WBE in continuous surveillance of SARS-Co V-2 at the community level,even when the COVID-19 prevalence is ***,this study can be used as an important reference for contingency management of wastewater treatment plants and COVID-19 prevention and control departments of wuhan.

The development of direct methanol fuel cells(DMFCs) is partially limited by the poor kinetics of methanol oxidation reaction(MOR) at the anode *** was reported that the interaction between Pt and CeO_(2) enhances the electrocatalytic performance of Pt catalyst for *** this work,a hybrid material(CeO_(2)-C) composed of CeO_(2) and carbon was successfully prepared by a simple hydrothermal method followed by calcination in inert *** hierarchically porous nanostructure and especially good electronic conductivity of CeO_(2)-C make it an excellent support for Pt particles for application in electrocatalytic *** investigation reveals that triple-phase interface of Pt,carbon and CeO_(2) forms in Pt/CeO_(2)-C *** of the as-prepared catalyst for MOR was studied in alkaline *** Pt/CeO_(2)-C catalyst shows superior catalytic performance for MOR compared with Pt/CeO_(2) and the physical mixture of Pt/CeO_(2) and acetylene black(Pt/CeO_(2)+C).The significantly improved performance can be attributed to the synergetic effect between Pt particles and CeO_(2)-C support,and the better conductivity of CeO_(2)-*** study provides a possible method to expand the application potential of CeO_(2) materials in MOR,and may also be used in other electrocatalytic process.

Studies showed that the use of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) substitutes or intracellular c AMP activators increased intracellular cAMP level, causing anti-inflammatory effects. This study was to investigate the effects of pretreatment with meglumine cyclic adenylate(MCA), a compound of meglumine and cAMP, on systemic inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in rats. Eighteen adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=6 each): control group(NS group), LPS group(LPS group) and LPS with MCA pretreatment group(MCA group). Systemic inflammation was induced with LPS 10 mg/kg injected via the femoral vein in LPS and MCA groups. In MCA group, MCA 2 mg/kg was injected via the femoral vein 20 min before LPS injection, and the equal volume of normal saline was given in NS and LPS groups at the same time. Three hours after LPS injection, the blood samples were taken from the abdominal aorta for determination of plasma concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, cAMP by ELISA and NF-κBp65 expression by Western blotting. The experimental results showed that inflammatory and antiinflammatory indices were increased in LPS group compared to NS group; inflammatory indices were declined and anti-inflammatory indices were increased in MCA group relative to LPS group. Our study suggested that MCA pretreatment may attenuate LPS-induced systemic inflammation.

Chemotherapy combined with photodynamic therapy has emerged as a promising strategy for cancer ***,simultaneously delivering chemotherapeutic drugs and photosensitizers and precisely adjusting the ratio of the two components as needed remains a challengeable ***,novel supramolecular nanoparticles(donated as BODIPY-CPT-NPs)for chemo-photodynamic combination cancer therapy are constructed from a glutathione-responsive camptothecin-based prodrug,BODIPY photosensitizer,and dimacrocyclic host molecule through orthogonal host-guest recognitions and *** this strategy,the ratio of prodrugs and photosensitizers in nanoparticles can be easily and precisely controlled as *** from the strong host-guest interactions and stable self-assembly,the nanoparticles exhibit excellent stability and photobleaching ***,camptothecin can be released from nanoparticles for chemotherapy in the presence of reduction agent and single oxygen can be efficiently generated for PDT with light *** combined effects of the BODIPY-CPT-NPs have been verified in CT26 and HeLa cancer cells.

Selenium-enriched Cardamine violifolia protects against sepsis-induced intestinal injury by regulating mitochondrial fusion in weaned pigs

Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the dysregulated response of the host to an infection, and treatments are limited. Recently, a novel selenium source, selenium-enriched Cardamine violifolia(SEC) has attracted much attention due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, but little is known about its role in the treatment of sepsis. Here, we found that SEC alleviated LPS-induced intestinal damage, as indicated by improved intestinal morphology, and increased disaccharidase activity and tight junction protein expression. Moreover, SEC ameliorated the LPS-induced release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, as indicated by decreased IL-6 level in the plasma and jejunum. Moreover, SEC improved intestinal antioxidant functions by regulating oxidative stress indicators and selenoproteins. In vitro, TNF-α-challenged IPEC-1 cells were examined and showed that selenium-enriched peptides, which are the main functional components extracted from Cardamine violifolia(CSP), increased cell viability, decreased lactate dehydrogenase activity and improved cell barrier function. Mechanistically, SEC ameliorated LPS/TNF-α-induced perturbations in mitochondrial dynamics in the jejunum and IPEC-1 cells. Moreover, CSPmediated cell barrier function is primarily dependent on the mitochondrial fusion protein MFN2 but not MFN1. Taken together,these results indicate that SEC mitigates sepsis-induced intestinal injury, which is associated with modulating mitochondrial fusion.

The mixing time of impact zone in liquid-continuous impinging streams reactor(LISR) is theoretically calculated by empirical model and modern micromixing model of the fluid mixing process, and the variation laws of macromixing time and micromixing time are quantitatively discussed. The results show that under a continuous and stable operating condition, as the paddle speed increases, the macromixing time and micromixing time calculated by the two models both decrease, even in a linkage equilibrium state. Simultaneously, as the paddle speed increases, the results figured by the two models tend to be consistent. It indicates that two models both are more suitable for calculation of mixing time in high paddle speed. Compared with the existing experimental results of this type of reactor, the mixing time computed in the speed of 1500 r/min is closer to it. These conclusions can provide an important reference for systematically studying the strengthening mechanism of LISR under continuous mixing conditions.

Vortices are whirling disturbances,commonly found in nature,ranging from tremendously small scales in Bose-Einstein condensations to cosmologically colossal scales in spiral *** optical vortex,generally associated with a spiral phase,can carry orbital angular momentum(OAM).The optical OAM can either be in the longitudinal direction if the spiral phase twists in the spatial domain or in the transverse direction if the phase rotates in the spatiotemporal *** this article,we demonstrate the intersection of spatiotemporal vortices and spatial vortices in a wave *** a result of this intersection,the wave packet hosts a tilted OAM that provides an additional degree of freedom to the applications that harness the OAM of photons.
